    Unpacked my stuff into the hotel room and realized that I had nothing for dinner tonight. Not interested in dealing with hostesses and waiters and all of that, I decided to shop Walmart and see what I could see. I landed in the frozen aisle and picked up a box of keto friendly enchiladas, a tallboy of light beer, a bag of shredded cabbage and a cheap mixing bowl. I made cole slaw and it turned out okay. The store was pretty tidy. I found the things I wanted, the stocking was decent and the self checkout went speedily enough. Overall, a positive shop.     I was deeply hurt to run across the Bible being displayed in the "fiction" section at the Walmart Supercenter in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. (Wagner County) I informed the manager on how I felt, but she said placement is decided by the corporate office, as I knew it was not a store level decision. I am asking Walmart to remove the Bible and faith style books, from the fiction section or just remove the fiction header. I know Sam Walton would never had stood for this. I also know CEO Mr. Doug McMillon is a Christian who loves God. Knowing Walmart reaches millions of customers, it hurts deeply to think someone would not purchase the "Word of God," because Walmart has it in the fiction section. I sent an e-mail, both to ethics@walmart.com and CEO Mr. Doug McMillon but have no response to this point. I appeal to Walmart: Please do what is right.

    I just wanna give a shout out and appreciation to a lady who assisted us during our shopping in Walmart bixby. Her name in her tag is Toni. She is lng 76 years old. She done a good job for helping us in sewing kit and for best deal for sewing machine. She had knowledge about all this sewing machine and cutting and tools that we need.. Walmart needs to give appreciation to this worker who's doing their job well and also great in customer service.. So we end up buying the most expensive sewing machine and good tools for our machine. Hope every workers are like her. Kudos to you Mrs. TONI.

    I went into kohls ON RIVERSIDE and kindly asked for help. the female I asked was pleasant and asked…read moreme to follow her to a register. I explained my situation and she said there is absolutely nothing she can do to help me. that's fine. I understand. I can't do every procedure in the book at my job either. Sometimes I need assistance. I asked her if she was a manager and if not, if she could get one for me. She radioed for one. A person named Shawna came up front. I explained the problem I was having and she also told me there's absolutely nothing they can do to help me. I explained to her that I was in earlier and a sales associate instructed me to go home and get a screenshot off the device I was using when my problem started and if I bring it back the store will price match their online price. so I left and drove home and drove back to Kohl's and now being told that there is absolutely nothing they can do. She said I have to have a "sku" in order for her to help me even though I had a screenshot of an item with a full description AND picture from their website at kohls.com. She would not look at it. She just instantly shut me down and said she cannot help me. When I asked her who could... she told me that I can take my little attitude and go out the door and pointed at it. She instigated an argument with me by telling me that she would not be "yelled at or talked to like this"... Keep in mind I was using the exact same tone and the exact same level that she was using. She chose to be extremely flippant and dismissive. when I asked her for a way to file a complaint, she laughed in a condescending way, and then she ripped a piece of paper off of a register and wrote down a phone number. She tossed it on the counter and walked away. I called the number three times each time it told me that it was not a working number. I brought this to her attention and she told me that I needed to "dial it correctly". I told her to dial it. So she spent the next 10 minutes on the phone calling different numbers, looking up different numbers, writing down different numbers, and then comes back to me and says in a condescending tone, "all you had to do was hold and the recording told you the proper number to call as it has changed". I asked for her supervisor's name and she told me he would be in tomorrow and that she couldn't care less if I reported her or not. The female that I approached in the beginning, who started out being kind to me... Quickly turned into Shawnas cheerleader. As I was walking away, I heard her say "WOW" really loud. This store employee AND Shawna the MANAGER refused to assist me. Shawna refused to even look at the screenshot of the item that I had saved so that I could purchase it. Shawna told me there is "no way for her to look for an item in her store without a SKU number". Shawna held up her phone and clicked her fingernail on the screen and said "do you see this little box... It says SKU.... That's what I have to have In order to look up anything.". I've managed retail for years. I know that's a lie. I asked her at one point what it was about me that made her so quick to judge so determined not to assist me. she didn't answer that question. Shawna, I just want you to know... I will be filing a formal complaint. I just wanted to put something down in a review so that anyone that goes into your store will understand... Don't ask Shawna for customer service... She's not having it. I've never had. Someone in a store so many times in such a short amount of time over and over THREATEN ME and POINT at the front door... when I was doing absolutely nothing other than asking for help. How dare a store manager yell in the presence of other customers that I can go out the door point at it and continue to threaten me that I needed to leave when I'm simply asking for help. I asked if they had cameras, but no one responded. I pulled out my phone halfway through and recorded the last half. when I asked Shauna for her manager's name, she told me she couldn't care less if I called them because they won't do anything about it. Her "cheerleader" giggled. Shawna... I'll be in touch.

But the people there are happy to help and if you have an issue with what you take home - they are happy to resolve the issues
