Reasor's is my favorite grocery store in Tulsa. Every shopping trip with Reasor's has felt like a VIP customer. The aisles are always well stocked and the displays of grocery goods are immaculate. The products are fresh and the store just looks great. I love the potential discounts available at Reasor's from Reasor's rewards which give discounts through in-house coupons to discounts via different cash back apps. Reasor's rewards partner with QT to give additional discounts for gasoline. Using all available discounts avenues, Reasor's is the only grocery store that has given me a HUGE saving on my grocery bills. This may sound unbelievable, but it is the cheapest grocery store for me. I would highly recommend Reasor's on any day, at any time, and in any place. read more

I am very disappointed with the service from Ryld in the deli section at Reasors on Memorial in Bixby,OK. My mom has been over 3 times and he has been rude and treated her poorly. She has asked for shaved/falling apart turkey and he has failed to comply with her request. Today, I decided to go with her and had an awful experience. He was extremely rude and when I asked if he could make sure my turkey was shaved/falling apart he held up my turkey, shook it, and made it fall apart and onto the floor. Went to the Reasors in BA for the live music and patio experience. After paying for 2burgers and cheese curds we left after an hour wait. Went to a real restaurant. Mind you...we ordered our burger and cheese curds at 6:10pm. At 7 :30...received a text saying our order was ready. Already paid for the food. We just left b/c we were hungry. Resorts is great for certain items. Their deli is great. Their fried chicken is as good as anyone's and very inexpensive but their prices can be ridiculous. I wanted a Frick Ham for Easter. Reasors $4.60 per pound. Walmart $2.80 per pound. Special K at Reasors $5.50 for small box. Walmart $4.60 for big box. Very hard to just go in and shop at Reasors on a budget. read more

Like the time it takes to wait in the checkout line is longer than what it takes to actually shop. It's baffling how slowly they scan one item at a time. Reasor's is my prefered place to shop for groceries for the variety, quality, and price although customer service is lacking since ownership changed. Shopped at Reasor's in Bixby this afternoon and pointed out to the store manager that there were only 2 lines open and those were 4 customers deep and that the cashiers had no assistance in helping to bag the groceries which was impacting the length of time it took to serve each customer. There were no concerns expressed by the manager as he walked out of his office and proceeded to move empty carts and handbaskets closer to the office for serving online shoppers. Is Reasor's wanting to become an exclusive online store? If so they should move forward with that concept instead of tarnishing their reputation by providing their in store shoppers with poor personal service. Attached are photos of the two lines waiting to be served. Yes, I know that I can become an online shopper but prefer to see what I am putting in my cart along with any expiration date and probably end up spending more with the impulse shopping that does not occur with the online shopper. Positive & Negative. My family has always appreciated Reasor's for their cleanliness & stocked selections. We've predominantly shopped at Reasor's Bixby since moving to the area 2 yrs ago. As a conscientious consumer, we look for consistency in service, cleanliness, convenience, selection, and affordability. We had come to trust their name...Unfortunately, over recent months, we've experienced consistency in incorrect pricing on our receipt. We spend approx. $350./mth at Reasor's and it's become a time consuming affair verifying receipts and returning to the store for refunds. The overcharge discrepancies have varied from $3-$20. It's due to human error and system error. Ex: ringing up incorrect produce codes, sales items not updated in their system or ringing incorrectly. It's not easily detected b/c some discounts are line item while others are reflected at the bottom of your receipt, not referencing any item. It can be a puzzle matching the sales ad & your receipt. This week, we found a discrepancy of $7.29 so my husband phoned the store. The woman with whom he spoke actually said, "Your receipt total may not always reflect what's charged on your card." Her statement is not only ridiculous, but has broken our trust in their store. After 3 days, a refund was credited. This Reasor's location apparently has internal issues which need to be resolved! I don't believe it's an intentional act, but it's a consistent problem & consistency is what matters. Always Check Your Receipt! read more

I love, love, love this Reasors location! My favorite thing is shopping online because their personal shoppers do an EXCELLENT job! There are always 3-5 employees restocking in the produce which always makes me happy! The only thing I'd say that could be improved is, the deli employees are always so busy with a minimum of 4 employees on any given day, they're SO busy doing "prep" the wait at this counter is the longest wait in the store. Love the meat department, where the butchers are helpful and knowledgeable! Before I lived as close to this store I drove past a different Reasor's to come here! read more

