Carson Davis deserves a promotion. I came to Chick-fil-A expecting a normal meal, but instead I witnessed greatness. Carson Davis is currently a little chicken, but it is abundantly clear that he has the potential to become a BIG chicken. Excellent service, elite chicken energy, and an undeniable commitment to the craft. Management needs to stop holding this man back and give him the promotion he deserves. The aura and ambiance that Carson Davis emanates is game changing. Promote Carson Davis to Big Chicken immediately. 5 stars. Would return just to witness his rise to greatness. read more

The people there were so nice! They were some of the nicest people I have ever met! And in my opinion the only disappointing thing was the chick-fil-a sauce but it was much better than "caine's sauce" because it is an actually unique sauce not just fry sauce renamed. And they made my food so quickly! It was a lovely experience. read more

This store is the best. I always like the sandwiches and the nuggets. I still need to try the chicken strips. You really should get the app. The kind owner of this establishment occasionally gives free food. What a nice gesture to give back. read more

Clean and typical nice Chik Fil A. The highlight was how friendly the staff was. Katy in particular was exceptionally pleasant and genuinely friendly. There was nothing fake about her cheerfulness. She seemed very happy and it made the whole day seem brighter. Bathrooms were also clean. read more

Service was quick like usually. Was not happy with the quality check on the nuggets. This definitely doesn't qualify as an 8 Ct nugget. read more

Chick-fil-A - I'm not sure this is 8 nuggets. Service was quick - not happy with how the food came out. - Fast Food Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

Wow! Isabella is an awesome employee she has a beautiful smile and made my visit to Chick-fil-A delightful!

Thank you Juliana or Sophia! You had black eyebrows and are around 5'4". On both my tickets you rang me up with have 2 different names and 2 different registers and I missed your name tag. Really great experience here. Everyone was really kind as usual, but this girl was just above and beyond. Which I didn't think was even possible here! read more

They forgot salad dressing for two southwest salads. Arrived to an event 20 minutes away from the restaurant to find this out. We did not eat the salads without the dressing. I am not going to carry them around with me or put them in my car for almost 2 hrs to save them. So I gave the store a call. I was told to come back and get the 2 dressings. I can't make the 40 min round trip thru rush hour as I am at an event my daughter is in. The worker gives me attitude for even asking for a refund on the 2 salads which they would not do. I talked to someone else and they told me they could give me a free dessert coupon. These Southwest salads cost almost $10 each. And a single $2 dessert coupon is not proper reimbursement for their mistake. I used the mobile app to contact corp to let them know . We shall see. I am truly disappointed... read more

What an amazing place, seriously!!! They have amazing customer service here. There is only 1 downside.... ITS PACKED, but the upside is they have the best customer service. So now that COVID happened they have multiple people outside getting people through the order line. They also try their best to limit person to person contact and are super nice even as you sit in your car and they stand outside in the cold. The owner of this place has done a great job keeping multiple employees busy and working and customers happy because clearly everyone keeps returning because the lines are super long. Also, if you sign up for the app, they send out rewards EVERY month. There was a couple times I ordered my meal and did some alterations to it and it came out wrong, which was fine, because they were SO QUICK to correct the error. I only come to this location because of how nice and friendly the staff is, even though lines can be long, I know everything will go fast and smooth and my overall experience is pleasant. read more

This place never disappoints. Even with double lines wrapped around the building the lines still moved quickly. They had ample staff working bith inside and outside in the lanes expediting orders. More places need to adapt their philosophy!! Lol read more

Typical Chick-Fil-A. Incredible drive through service from a happy and kind group of employees. Love this place for a fast food fix. Never disappointed. read more

I never thought I'd be reviewing a fast food chain but this location greatly deserves 5 stars. They were absolutely packed but the line moved quick and I got my food really fast. Ordered, went to the bathroom to wash my hands and my food was ready when I got back to the table. Shirley was very friendly and welcoming. Great staff. Top notch read more

Very positive experience. Food: Very good chicken menu. I enjoy their potato wedges (or whatever you call them). The Chick-Fil-A sauce is great. Service: This what the place is known for. Employees are trained extensively on how to serve customers. Environment: Very clean and modern. I will return often. read more

Employee didn't say my pleasure. The food was good but I was disappointed that they didn't say what I was told they would.

I DO recommend! The people at chick-FIL-a are so kind To me! No one called me a Karen like they did at subway! Everyone we pushing the smell of there food towards them. Besides the unflattering bathroom stall I went into that had poop still in the toilet it was amazing, I showed a picture of it in the picture box sweeties! My dear Husband, Chad liked it a lot as well. We came with our kids, Jack (15), Rose (14), Chad JR. (13), Sarah(13), Jason(10), Catherine ( named after St. Catherine! ) (7), William (4), Ella (2) and our adopted daughter, Brooklyn(15) and they also liked it! read more

You can't go wrong with their Spicy Chicken Deluxe with large fries and their market salad. I can't get enough of those and order them every time I go there. Their drive-thru is super efficient and the staff is friendly and professional. Love my Chick-fil-A on Rock and Central. read more

i hate this location, they didn't give me my order when i ordered before 10:30. manager was very rude and disrespectful. told me to die

only 2 reviews on this place... Wichita, why don't you guys ever YELP?!! I always love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries! yum so good! That's all i've ever tried, but I heard their chicken sandwiches are kind of dry. Chick-fil-a is kind of on the pricey side. its $7.50ish for a meal including drink and fries. The service here is super fast! I literally ordered and got my food and paid in under a minute. There's also TWO drive through lanes, which i've never seen before, to facilitate ordering speed when its busy. read more

