It's so odd that the things like a 5lb bag of navel oranges are available at the same location on my app but not in the store. It's like that with other items as well as if they have a marketplace in the back cooler area just for app purchases. My experience is horrible! Every delivery goes to street behind me which is place not Avenue. Google Map is sending them wrong street but if they would look they would see it is wrong. Unpacked my stuff into the hotel room and realized that I had nothing for dinner tonight. Not interested in dealing with hostesses and waiters and all of that, I decided to shop Walmart and see what I could see. I landed in the frozen aisle and picked up a box of keto friendly enchiladas, a tallboy of light beer, a bag of shredded cabbage and a cheap mixing bowl. I made cole slaw and it turned out okay. The store was pretty tidy. I found the things I wanted, the stocking was decent and the self checkout went speedily enough. Overall, a positive shop. I was deeply hurt to run across the Bible being displayed in the "fiction" section at the Walmart Supercenter in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. (Wagner County) I informed the manager on how I felt, but she said placement is decided by the corporate office, as I knew it was not a store level decision. I am asking Walmart to remove the Bible and faith style books, from the fiction section or just remove the fiction header. I know Sam Walton would never had stood for this. I also know CEO Mr. Doug McMillon is a Christian who loves God. Knowing Walmart reaches millions of customers, it hurts deeply to think someone would not purchase the "Word of God," because Walmart has it in the fiction section. I just wanna give a shout out and appreciation to a lady who assisted us during our shopping in Walmart bixby. Her name in her tag is Toni. She is lng 76 years old. She done a good job for helping us in sewing kit and for best deal for sewing machine. She had knowledge about all this sewing machine and cutting and tools that we need.. Walmart needs to give appreciation to this worker who's doing their job well and also great in customer service.. So we end up buying the most expensive sewing machine and good tools for our machine. The grocery delivery service is terrible now. My last four orders didn't make it and all they seem to be able to do about it is issue a refund. They say it's Door Dashes fault but DD delivers my restaurant orders in a timely manner. Also kept transferring me to delivery manager when I asked for store manager. read more

Walmart is a great place to get the Job done for shopping the staff can be rude it really depends but most of them our very nice. This and Costco is my go to for grocery shopping. Walmart is great for almost everything and the prices are just right. Lately I have been doing the online pick up orders which is extremely helpful because let's say your a mom on your break at work you can start the order and on your way home from work you can pick it up and just go home so it saves you hours of time. They also do oil changes and tire changes for a acceptable price. They also have some good lawn and deck accessories for a good price. They also have a pharmacy if you need one. All in all this place is where I do most of my grocery shopping and I would recommend this place for all. read more

Have used delivery service from this location and consistently received messed up orders. Items get substituted without any advance notice, or option to turn down substitution. When I've left feedback on website, or notified manager, I never hear back. Would definitely skip this store if you can. read more

I have been to the store three times in the last week looking for rifle shells for deer hunting. Each time I have gone to "this" store no one has been in the sporting goods area for customer assistance. On Friday I visited the store hoping that they may have a stock of ammunition in that I needed. I walked around, found a stick boy who was working a display. I asked him if he was working sporting goods, or could he help me get someone. He just nodded and said he didn't work in sporting goods and walked off. I continued to walk around and found someone in automotive. I asked her was anyone working sporting goods. She seemed to be bothered that I was bothering her, and as she was walking toward the sporting goods counter I asked her if they had gotten any stock of rifle ammo for deer hunting in the last three days. She exclaimed, "I don't know. If we got it it's there, you can see." At that point I was done. Third time, no help, "zero" customer service. I was going to buy ammo, at about $35-$40 dollars per box. Four bags of deer feed at $15 each, and a feed block, about $8. The location is near my house. I spend about $300 dollars a month on groceries at this location. Not to mention dig food, hair care products, etc. no more though. Many times I have gone to shop with a basket of products and two or three check out counters are working other than the self service. And not to have someone working in the sporting goods during the two weeks deer season is going on? How does store management allow that to happen. #wontbeback read more

Me and two of my friends were shopping at Walmart on the night of October 18th, 2019, when I was assaulted by a confetti cannon in front of a Walmart employee! After the criminal ran off we were rudely told to leave without a chance to even defend ourselves. After multiple attempts to respectfully telling our side of the story and apologizing the manager yelled at us in a threatening tone to leave immediately multiple times and would not give us a chance to defend ourselves. I will no longer be shopping Walmart due to this unpleasant experience and the way the staff poorly handled the situation. read more

