What a great CVS pharmacy! I came here to get my Typhoid shot. To my surprise, it was completely free! The nurse was very nice and did a good job. The inside of this CVS was very clean! The pricing here was pretty good too. There was a wide selection pf candies and other edible items to buy. I ended up getting a bag of Nerd Gummy Cluster for pretty cheap. Overall, great pharmacy and I recommend it if you need to get any shots, or you just want some candy. read more

Terrible experience with CVS delivery. I ordered CVS delivery for the first time because I have a broken foot and walking is difficult right now. I specifically chose delivery because I needed the convenience of having my order brought to my door. Instead, the delivery was handled by CVS's third-party service, Roadie (UPS). The driver marked the order as an "attempted delivery." The problem? I was sitting by the door waiting for the delivery, and not a single car or vehicle came down my street. There was no delivery attempt. Because I still needed my medication/order, I ultimately had to drive to CVS myself, get in the drive-through, and wait approximately 15 minutes to pick up the order. When I contacted CVS about the situation, I was told that because the delivery is handled by a third party, CVS couldn't take a complaint about the delivery. I find that absolutely ridiculous. If CVS offers the delivery service, customers should not be left without recourse when the service fails. I chose delivery because I physically needed the convenience--not because I wanted to pay for a service that didn't actually deliver and then have to drive to the store myself. CVS needs to take responsibility for the delivery services it offers, regardless of whether it uses a third-party contractor. This was my first CVS delivery experience, and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. read more

Cons: my CVS closed last year. And they transferred my prescriptions to this location. This is by far the worst CVS I have ever been to. My first time there, the pharmacy had no record of my prescriptions. I had to show them the letter that corporate sent to my house. My second time there, my prescription had expired and they refused to contact my doctor to ask for a refill. They said that because the prescription had expired. I was responsible for getting a new prescription. This is not true. My previous pharmacy performed the service all the time. Plus, I have been a pharmacy technician. I know that they are capable of contacting the doctor and getting a refill. They were just too lazy to do it. So then they finally agreed to contact my doctor; but then they never did. So in the end, I was responsible for contacting my doctor and getting the prescription refilled. Third time here, I came to buy needles for my peptides. They refused to sell me needles unless I was getting the peptides from them. Even though I was able to show them a prescription from the doctor. It's just I get the peptides from the doctor so I didn't need to buy anything from them. I just ran out of needles. I need to get my prescriptions transferred somewhere else. I hate coming here. Pros: the store is way cleaner than the store they shut down near my house. That's the best thing about this place. The cleanliness. read more

Super kind staff. One time I got my period mid shift and went there, the employee was so kind and gave me a free pad.

So so so rude. Shorted my script. Argue with them every time I'm there. Slammed drive thru window in my face. To much to go into for no interest from corporate!!!!! read more

Due to a manufacturer shortage, one of my monthly drugs has been out of stock in the Tulsa area. After a frustrating three months trying to locate this drug, Uma, pharmacist at the 91st and Yale CVS, found and ordered the drug from another manufacturer. The next day, I was able to pick up my prescription. Thank you Uma for caring enough to take the extra time to help your customer. read more

Great location, staff was friendly, and pharmacist was extremely nice. Vaccination appointment only took around 5 min in total. Would recommend this location. read more

So far I am happy with this pharmacy. We just had to change from Walgreens due to insurance requirements. I had some confusion on a prescription and Tanya looked into it for me and figured it out. She is great! Hopefully, we will like this pharmacy. read more

Terrible service at pharmacy!!! Don't go here! Prescription was called in by doctor when i was out of town. When i returned home two days later, prescription should have been ready and waiting. I went to the drive thru and they said I was nowhere in their system. Upon further questions, they found me in their system. Then, they said my claim was denied because my birthday was incorrect. She asked me to verify my birthday no less than three times! She checked my insurance card too then said I would need to call insurance company to get it resolved. I pulled over to the parking lot and called my insurance company, waited on hold, and they told me nothing was wrong on their end. I went back to drive thru and asked them to call the insurance company. They said it would be 30 min and to come back and they would have prescription ready. I waited over an hour to be sure, went back to pharmacy and they said they "haven't had time to call" the insurance company and that it would be "awhile" before they could call. I pulled over in parking lot again, called my insurance and had them on the line when I went back thru the drive through. Using my phone, they spoke with insurance and figured out THEY (CVS) had a typo on my birthdate all along (remember she asked me no less than three times). I thought for sure they would fill my prescription immediately and was infuriated when she said it would be another 30 min! Insurance guy was still on the phone and heard all of this going on so he said he would call them to discuss it. I had an advocate...yay! He came back on the line and said they got angry and hung up on him! In summary, It's been two days since prescription was called in and I've been dealing with it today for THREE hours! They have never apologized for accepted responsibility for the error. I understand people make mistakes but this is ridiculous customer service! read more

Every time I come here they misinform or make mistakes with my prescription, whether that be the time of readiness, coupons, processes, refill requests, prescription expirations etc. I will be having them transfer my prescriptions, they experience great difficulties completing minor tasks, have wasted hours of my time and are the SOLE reason I didn't have access to my vital meds for a month. Hire new techs, retrain or hire new management. Something...somewhere is out of order. read more

Best CVS in the area. I had a hand full of horrible experiences at the one on 71st so I transferred my medication and business to this location with the thoughts to leave CVS. However this location is amazing the staff is friendly knowledgeable and over all amazing. Thanks for being great and thanks for restoring faith in the CVS Brand. Terrible. Stay away from that pharmacy. Bought gift cards at Xmas time. Walked out the door and the clerk did not put them in the bag. I returned and of course she denied it. She swiped gift cards intended for my children's gifts. Shady looking character. I should have known. When management were contacted they said there was nothing they could do even with my receipt. This is the second time in a few years I have had similar things happen there. Save yourself aggravation. Stay away from that store. There are way too many options close to the area to take a chance. read more