This review is for the deli/restaurant part of the store!!! Something Café...really!! All tables and seats dirty! Trash cans full! I told teenage employees and they ignored my request to send the manager on duty over. And for good reason...they were clocked in but not working! I was eventually able to talk to a manager and they corrected the filthy situation. Another reminder that we SHOULD NOT feel obligated to clean off our tables at restaurants!! When I first moved to Tulsa, I LOVED Reasor's, because of the service! There were always checkers; there were always sackers; I could always ask for curbside service for my groceries. Sad to say, it's now not much different from shopping at a Walmart, as it's clear they want you to check your own groceries or -- if you wait in line -- they will check them and MAYBE sack them, but they won't load them back into your cart. I've been shopping at Reasor's in Bixby to buy all of my elderly parents's groceries for them. Since they shop there and have certain things they like there, that's where I've gone in hopes of finding what they need and want. Each trip there since early March has been disappointing and frustrating. The main reasons for this is that the store is usually poorly stocked (I can say this because I'll go to the 41st Reasor's location and find a fully stocked store), and poor customer service. Another example, when they stopped carrying a favorite frozen food that my 91 year old mom loved, I talked with customer service who said that they'd try to mention it to the manager but that probably nothing would come of it. Then I went to the 41st location and found the item easily with the help of a very conscientious Reasor's employee. The South Bixby location, while it is in a much more convenient location for me, will NOT be where I'll shop again. Today's trip convinced me to take my business elsewhere when, again, Customer Service told me I couldn't exchange one bag of unopened chips (still in the Reasor's bag) that I had just bought for another. Nowhere is it posted in the store or otherwise, that you can't do an exchange. I think that would be good communication to provide the patrons in order for them to absolutely know this policy. The chips weren't expensive, not really the point, but the lack of helpfulness from the manager was astounding. I guess I should have just told him the chips were moldy and then he would have cooperated and exchanged them. My bad. read more

It is a shame that I am only visiting my family here in Tulsa as they have no Reasor's far up in Biden's home state. As a vegan, I was delighted to find chocolate sunflower butter cups (www.free2bcups.com) with all the varieties (both chocolate and dark chocolate) being vegan, and to be all the more ethical, free of 12 different major allergens. This is my last resort for grocery shopping because I can get the same stuff for better prices at Walmart, target , and Costco. I would say though Reasor's has one of the best spice selections and cheese selections. They also have a great seafood and meat selection. The staff is friendly and it well kept up and clean. I went here for some steaks last night and some steak rub. I bought 4.2 pounds of sirloin, some spices , San Francisco's sourdough and some red pepper olive oil for the bread and the total came out a little over $50 which isn't that bad at all. All in all I wouldn't have gone here if Costco was closed but it was a good 2nd string so consider this place. read more

Last week I placed an order for a birthday cake for my wife. I was to pick it up at 9:00 a.m.today, her birthday. At 8:00 a.m. this morning I received a call from a girl at Reasors telling me that "the baker didn't show up so we can't get you a cake". I guess they are a one-man show in the bakery! This is my most favorite store in the whole world. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They give you a smile and ask if they can help you. If you need something special, they are all over it. I love the Deli, the Bakery and the Meat departments (they will tell you how to cook it if you ask). The cashiers are fun and delightful - I use the drive thru and they are wonderful and helpful. Nope nope. Every time I go in this store, I regret it. I had an incident last year where a disabled employee was injured while "helping" me load my groceries and I was appalled at the way the other employees handled it- from totally brushing off the employee's injury to making no effort to acknowledge that it was frightening and inconvenient to me. I cared more about the employee's wellbeing (despite having a groceries all over the ground and a baby in the car) than the other people who knew him and worked there. Today was the last straw. The produce is never as fresh as it should be, and the staff could not be less helpful- despite there being 10x more staff than necessary. Today in the middle of the day, store was practically empty and I was shopping on the cookie aisle. I'm standing there reading the label on an item and 2 employees come up, one apparently training the other, and they reach around me to grab items, then proceed to stand way too close for my comfort discussing whatever. No "excuse me," "can I help you?"-- nothing. I was literally the only customer in the aisle and that's how they acted? Nope. I put back everything I had already put in my cart and left. Yes, I love Reasor's from everyday shopping to receiving my awards points for cents off of gasoline. So yeah, I use them for my pharmacy as well. Their store is always so clean and their produce is the best. I see people griping on here but I do not understand why. Have you actually spoken to someone other than the cashier about your issues? I would do that first and then if I didn't like them, I would quit going there. Just quit griping and keep your mouths shut and go somewhere else if you think they are that bad. Very nice and clean grocery store. Plenty of parking. Drive through pick up which is very nice when we have extreme weather conditions. Also order online and pick up through drive through. Great meat department with multiple selections of various types of fresh beef, chicken, pork and fish. Excellent freshly prepared dishes with multiple vegetable and meat selections. Really surprised on the low reviews. I have never had a bad experience here. The location is conveniently located near my home which makes a Quickstop so much easier. They carried the best apple pie I have tried compared to my own! The fruit and vegetable section has been plentiful and some of the best deals compared to target and sprouts. Bakery is always there to help with any questions. The meat and cheese department have always been overly helpful. The check out cashiers are always super friendly and offer assistance every time. Returning anything has been super simple. Even without a recipe. Nice part, is you can pick up your groceries if need be, order them online. Pharmacy is FAST! I went to this Reasors looking for a last minute Christmas item. A young woman asked if she could help, walked with me to the deli, and found someone there to help me. He told me the deli was out of the item and I went to the meat section to find something to make from scratch. In the meantime, the deli worker found what I was looking for, looked for me, found me, and brought the item up to check out for me. The bakery women are super friendly and very helpful as are the meat counter personnel who took time out and helped me find an hard-to-find piece of meat. 3 people took on that task but we finally found it! This is my favorite Reasor's in Tulsa...Bixby. Reasor's has many different options than WalMart and Target. I prefer their produce and they have a wonderful deli. We tend to get our meat and fish here as well. Reasor's does seem to have a little higher prices, but well worth it. There is always great costumer service and plenty of check-out lanes available. This Reasor's is also has a restaurant, with great lunch and dinner selections. Also, very clean store! read more

