This is my go to place to always fill my tank up with gasoline. I also get my lottery tickets twice a week here. I stopped by right now because I was craving a fountain drink. As I was getting my soda I watch people walk in with their own bags, five people walked out with fountain, sodas, and their goodies. Of course, this isn't the first time, but it's very frustrating as I and other customers like myself pay for our items. I told the young gentleman at the register, and he wouldn't even acknowledge what I was saying to him, and I finally said, sir, did you hear what I said, and he said man there's only two of us and I said well, then you need to talk to your boss and get someone to stand by those doors because that's why our prices are going up! QT's are typically a good place to get gas and use the bathrooms. No issues with the gas but the men's bathroom was disgusting. Stall broken, the 2nd one was filthy. Paper all over. No soap. This location does not live up to the standards of a normal QT. read more

Great location and staff but it's swarming with homeless people aggressively telling you long stories and engaging in conversation parked at the pumps expecting people to pay for their gas and not leaving until they do. This QT can get. A little crowded at times depending on when you are there. Early mornings can be a little difficult at times. Besides that, this is a great place to stop to fuel up and get something to drink and eat. What I look for in a gas station is good quality gas at the cheapest price. This location has consistently been some of the lowest price gas in the valley since it opened last year. I use the GasBuddy app to locate the low price gas in my area. Again today, this location came up as the lowest in all of Phoenix at the moment. Cheaper than even ARCOs that I avoid because I prefer to use a credit card. I have used QT gas since I started driving in Iowa. I have never had a problem. This location features parking, not only in front of the store, but the sides as well and offers two additional entrances on each side of the building not found in most other Phoenix area locations. On Oct 13 I went to QT gas station in Phoenix Az I went in the store as usual to get ice as I went in I noticed security had on a flag which represented racism I questioned him about what it represented he responded dont F****ing worry about it I then told him I'm aware it was racist he told me in a very aggressive way to shut my mouth with a racist slur I had my ice in my hand which I threw and he chased me out the store grabbed me by my sweater I'm 110 lbs and slammed me on the ground shattering my patella in multiple places I was unaware of the injury due to adrenaline however because I never been in a situation so scary he then put his knee in my back stopping me from breathing then putting his tazer in my face while I was cuffed on the ground I was trying to get up he left me down there with a broke knee for 10 mins when I tried to get up once police arrived that's when I realized my knee was broke I was so in fear I didn't want to ride to the hospital thinking they would kill me however once officer's calmed me down I am now in rehab after a 5 hr surgery I have PTSD and very bad dreams I need help reaching someone who can help me read more

You can make it a quick trip at QuikTrip because the cashier that rung me up is comparable to an auctioneer. I swear to God, the man was speedy and words just spilled out his mouth like he was conducting a live auction. He is a multitasker as he was helping two customers out at the same time at the cash register. Lines do not exist at this location. You're literally in and out within minutes. Don't get me wrong, I love QT and never before had complaints but I felt I had to share and the one star is based on this episode alone. I stopped at this location today to fill up my car and went inside to get a drink. While I was next to the QT kitchen counter I noticed one of the employees making a shake for a customer. As soon as he had finished, he took some of the left over shake from the spindle with his finger, put it in his mouth, and then continued to make other orders without washing his hands or the appliances. This is the Quiktrip I frequent even though there's two other gas station that are just as close to me. The reason I love this Quiktrip is because I can honestly say that no matter the time of day I will always feel safer going here than any other gas station. Quiktrip is always well lit and well staffed so even at midnight (or later) it doesn't feel sketchy even though some wouldn't consider this part of town as the safest. Also, this place is always clean and I think that's also because they're so well staffed. Everyone is always doing something to either help the line, restock, or clean-up. read more

This is a great QT located in the central area. The gas prices are always fair, it always has customers around the clock so it's not scary to go there at night and the staff is pleasant. There are always police and ambulances in and out of the parking lot to get snacks and gas so it feels safe. It IS central so it has some characters around during the day/night but I've never had a problem with any of them. The inside is always clean and the employees are constantly busy working and maintaining the pumps/parking lot. Great place to fill up and grab a drink. I am writing this based on my conversation with Chris whom answered the phone when I called. When I got gas yesterday my cc was charged for the $38.02 I got in gas & then again $1.00....I was kinda worried why a second charge had shown up & wondered why...I called Chris answered and was very nice & explained why gas stations often times will show a second charge like that as a pre-authorization fee & that the fee will go away in a couple of days. Live right down the block from here and I am so glad they built this QT! Everything is always stocked and clean and the cashiers always get the lines moving pretty fast. My aunt lives in the complex behind this "station". They are rude, do not know the meaning of how to handle sanitation, deliveries at all hours of the day and night with exhaust and fumes entering her condo. Managers have been rude and cocky in handling her sanitation issues and so a complete disregard for anyone s rights but their own. No signage like most stores so engine idlying is at all hours of day and night so carbon dioxide and other fumes enter upstairs units. in addition store is in violation of air quality, noise and neighborhood ordinances. Great place for beverages and snack foods. They have the best ever hot pretzel from their kitchen.

This gas station was built over two years ago. We have hundreds of photos and videos of of delivery trucks delivering at all times of the night. They are only suppose to do Deliveries in the daytime. The diesel engines run for hours at a time we've had trucks parked for over six hours a night with their engines Rattling our windows. They do not care about our neighbors or in the way their business affects their living condition. Our homeowners association has complained repeatedly to their upper management all to no avail being told if we do not like the noise air light pollution then we should move. The city of Phoenix has informed them repeatedly to be a good neighbor of which they are ignoring. This is the worst management I've ever experienced in a business. I even have a photo of an employee dropping his pants and shaking his penis at me telling me to move out of the neighborhood. I would not recommend this business for anything they should be ran out of the neighborhood. Do not purchase anything from this station they are a bad neighbor. read more
