This is hands-down the most efficient, and friendly gas station in Arizona. Every morning if you come in here at 7 AM you will see multiple employees working at least two registers in order to accommodate speedy line flow. They are always nice and treat you with a smile. Huge fan of the entire chain and will always choose a QuikTrip over their competitors (Circle K, 7-11, Woody's, etc.). Clean stores and restrooms. Friendly and helpful employees. Each store is basically a truck stop on steroids with a better selection and fresh goods than other places. This store is no different. It is on my way to work in the mornings, so it has become a fairly regular stop/check-in. Competitive gas prices. Great selection of drinks and snacks to start your day and help you get through your morning. The clerks come and go fairly regularly due to being assigned to different stores, but every person I've interacted with at this location has been friendly and helpful. I've become such a regular that most usually give me a heads up that they are being moved to a different store just to say goodbye. Good people. I highly recommend this store. You won't be disappointed. read more

Unless one of the managers is there the store always seems at half the effort. Never ever ever has roller items that are fresh (3/4ths of the time we've bought them they're old and spoiled or just plain empty) half the shelves are barely stoked or merchandised decently. Just seems really lack luster unless the manager is there telling the employees what to do. read more

Love the new QT. This is their largest floorplan and they doubled the gas pumps. I stop in here for a quick lunch or snack and the food comes up fast even though they're always busy. They have just about anything you could imagine beverage wise and you're in and out as fast as you can decide what you want. Always clean too! read more

Customer service is above and beyond at this place in the AM. Only 1 person was working the kitchen so I was told I'd have to wait a few minutes for my pretzel. I thought that's fine I'll just go fill up my gas tank while I wait. About 4 minutes pass and the guy in the kitchen comes outside to bring me my pretzel. Im a big fan of all QuikTrips. I tend to stop at one if convenient just because of how quickly I can get in and out. Usually takes 3 minutes tops. I don't know why but for some reason every time I go to circle k I end up waiting in a line that nearly reaches the drink coolers In the back. So QT has mainly been the go to. Though I am able to efficiently get in and out of the store w/in that 3 minute time frame, checking out with one of their team members The other night was fairly unpleasant. She was blonde and had curly hair that was pulled back and in either a bun or pony tail. She's checked me out twice and both times resulted In the same service. So now I'm here. Now let me preface this by saying this individual said nothing inappropriate, she didn't incorrectly charge me, and she didn't make me wait. In fact she was one of the quickest they had that afternoon. The one thing that killed it all was her attitude. Crazy how something as simple as your attitude would sway someone's business indefinitely. It shouldn't. But it did. She seemed like it was the absolute last place she wanted to be. She was extremely short. And loud shouting in frustration for the next customer to head down. When you'd ask for something shed look at you in frustration. Anyone would have thought shed want to be anywhere then where she was. I had a few quarters that I wanted to get rid of, and you would have thought I'd thrown a foreign coin down as currensy. I don't expect to be treated like a king when I'm at QT. But the job is simple. It's not hard being courteous. I respect her. So after living in the Phoenix area for a few months I have never been to QuikTrip before and I'm glad to have finally checked it out recently. This is a super awesome gas station as well as a convenience store which is more like a small supermarket with how many items they sell in there. The premises is kept very clean both inside and outside...simply adding to the appeal to stop over here for fuel and the store inside. Prices are also very reasonable as well and not as pricey as I had originally expected. I also noticed that the employees are very friendly and helpful which is something you normally don't see at most other stations. read more

5/8 bought a pack of NJoy ace pods today. Not only were the pods opened but one was empty. I called in to let them know and the guy that answered denied that he sold them at first and then admitted he did and was a complete dick about it. You know this location has really gone downhill when the clerks are opening and reselling products. read more

CONTAMINATED FUEL (8/10/2018) This location had contaminated fuel (mid grade dispensed from pump #9 on 8/10/2018) causing my vehicle to break down on the freeway during my drive home from qt gas station. Causing thousands in damages to my vehicle per dealership. After taking my vehicle to authorized dealership per qt requirements, offering full transparency on my end and waiting patiently as they "investigated" my claim. Quick trip denied any financial responsibility or compensation. Their fuel guarantee is non existent. Buyer beware! If you had fuel related issues around the same time after purchasing fuel from this location, a lawsuit is being drafted and filled and you may be entitled to compensation. Since my husband and I moved across town, this is my new QT. It's different than some of the ones I'm used too! It has two entrances, and the coffee and Teas are across the store from the soda fountains (weird?!) But they have the fresh food "Kitchen" and quality I've come to expect from QuickTrips. They're always clean, always well lit, and always fresh. The staff is a bit less friendly than my old location (19th Ave and Deer Valley) on more than on occasion I've been stuck in line while the gentleman at the register flirted with the girl in front of me (usually on late night runs) and there is one young lady who works in the morning who looks like she'd rather be anywhere else in the world. I get it, it's your job, you aren't always going to love it, but you're in customer service. Don't make me feel like I've ruined your day by showing up. I'm going to continue to visit, since it's next door... and maybe you'll earn your 5th Star. If anyone can, it's QT read more

I never really thought about writing a review about Quick Trip, probably because I come here all the time and doesn't cross my mind. It doesn't matter if I'm just needing gas or something to drink I will go out of my way to find a QT. They are very consistent with cleanliness, friendliness and one of the biggest pluses for me is how quick they make sure to get you taken care of and out the door. Horrible customer service. I thought QT was supposed to be quick. I go to the counter with nobody in line holding a gallon of water and several other drinks and none of the employees paid attention to the register. Instead they wanted to gossip behind the tobacco shelf about how they weren't invited to some party. They have reduced the size of their pizza slices and justify it by "supposedly" reducing the price. The new slice hardly fills half the box. In fact, I bought two of the new sized slices for $4. I cut one of them up into smaller pieces and the pieces fit perfectly into the box with the other smaller slice. OT use to sell you two large slices for $5. So in essence, you are paying $4 for one of the old size slices instead of $2.50. Trust me QT... if you wanted more money you should have just kept the old size slice and raised the price. People don't like being made the fool. read more

Went to go pump some gas and the pump messed up. It didn't give me all of the gas that I paid for. I spoke to the employee and he wasn't really nice. Then the main manager came and took care of everything. I was satisfied with the customer service from the manager but not the employee at the front counter read more