Selection on items vary, but this location seems to be out of stock on certain things. Overall appearance isn't too bad, pretty clean for a Walmart. Employee playing on her cell phone couldn't get the game out for us and had no desire to help us or any of the other customers in the department. We decided they didn't want our money. Last time we were there at 10 on a Saturday evening and all the open lanes were self check only 2 of the self checks were working. There are other stores with much better customer service. read more

I was shopping with two of my friends when a stranger came up behind one of my friends and shot a confetti canon off behind his head. It hurt the back of his head & knocked his glasses off as well as covering all of us, and the aisle, in confetti. This was already pretty annoying but then we were approached by an employee who calmly asked us to leave. We explained that we didn't know the person who did it and we thought that was the end of it. We continued our shopping when a manager approached us angrily telling us to get out. We again calmly tried to explain we didn't do it but he would just cut us off with an "I don't care" every time. We weren't allowed to buy the things we were holding and had to leave. I can understand the employees assuming we did it (even though the first employee saw the guilty man run off) but I am disappointed that they didn't even give us a chance to defend ourselves. The man kicking us out even acknowledged that he knew we didn't set it off ourselves & yet was still very hostile in his tone. To our knowledge nothing was done about the man that the first employee witnessed despite them knowing he did it. Overall not a great shopping experience. read more

Tonight I was shopping at this Walmart when a random person came up to my two friends and I and shot a confetti cannon right at one of our heads. His glasses fell off and it made his ears ring and his head hurt for a while after. After the guy ran away, he even passed an employee that was next to us, that employee preceded to talk to us and say that we had to leave. We then explained that we didn't know him and the employee understood and let us be while going to tell the guy to leave. Hopefully the person who did this act had to leave but if not, this is even more unjust. We then went on shopping, being respectful and responsible with everything and everyone around us. We were then in a different isle when the first employee walked by with a mop, telling us to "tell your friend 'thanks' for making me clean this up". We then apologized again and told him that we have no affiliation with the man. A few moments later, a manager of the store came to us, and told us to leave. He had a very threatening tone and spoke as if he knew exactly what happened. He did not let us explain what happened and he didn't even let us apologize because there was an inconvenience for them. We were going to purchase items but he made us put them down while saying "I don't care" to everything we said. He was very rude to us when we were the victims. We left without resistance but he continued to be rude. That is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I understand that it would have been very annoying for the employees but that gives them no right to be extremely rude to loyal customers. From now on I will only use target for my shopping experience. read more

Walmart Supercenter in Bixby has a FANTASTIC assistant manager, Paul. My husband and I met him when we needed help in the garden area with mulch. Although he was very neatly dressed in a white shirt and dress slacks, he boarded a fork lift, got our 20 bags of mulch...and even helped the young employee load it all in our SUV. He was very professional and courteous. He didn't hesitate for a moment to do the labor. We came back the next day to buy more mulch. It started to rain, and Paul boarded the fork-lift, again... in the rain....and helped another young employee load our SUV. The young boys who helped were great workers, but I can't remember their names. Paul treated them with respect and appreciation. Paul is "manager material." He is a fantastic assistant manager, but he is a wonderful role model to be a store manager. He really impressed my husband and me two days in a row! read more

Watch out for incorrect pricing due to items being stocked in the wrong place! My 9 yr old son, his friend and I were in today buying him an additional XBox controller then 2 boxes of bulbs for our coach lights. We went to the self checkouts and they charged me $16 more than the shelf sticker said for the light bulbs?? Shelf tag said $5.96, it rang up $21.44 for the each box. We went back to the dept and looked around for an employee in hardware to ask about it but good luck with that - no one there. We checked and the sign said $5.96 with about 10-12 boxes on the shelf so I took a picture to show the lady at the customer service area since no one was in the dept. She said she needed to personally verify it since such a large difference. Ok, my 9 yr old and his friend went with her. About 10 minutes later she came back and said "yes your right, they stocked it in the wrong spot". We will refund the difference, while she processed the transaction she actually said to me "you know, you can check the upc on the tag to ensure you have the right item in front of the the shelf tag"?? I told her "nice that you put the upc on the tag but it is not my responsibility to check the item, that's walmarts responsibility to stock it correctly. Then there was an error with the machine while doing the refund, then the employee next to her was also having an issue refunding another customer and said her machine "tweeked out" earlier. Whole thing took about 30-40 minutes when it could have been a simple refund then call the dept to move the items to correct location or get a proper tag. Lots of training opportunities here, will shop at the Glenpool Supercenter from now on. Never had an issue there. Nice people at Bixby Store overall - just need some deep training. read more
