I ordered here 5 times and not ONCE have got the extra bacon I asked for nor the chips. I am always having to get in touch with DoorDash customer support. I started to go inside instead of ordering and they were lost. The employees seemed like they didn't like each other, they had trash piled up on the sandwich building station, and the meat storage was wide open the entire time I was in line and ordering and receiving my food. Great company but this location needs to be looked at by corporate.

I have been going to this location since they opened or at least soon afterwards. Yes, it's true…read morethey have had their ups & downs with finding the right staff but I think they have found their mojo. In the last 6-8 months I haven't had bad service or a mixed up order. The worst thing happening was a pickle in the box which shouldn't have been there. Oh no! Capital offense! How will I ever survive? lol My hot sandwiches are always hot and the cold ones always cold. Always yummy. I have noticed shorter wait times for both dine-in and carry out while still maintaining the same quality of good service. OH! Speaking of service, I need to give a shout-out to the women (it's always a woman for some reason) who takes our order. I often visit with my elderly Mother who is hard of hearing and has trouble seeing. She won't do anything about these issues because she's a total DIVA (hearing aids are for "old people" and I guess 78 isn't old in her mind). Anyway, the wonderful ladies who take our order are always SO patient with her and if it bothers them to repeat the same question four times, it never shows. I appreciate that so much THANK YOU! Plus, I am so sorry to have to put up with us! So, all in all, if you are looking for a good sandwich, a cold drink, and even a naughty little dessert, stop by the Maize location and give 'em your order. Four times. Ask for no onions. Four times. Then ask if you asked for no onions. Four times.

Fortunately over the years a couple of Mediterranean fast food places have opened (Blazin Halal, Athens Gyro) so we will go there instead. N&Js used to be the only game in town but that was okay because they had great food, now they're MEH and have a lot of competition. It will likely not end well for them.