We went around 9 pm today just to get a little snack. we got amazing service! An employee named Kate took our order and was so kind and helpful! she offered great insight about the menu and really seemed to know what she was doing!!! S/o to Kate, keep up the good work! read more

Here for MAYB and entered the drive-through line at 1:08 p.m. with nearly 30 cars waiting...we ordered and had our food by 1:17 p.m. We had everything in our bags that we ordered and the service was EXCELLENT! Always been a fan of Chic-Fil-A, and this location just made me remember why! read more

food was delicious as always. we ate in for the first time since covid and shirley made sure to check in with us and everyone here. she truly made the experience better. shirley deserves a raise read more

Ok superior customer service here !!! Every-time I come here they get my order right and they are super friendly. I highly recommend the original chicken sandwich. Cons-parking lot is very limited as this place is busy all day. read more

Always a fan of Chick-fil-A. Stopped at this location for breakfast on a work road trip. Very kind employees. Best chicken breakfast burrito i have had yet (they can be hit or miss depending on the freshness of the burrito and the chicken inside). So good! read more

This place knows customer service. They are always very busy but their service is very quick. They have people outside to help move the drive-thru faster by taking orders and payments via tablets instead of one person ordering at a time. I've been impressed every time I've been! Staff is always incredibly friendly as well. read more

This Chick-fil-A doesn't make a ton of mistakes, but when it does happen, good luck. Absolutely zero attempt to make it right after the fact when I was shorted a significant amount of food today. Still gets 3 stars because the food is terrific, but the service lately has gone downhill! It's all about car count these days--not so much making sure your customer was satisfied after the fact. read more

Very unimpressed with my service at this location. Ordered an 8 pc nugget and didn't get the full 8 nuggets, smh. Also asked for buffalo sauce as my dressing AS WELL as honey for a bit of sweet n salty action but only received 1 packet of honey. Smh, lets do better chick fil a team:/ read more

Took the family for dinner' after a 12-hour hospital shift. Line went smoothly until someone ordered shakes. Four cars behind were kept waiting. When they got their shakes they continued to sit there blocking everyone. I asked the worker why not have the people pull on up so the rest of us could go. Her response - they're just chillin'. No thought whatsoever about how to move things along or consideration for exhausted people with such a flippant remark. Will not be back, food is not that great, service is clearly not either. read more

The manager at the location I was at was rude. The food sucked and I asked for a replacement salad and the manager told me "pick the fruit off and I'll give you some tomatoes" I won't return to this place again! read more

I really like the chicken nuggets but if you are hungry get the 12 piece because they are rather small. The drive through is very efficient and the workers that are outside really speed things up. I didn't even have to go to the window because someone brought my food out to me before I got tHere. I also love the spicy chicken sandwich read more

Insane, I love Chick-fil-A. This location is super packed but the service is amazing. Very clean and well run as is typical with this chain. read more

Yes, this is just a fast food restaurant but the friendly, courteous service always exceeds expectations. I've also taken my kids to several of their family events like meeting Santa, story times, etc. read more

Love the original chicken sandwich with extra pickles. Prices are good compared to other "fast food" restaurants and the service is exceptional. Employees are always polite and helpful and most times my order is ready before I've even finished paying and getting my beverage. Other chain fast food establishments could learn something from Chick Fil A's employees as they are well trained in the area of customer service. read more

Always ring me up for the wrong order ! And I get attitudes when it's their fault and they never fix it , so I will not be returning. I'll go to Popeyes if that's the case read more

I lived in ATL for 20 years while chick-fil-a grew. My kids were raised on it. It's the best.

Wow, this is the prettiest, cleanest and friendliness Chic Fil-A I've been in. That's saying something as they've all been nice. Food was excellent as it is in each store. Nice to be served by a staff that is paying total attention to their customers unlike the McDonald's we ate at earlier today where the girl wouldn't get off the phone with her friend to take our order. read more

I give it a 3 star for the food. Do NOT go through drive-thru if you have a deadline. I went through the drive-thru on a weekday at 12:15. At 12:45 I was still in the line. No way out & I nearly missed an appointment! There are two lanes, but S-L-O-W! read more

We ate in and the service was very fast. Before I could even get to my seat my food was coming out. Staff was very nice and friendly.

I have come to this location since they opened. Generally the service is prompt, food is hot and tasty, and the people have been uber friendly. I got out of the gym tonight, ha a chicken sandwich from there and a small lemonade, and found a $&@! Fingernail in my drink. Take a drink, and then whoa...wait up...there's something in there...this is just disgusting. It wasn't a lemon seed shard or anything, I know what a fingernail looks like....called and make a complaint with the manager and he said the expected stuff, I can send you a coupon etc but...man...a dang fingernail in a drink??? So gross!!! Probably be awhile before I choose to go back unfortunately. read more

As the morning sun glistened on the creator's menu, I walked through the gates of heaven into a palace of chicken. The sweet, crisp air conditioning of Chick-fil-A blew through my hair and reminded me of the golden chicken sandwiches that I've been reminiscing about in my dreams. As I walked up to what could only be an angel, I swiftly ordered the Lord's waffle fries, along with two spicy sandwiches from above. The moment the kind employee excerpted the phrase, "My pleasure," after I thanked her for her service I knew I had been served and had arrived home. As she gave me my foam chalice, I walked to my sacred red booth once filling it with their holy water. The blessed, red foil slowly revealed, as it was carefully unravelled a superfood. It was not simply a chicken sandwich, it was The Chicken Sandwich. The second the golden bun touched my lips, I was enlightened. No longer did I need to seek the meaning of life, nor what my future held as I had immediately gained all knowledge as I immersed myself in its immense flavor. The prophecy was complete, I had eaten the chosen one. read more
