I have never been treated worse in a store. Donita from Sapalupa and Laura from Owasso were rude and unkind. They had me stand there for over an hour looking for a mistake they made. When I originally checked out, I was told I would save 120$ by using my Kohl's card, that was a complete lie. Likely because the person checking me out, earned a commission for tricking me into using my Kohl's card, which I told her I did not want to do. I was literally tricked. I would never give Khols my business ever again and I recommend you don't either. read more

I enjoy going to the location near my house. It's always clean and organize. most importantly, I really like they extended the hours to suit people who work late like in the restaurant industry, especially since CVS and Walgreens are no longer opened 24 hours. I extremely appreciate that they partnered with Amazon and Sephora. Returning items here back to Amazon is so simple, and the employees are very nice to you, even if they don't need to be....unlike the Amazon returns via UPS stores. read more

Pro: Kohl's does have a wide variety of shoes, clothing, accessories, household goods, etc. Con: Like everyone else has said, the store is a disgusting mess. At least the sale racks are. I ordered online and once picked up I tried jeans on in store and realized I need size up. I stood in line for over 30 minutes had a lady cut in front of me because signage is confusing that there is one line even though they have 2 lines setup. I finally get up to counter to be told they won't do an even exchange anymore. It has to be a refund. That means I would pay more today for the same pair of jeans because my percentage off discount wouldn't be the same because the mystery discount is a one time. I do t understand this and I could have just changed the pants in the dressing room and saved me time and effort but I was trying to do the right thing. I asked for a manager after explaining to the person this same thought and he suddenly says well I guess this time I will do it. This is not the Kohls I have grown to love. The self pickup is not great either. I could have just said "Ooh I like the size of this bag and that bag and my bag and grabbed several and left" and nobody would know besides the camera possibly. The place is not clean and everything is out of place. It is not the Kohls of 3-5 years ago. The customer service reps are not as nice and helpful. Usually nice employees, but like most Kohl's, not many people on the floor that can help you. The sale racks and dressing rooms are a mess, but regular merchandise is well arranged. Lots of sale racks all over the store, on which to find a 75% off treasures! It is a nice, good discount store, not Macy's. read more

This place is HUGE and has a really big selection of clothes, house items , Cologne and many more. Me personally I didn't find anything but I will be coming back to get some thing. They profiled me and my boyfriend from the moment we walked in. We just wanted to buy work pants, and they really told us, Kohl's doesn't sale men's work style pants. They wanted us to shop online, and get out of their store. Why would I shop online to provide for a company that can treat an innocent couple so disgracefully. Ashamed. I liked this store before. But when a group of 4 employees is standing in front of you with their arms crossed telling you they don't have something you clearly know they do. Wrong. Shame To the employees just doing their job, thank you. I hate that this review will affect you negatively. I only hope that the corporate cronies will clean house and give S.E. All I needed to do was return an amazon product. Amazon recommended Kohl's. I have never stepped foot in a Kohl's before so I googled it and began reading the reviews for this site. Holy Moly! They were ALL appalling reviews!! I was terrified to go there after reading the reviews!! I almost changed my return plan through amazon but decide to go early on Sunday and "risk it" - after all how bad could it be? I was amazed at the stark contrast between the reviews and what I saw and experienced with my own eyes! I dealt with two employees, the first one asking where to go for amazon return - she was polite. pleasant and helpful. Good start! The return area was in the back so as I walked back I noted the aisles and walkways, endcaps and displays, signage and overall counters for cleanliness, organization and sorting/stacking of merchandise. Having spent 30 years in retail I can say this Kohl's was definitely on their "A Game". Immaculate shiny floors, clear and clean walk ways. Well organized and well signed end caps and displays - truly top notch retailing all the way around. To sink the hole in one for my first visit the lady at the Amazon returns counter may have been the nicest, most pleasant and helpful retail associate I have ever encountered including my own associates. I will most definitely return and start shopping at the South Tulsa Kohl's and would definitely recommend to everyone, Try it and see for yourself. Wish I could give 6 stars! read more

This Kohl's is so messy. However, if you collect Britney Spears fragrances, you'll find your missing piece to your collection here. They have tons. Overpriced clothes for the quality. Stuff is everywhere; I think I missed the memo. Evidently, it's only worth coming here if you have coupons, atleast, that's what looked like every shopper here was holding. The store is always a mess, the employees are grumpy or seem like they are overworked and underpaid, IGNORING you when you walk up to the service counter. Service is dead. Don't ask questions if you want to shop like you do at Wal-Mart, go here. The one on the south end of town is much nicer and I find the employees to be more helpful. My business will be going there from now on. Twice I have left the store and the employee didn't put all my items in the bag and I had to drive back to get them after noticing I was missing items when I arrived, both times for over $100 worth of product. The slogan for kohls is no hassle return or exchanges. I bought a pair of dockers gloves $60 before Xmas and missed placed the receipt. The size I bought for my bf was too big, all I wanted to do was get a smaller size of the same gloves. Not only did they not have a single pair of the dockers gloves, they barely had gloves at all! One employee told me since they didn't have the gloves I wanted to exchange and I did not have my receipt that I would get a merchandise credit for $18. That's absolutely ridiculous but it's my fault I lost the receipt so I complied. I got a few items together and went to the service desk to cash out. The lady treated me like a criminal, wouldn't look in the system to see if the gloves were at a kohls nearby and said I actually only had a merchandise credit of $7.81! Such a scam and horrible service! I was as sweet as could be (I've worked retail jobs before, I understand the rules) but 3 separate employees lied to me and treated me like a criminal! I won't be going back anytime soon. The store looked like a tornado hit it as well. read more

Kohl's is one of my favorite stores but I was sadly disappointed when visiting this particular store. The manager should be fired. Clothes everywhere, dressing rooms look like a tornado hit, not a single sales person around to help, the size of the clothes did not match the size on the hanger, the sales signs did not match the clothes on display, a lot of angry customers around me.
