Best selection of niche fragrances in the Tulsa area! Would highly recommend for anyone who appreciates finer fashion, decor, and scents. I spoke with Olivia about a Thomas Kosmala fragrance I have been eyeing, and she was friendly and knowledgeable about each fragrance house. Patty and Chelsea have also been helpful to me in the past on my various fragrance journeys. Thank y'all for being so awesome! Only reason Dillard's doesn't get a 5-star from me is the pricing, which is not unreasonable at all, as they provide quality assurance with every purchase; I simply would rather find a deal elsewhere most of the time. read more

What a flashback to times past, anyone that's been to this store over the many many years would soon see the nostalgia of a store that doesn't change. The old 1980's movies that show indoor malls, this is the store that still looks like that. The clothing brands and some styles may have changed somewhat, but the overall feel and look has not. We are still greeted by the smell or cologne or perfume when entering from any entrance. Mens clothes are still suits and golf attire like clothing. Women's are mostly business. Tho gone is the furniture section, I didn't see that area on this trip, tho it's possible I just didn't pass by it. Prices are commiserate with he brands plus slightly more since it's Dillards. Staff, well, let me just say that we saw many but not a single one said a word to us. Not the best representation of what Dillards used to be. It's still and nice, clean place to shop. read more

I had a wonderful afternoon shopping sales with my teenage granddaughter. We spent most of our time at Dillard's. I like that it's not crowded with merchandise but has lots of space. It's not as difficult to find someone to check you out as with some stores. read more

I would give a negative 1 if possible due to Tina, the Customer Service Supervisor. She is either poorly trained or has a bad attitude. She informed me I must "take it up with the postal service" since my order has been lost and appears that it may never arrive. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said the store manager was unavailable but I could call back later. She went on to say I am being unreasonable expecting Dillards to be responsibly for delivering the product I paid them for. I'm in the customer service business and would appreciate my customers informing me if any of my people treated our customers as rudely I she did. This is not at all the customer satisfaction I expect from a company with such a fine reputation. read more

Dillards is by far the best department store in Tulsa. The cosmetic and perfume department are amazing and have lots of high end niche luxury products. The salespeople in cosmetics are the best!! They have legit skincare knowledge and know the best products to guide you to using. Their guidance and products have saved and healed my skin. read more

Dillard's is one of the anchor stores at the Woodland Hills Mall. It's a full-size shop on a few levels, so you'll want to check the map before wandering in a circle looking for the department that's actually upstairs. All the usual departments that you would expect in a retail department store, including ladies fashion (petites, woman's, etc), mens, boys and girls, kitchen, jewelry, shoes, accessories, kitchenware and more. The aisles can be a bit on the narrow side, because the place is packed to the gills with stuff, stuff and more stuff. Not nearly enough registers for taking payment, you may have to hunt around a little bit. read more

I absolutely love Dillard's and a lot of the brands they carry. Their shoe department is especially close to my heart as well as their cosmetic department, especially now that they have Christian Dior!! For some reason I always thought Dillard's was very expensive but I quickly discovered a lot of their deals and sales (they always seem to have something going on). Plus if you get a card, you always get discounts. Customer service has always been top notch and the store is very clean, organized and tidy. read more

do not buy shoes here. i, and multiple people i know, have been ripped off here. i'm an avid fan of footwear, but the saleslady arguing with me over my OWN shoe size is ridiculous. normally i'm very forgiving but i was in loooveee with a sweet pair if sandals in here. the lady pressured me into trying on dansko, in a terrible size, then ignored me completely afterwards because i didn't like them. i dont know what fetish this lady has with danskos, but a dear friend of mine (a pharmacist, she knows her standing shoes) got SWAPPED an upsize shoe! from this sales lady! after ALSO getting argued with over her own shoe size! it's ridiculous. it's only this one lady in here i've ever had an issue with. yet, i can never seem to get anyone else's assistance. so, i just wont buy shoes here. it's not worth the terrible experiences. sidenote - i enjoy the rest of the dillards store. they have good and organized departments, fine customer service. just NOT in shoes. read more

