My husband and I were on the way back from a visit with a family member last night. So we drove around to see what was open on Christmas Day and it basically came down to Ihop and QT being open. So we took the chance and popped in to QT and thankfully the QT kitchen was open and Santa gave his QT elves a great pep talk. We picked up our sides and waited on our main dishes which was a wrap and a grilled cheese modified with our taste in mind. Thank you for being open and available on such a chaotic day. It's a great stop for fuel, restroom break, few small treats and bites for the kiddos. One complaint: the frozen blue raspberry and frozen Dr. Pepper (both) machines are usually down. That red light is constantly on. I know it's Muskogee, but this QT needs to step up like the neighboring QT's in BA and Tulsa. Saying that on behalf of my sons disappointment every time. I feel sad for our little guy. The quality of business in Muskogee is basically the same that goes for a lot of the chain ran places. Muskogee really had gone down hill for the past 18 years. read more

Nice new style store. Stopped by Friday night, XXX out of order, which is the low calorie drink of choice for me. All the roller items behind the line and still cooking, grill shut down. Stuff happens. I leave hungry with a drink I don't want, but I've got a couple hours driving. Came back through Sunday, one urinal covered in black plastic, towel holder hanging open, XXX still down, grabbed some egg rolls, and they are out of the duck sauce. Did they have rush on duck sauce? Is it going for big $ on the black sauce market? Doesn't matter because I've handled the egg rolls so they are now mine. Like eating a Hot Fudge Sunday with no hot fudge....to be honest the egg rolls are an excuse for me to eat the sauce... bummed, not what I have grown to expect from QT. Came back through last Friday, trash bag on urinal, towels jammed, sweet and sour sauce available and associate cleaning roller items roller, but to do this, they had consolidated everything on two machines. NOOOOO! Welcome to the world of cross contamination! Even if I could eat the beef dogs, they were now rolling with chicken items, creating a cross contamination issue, and potentially a trip to the hospital for me!! Steered clear and went hungry. Big ol' QT on a much needed stretch through Muskogee, Oklahoma, U.S.A. We were heading up from Dallas to KC and our GPS accidentally steered us away from our traditional I-35 route and we wound up coming up near Tulsa and through Muskogee. Nothing wrong with that but you definitely don't get the comforts of the interstate when taking the back highways. One of those comforts are big, clean gas stations, and that's why we were relieved to see a QuikTrip. Cheapest gas around, huge fountain selection, and all around what you'd expect from the best gas station/convenience store chain in the country. read more

Clean restrooms with plenty of stalls, nice food and beverage choices, plus easy to access as you're travelling through Muskogee. Honestly, when we're on a road trip these simple things are often hard to find even though you think they should be standard. So YAY to Quik Trip for being awesome! What I don't like is having the restrooms on either side of the building - it just makes it very confusing to find the men/s and women's when everywhere else in the world has them side by side. This is an epic QT!! This is a new location and is one of their truck stops. There is a ton of gas pumps and plenty of room for parking. There is a huge selection of drinks and snacks and the staff are always friendly. If you've never been in one check out the made to order food and specialty coffees. They are pretty darn good for a convenient store!! read more

One star. I'm so disappointed. QT is an Oklahoma staple. It's fantastic, convenient, efficient, and I would guess that any given location hosts hundreds sometimes thousands a day. The employees are exposed to those customers and the customers to those employees. At the begining of the 2020 COVID19 pandemic a QT employee died from the disease. So how is it at all appropriate for every employee in the entire facility (manager, truck supplies, front clerk, FOOD SERVICE) to be without a mask. Not a single employee was wearing a mask. Not even under the nose, around the neck, dangling from the ear, which would all have been equally effective as not wearing one at all. I really love QT and love supporting them. Lack of customer mask compliance is sad, but when businesses that have such great influence subject their employees and customers to this kind of risk, it's disgusting. read more

I loved QT every since they came to Muskogee, and before, but now very disappointed. They have taken the hot lattes from the deli area, they were the best! I stopped by daily to get this latte, and no, the powdered drink mixes on the wall dispensaries are not the same. I was informed they replaced my caffeine for tacos! I needed gas. They had gas. Was able to pay at the pump. I pulled the nozzle out of the pump and it worked. This place does what it's supposed to do. Even had a garbage can next to the pump so I could dump my trash from my car. It was well lit, as I was there at 4am. read more

I don't know what Rusty was talking about in his review yesterday, but I always have a great experience when I come here. Maybe they don't get their truck until Tuesday nights or Wednesday mornings and they didn't order enough last week, but today they were fully stocked. I love their fresh sandwiches and salads, so much better than the cheap Deli Express sandwiches you get at hole in the wall gas stations. I haven't tried any of their made to order food yet because it's an upcharge for everything, but it's fresh, so you probably get what you pay for. This is my favorite place to stop coming through the area, way better than Pilot, it's just limited parking for semi trucks. Plus the coffee and cappuccino selection is unbeatable! read more

Nice and clean. Ordered my food. Waited in line to pay for food. 5 minutes later they tell me they don't have the sandwich I ordered so I had to wait in line again for refund. Left hungry because I wasn't going to go thru the hole process again. Not even fresh sandwiches. I saw them digging thru tubs of cheap stall sandwiches in bags that one gets in crap gas stations.
