They forgot salad dressing for two southwest salads. Arrived to an event 20 minutes away from the restaurant to find this out. We did not eat the salads without the dressing. I am not going to carry them around with me or put them in my car for almost 2 hrs to save them. So I gave the store a call. I was told to come back and get the 2 dressings. I can't make the 40 min round trip thru rush hour as I am at an event my daughter is in. The worker gives me attitude for even asking for a refund on the 2 salads which they would not do. I talked to someone else and they told me they could give me a free dessert coupon. These Southwest salads cost almost $10 each. And a single $2 dessert coupon is not proper reimbursement for their mistake. I used the mobile app to contact corp to let them know . We shall see. I am truly disappointed... read more

What an amazing place, seriously!!! They have amazing customer service here. There is only 1 downside.... ITS PACKED, but the upside is they have the best customer service. So now that COVID happened they have multiple people outside getting people through the order line. They also try their best to limit person to person contact and are super nice even as you sit in your car and they stand outside in the cold. The owner of this place has done a great job keeping multiple employees busy and working and customers happy because clearly everyone keeps returning because the lines are super long. Also, if you sign up for the app, they send out rewards EVERY month. There was a couple times I ordered my meal and did some alterations to it and it came out wrong, which was fine, because they were SO QUICK to correct the error. I only come to this location because of how nice and friendly the staff is, even though lines can be long, I know everything will go fast and smooth and my overall experience is pleasant. read more

only 2 reviews on this place... Wichita, why don't you guys ever YELP?!! I always love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries! yum so good! That's all i've ever tried, but I heard their chicken sandwiches are kind of dry. Chick-fil-a is kind of on the pricey side. its $7.50ish for a meal including drink and fries. The service here is super fast! I literally ordered and got my food and paid in under a minute. There's also TWO drive through lanes, which i've never seen before, to facilitate ordering speed when its busy. read more

I never thought I'd be reviewing a fast food chain but this location greatly deserves 5 stars. They were absolutely packed but the line moved quick and I got my food really fast. This place knows customer service. They are always very busy but their service is very quick. They have people outside to help move the drive-thru faster by taking orders and payments via tablets instead of one person ordering at a time. I've been impressed every time I've been! Took the family for dinner' after a 12-hour hospital shift. Line went smoothly until someone ordered shakes. Four cars behind were kept waiting. When they got their shakes they continued to sit there blocking everyone. I asked the worker why not have the people pull on up so the rest of us could go. Her response - they're just chillin'. No thought whatsoever about how to move things along or consideration for exhausted people with such a flippant remark. I got out of the gym tonight, ha a chicken sandwich from there and a small lemonade, and found a $&@! Fingernail in my drink. Take a drink, and then whoa...wait up...there's something in there...this is just disgusting. We ate in and the service was very fast. Before I could even get to my seat my food was coming out. Staff was very nice and friendly.

I rarely do fast food but with where my job is located there a few handful of great options that are quick and easy. I always though Chick Filet location on Rock and Central would be terrible but those employees work hard and fast to get you in and out of there when you go through the drive though. In addition, some of the kindest customer service ever when served inside or outside. My favorite is the class fried chicken with extra pickles and sometimes I will also order the grilled chicken for a healthier options but it is always hard to resist the original best! Those waffle fries they have are also made to perfection. They now have an app that you can use when visiting. In addition, from time to time they do special promotions for free breakfast. If you haven't had their biscuit with chicken and egg then you gotta try it! Who knew you could make chicken taste so good even for a breakfast meal. read more

I'm a little torn here. I would usually give just about any Chickfila a 5, but we went for breakfast this morning, and the service was pretty sad. After we ordered we had to wait about 10 minutes before I finally went to ask for my food. They didn't even have the right name for the order, and they hadn't even started bagging it. So I had to wait another 5 minutes. Then we realized our food was a little less than fresh. On our way out we saw one of my husband's military friends who had been waiting for his food for about 20 mins. They made him late for work and still messed up his order, but he didn't have time to get it fixed because he was already late. Personally, this kind of service warrants 1 or 2 stars, but every other time the service was a little better than that. Chickfila, you better shape up before I come back and give you less stars and a worse review. I'm being nice here. read more