Always good customer service. Last night, my husband and I were searching for Kona Coffee and called ahead. They said they had it so we headed over. Of course, we found plenty more we needed and then asked if they had any boxes they could spare as we are moving soon. They brought out a cart of boxes and just asked for any we don't use to bring them back. From two broke kids in Bixby settling into a first home, we couldn't be more thankful! I have had to return items 4 times in the last 2 months. Two were from the deli and two from the meat counter. Each time I expressed concern over the poor quality of the meat. The manager just states that he is sorry, but doesn't he want to check out the poor quality? Last week I returned deli meat to only be questioned by the manager why I thought it was bad. I told him to open and he could see that it was slimy like soap. FYI, these meats have all been returned in less than 24 hours. They had a sale on bulk meats. I went to the counter to purchase 5 lbs. of chicken only to find that I was charged $600! for it. I told the girl that was not correct and she stated that it was correct. Are you serious? Let's get the manager over to the counter or just take it off my ticket. The manager came over and then had to call the meat market to see if it was correct. Are you kidding me? 5lbs of chicken for $600! Customers behind me were getting frustrated as well as this was taking too long. I just wanted it now off the ticket. I am done with this Reasors. I know Reasor's doesn't have the best prices... But what I cannot and will not tolerate is incorrect pricing of products from what they are on the shelf vs what the computer shows. On more than one occasion I have had these parasites try to steal from me by over charging. I have called them on it and while they will eventually fix the error you have to stand there while they go check the price to make sure you aren't lying. Well f*&k you Reasor's,.. They even go check the price if you show them on your phone that the price was as you stated. What the hell do they think I'm doing using photoshop to change the pictures? The only reason I can see that they continually treat customers as if they are all liars is that they must be liars themselves and assume everyone is trying to cheat them as they cheat their customers. Today was the last day I ever set foot in this joke of a store. Total bill was just over $20 and $3 of the that was from overcharges... 3 items and each one was 1 dollar more than it was either listed on the shelf or in their sales flyer. I've shopped the Bixby Resor's ever since it opened. Their employees have always beeen friendly and helpful. I watch the cashier carefully and never have them overcharge me. A sale item might not be keyed in yet but I catch that. Deli, bakery, and produce are fresh and very clean. Don't buy much meat here, have another favorite for that. Prices are good, gas card points are great, and store is stocked well. Now the curb pick-up is a time saver. And it's FREE!1 Don't know why I read so many gripes? I love this store. read more

Reasor's stores have smiling Jeff Reasor on tv, but when it comes to service during this pandemic they leave A LOT to be desired! We are in the at-risk age and health group and have ordered three times now for pick up and never gotten about a third of what we ordered and NEVER any paper goods of any kind! So, today we ordered from Neighborhood Market online for pick up and on a $100 order we got each and every item we asked for and NO substitutions! The customer service (I use that term loosely here) at Reasor's told me that we were ordering online at the WRONG time!!! Just FYI, we've ordered day and night and had to wait at the computer for Reasor's to finally give me their time only to go for pick up and wait for one hour and ten minutes!! Mr. Reasor you need to work on your stores and customer service and quit smiling on tv like everything is good!!! While you're at it, you might try remodeling your store as you've been saying you would for 2 yrs. at 71st & Sheridan. It is a pit! read more