My review is specifically for the Elizabeth Arden Skin care and make-up area. Met a nice tall white lady that was very knowledgeable and charismatic. Helped me get a super great deal I didn't even know existed and helped me get the best for want I needed and not what her commission might want. Also unfortunately met her partner in the booth. A big black lady lacking manners, un-knowledgeable in her booth, and a bit pushy. I tried to make clear that I already knew who I wanted help from and who I'd want to get the commission. She then kind of bickered out of ear shoot for a tid-bit with the original lady. The original came forward and helped us solely from then on, while the second simply gave us uncomfortable stares. Over all, get the nice one and it's certainly worth the trip. =] read more

Dillard's is my favorite store to shop at. The quality is great and if you wait for sales , you pay what you would pay at Walmart, but 100 times better . I usually wait for seasonal sales and try to buy all my clothing and even furniture there. Recently I bought a couch and coffee table with end table . I'm super pleased with everything. I know it will last me for many years . They run these sales last week of the month at the end of summer and winter seasons. Customer service is not great at all and hard to deal with and they have lots of room for improvement. But I know that company doesn't treat their employees right, so that kind of explains why they don't care much. For Black Friday sale they keep it as a big secret , which doesn't make sense. Don't you want people to know, so you get as many as you can? When you ask employees, they act like they have no idea even what time they will open for Black Friday ( even if it's tomorrow) . Really ???? It's a very strange approach if you ask me , but I still shop there, because I love sales. read more

Besides the terrific shoe selection, the clothing sections have high quality items. The Aromatique brand candles and potpourri smell so good. Sometimes I wait for the end of season sales on it buy as much as possible. The best timing for shoe sales I discovered was between Christmas and New Years. It's ok. Associates - at least they ask you if you need any help but only once. After that, they just eyeball you from somewhere across the department. I understand the discretion at letting a shopper browse freely but I don't like someone looking at me every time I look up. I bought an item from their big and tall department and the associate was courteous but never once looked me in the eye or smiled. Plenty of sale items and a good quality of clothing. read more

I would be considered a power shopper. I hold platinum cards with Macy's,Nordstorm,Neiman Marcus. That distinction means I spend 10 grand yearly with each. Neiman Marcus is nothing more than a joke. I came here to visit the MAC cosmetics counter and gave them THREE chances. Not impressed. All three times, I felt talked down too as if I wasn't "good" enough to shop there. I am a makeup artist. I know what I want, yet I'm treated as if I have no idea what I'm doing like when I wanted concealer two shades lighter than my skin tone for highlighting, the girl said "why would you want to highlight those undereye bags? You should use 1 shade DARKER to make them recede." That pissed me off of course bc I know damn well that you have to color correct, not just slap a darker shade on and I did not have bad eye bags as she so kindly put it. I didn't catch her name but she's the girl that colors one of her eyebrows blue or green. Go to the one at the promenade mall instead. They are MUCH better. read more

Beware of Andrew James, he is a sales manager in women's shoes department. I have never met such a horrible human being in my life. I really don't have an understanding on how he even works in retail customer service. He has the worst customer service experience I have ever received from an employee. As a frequent customer for over a decade I am distraught and in disbelief on my recent experience with this low life of a person. Dillards has been my go to place for years to get nice clothes and they have a great men's shoes department. Always well stocked with a variety of choices and an experienced, helpful staff. Lorenzo helped me in the men's clothing department the last two times I went in. Super friendly and with his help I found exactly what I needed and correct sizes quickly. I'm very happy with my purchases and the quality of the items. I highly recommend Dillards if you want to get it done right and efficiently. read more

For Mother's Day I received a generous gift certificate to Dillard's Department Store from my son. I went to Dillard's to retrieve my gift certificate. I was told I could NOT retrieve this gift certificate unless I opened Dillard's Charge Account. My purchases were far more than the gift certificate but when they me I could not use the gift certificate unless I opened the account, I went to Customer Service to straighten this out. They too told me I couldn't retrieve my Mother's Day Gift Certificate unless I opened their account. I was so mad, I left everything and walked out. What would you have done? read more
