Tonight they only gave me a partial receipt. 71 out of 99 line items and the remainder were left off. When I called customer service, the only answer was to come back and get another receipt. I talked to the store manager, Lizzy, and was told I was being rude and shouting! I had her on my speaker so I could adjust the volume so I could hear her. I was not shouting. I am 73 years old, handicapped, hard of hearing, and living on a fixed income! I cannot afford to be driving around back and forth to this store wasting my expensive gas because the checker messed up my receipt. She should have looked at it and realized it was not complete! A fairly decent selection of ice cream. But we decided to have a mixer which is frozen yogurt mixed with some kind of topping (kinda like a blizzard but less on options). To my surprise it was pretty good. In fact so good we took daughter and grandson with us (they are from East coast too) the next day when they wanted ice cream. The service was super Friendly and good but not fast but not Slow. And the vibe did give off a fast food vibe but it was a happier vibe than like McDonald's or Taco Bell everyone in the place was smiling. I came in about 2 weeks ago and ALL of them had the flag raised "Out of service, battery is charging." I can barely walk with a walker and am a high fall risk so I am not shopping if no power carts are available. I checked one of them and it was fully charged. I figured nobody had checked them after taking them all out of service. I stopped by the Customer Service desk and explained to them that the cart I was using was fully charged and suggested they check the others to see if some of them were usable now. I was shocked and angered by the answer. They knew they were all charged and working but they took them out of service because most of the people who used them were not bringing them back into the store. WHAT? You only expect your able-bodied customers to put the shopping carts in the corrals outside but you expect those who are disabled to bring them back inside and then walk back to their cars!! I called the corporate customer service line and reported this. The CS rep was horrified and assured me a district manager would call but they did not. I called again today but the district manager again did not call. Everything that we cannot buy at the discount club, we have bought at Reasors. It seems to me that at least for the disabled an employee should take your groceries to your car, load them in the car and then they can return the power cart inside.
