(First and foremost I didn't not take a photo of the employee on purpose, it was in the photo of my…read moredress) This women made trying on dresses so awkward and uncomfortable, she looks miserable the entire time! Still I'd exited to purchase a dress, made two payment through the phone and mg last payment in person, I owed about $300 , they tried to charge me $700!!! and told me they needed receipts to prove I made the other payments.. which thank god I kept! And once they realized they still stood there giving me dirty looks, and handed me my dress with no comments or expression.. no thank you or congratulations.. completely stole the magic of finding your wedding dress.

If I could rate this a zero I would. My baby sister had an appointment Saturday (May 14th 2022) to…read morefind her a wedding dress. Not only was it scheduled, it was confirmed by phone. We were all there and the business was closed! Couldn't get ahold of ANYONE by phone the entire day! Still never received a call to explain or apologize! We waited to see if maybe they might have hit traffic and NOTHING! No call, no show---to make it worse we asked the business next door and they said we weren't the only ones who mentioned this same issue that day let alone in recent years. This is suppose to be an important event and big day for many yet this was just unprofessional and inexcusable all around. We are all grateful for it though...because had this happened later down the line when needing to pick up the dress let's say after alterations---total nightmare I imagine. I feel for any bride trying to get ahold of anyone at this location. THANKFUL for ELLIS BRIDAL for not only accommodating my baby sister on her special day but us all. She found the PERFECT wedding dress and had the BEST experience---we all did! It was meant to happen. We wouldn't have had this type of experience here!

There were some good deals we couldn't pass up today. I have been shopping at NBC for a long time…read more I am glad they have changed immensely over the years. You now have all the deals' info sent you your emails or texts. I had fun shopping for the things that were on the tag sales.. don't forget to stop and shop, before you hit the mails or other retailers. I recommend if you have the time.. you never know what deal awaits throughout the week!!

I have been frequenting this chain for almost 2 decades. I started at the Joplin location since I'm…read morefrom there at 18 y/o, then started at this location a decade ago when my sister moved to Tulsa. I've now lived in CA for almost 8 years and am soooo sad this chain hasn't moved this far west after all this time! I've found nothing like it out here at all. I'm a HUGE thrifter and NBC definitely isn't near as cheap as thrift stores, BUT thrift stores rarely have clothes with store tags on them whereas most of NBC's stuff does have those tags. My sister and I have called NBC the "no holes, no stains" store for years and years because you really have to be careful here with stuff since a lot of it has one or both of those things wrong haha. I haven't been to this location in 4 years or so until last week. In that amount of time, I'll say their prices have certainly gone up, but what place hasn't raised their prices. At this location, note all the super sales are in the wing off to the right of the front door. On the main floor, the sale stuff will be along the walls mostly. You can spend hours in the super sale wing, but be careful for flaws in that section - check for working zippers, missing buttons, rips, holes, stains, and whack issues with stitching (like an arm being stitched closed lol). They do have a decent amount of kids stuff in the back, but that section is an absolute hot mess, especially looking for littler kid stuff (under 6x) like I was. My biggest splurge and best find ever at this store was during my last visit - a $450 All Saints lamb skin leather jacket in my size with store tags still on it for $65! It was a grey tag marked at $112 and that color was 40% off. I couldn't believe what a find this one was! There was only a slight imperfection on the leather that I could see, a tiny line of discoloration, maybe a like a slight scratch that didn't break the leather, but left a small mark. Literally no one will notice, so totally worth it!

service front desk, accepting, enthusiastic…read more selection large, wide, especially the world cup section by the wheel, including jerseys for boy or girl, a soft shirt with a scriptive font "us" i'd noticed among the selection. also, as a selection in its own sense, the ginormous ferris wheel you can see in the middle of the store while near the back, surprisingly is listed at just $1. so rather than bring the entrance attendant the dollar i'd brought to ask to cuton the ginormous wheel, i put it on a mannequin sporting a oversize gold chain to express desire for the immersion of such a symbol of national unity and fandom, somewhat similar to the vuvuzela, a symbol of fandom from the 2010 world cup that expanded from the hosting country from the adoption by fans from differing nationalities all over the world. a chain is absolutely symbolic of a serious subject, in slavery, with the wearing of a chain containing various historical significance, such as reclamation, commoraderie, or in a extremely complex way jest. so to encourage respectful, complex discussion regarding a oversize chain as a potential expression of national unity and fandom, checkout such content as that about the reclamation of the symbolism of wearing a chain by black culture, within hip hop but not exclusively, the inclusion of the turnover chain by the db group for the u, and potentially the collective expression of national pride the vuvuzela symbolized at the 2010 world cup. ambiance the ginormous wheel, very likely the first i've saw indoors, is as much a part of the ambiance as selection, especially due to its openness in the middle of the store and its surrounding sporting goods selection. nonetheless, while i'd anticipated the first experience seeing a ginormous wheel indoors, i was not aware the store has two levels throughout, save for a second floor opening in the middle where the wheel is, so that makes for some cool multilevel experiences for wheel riders. and lastly, as a note on timing for planning a visit, i'd first considered going during the locally hosted state fair in the fall as an alternative to paying admission to the fair if the main goal is riding a ginormous wheel, and with no admission charged to enter and a ride of the wheel costing $1, that alternative it still is. however, remembering the first public appearance of the ginormous rotating wheel at the world fair june 21 of 1893, i'm offering that history factoid as a potential teaching point, with practical experience available through the ginormous wheel inside the sporting goods store.

This store was great! They had a great selection of pretty much every item for good value. Last year, I got some running shoes for a very good deal. They ended up being great running shoes too! The service here was really good. All of the employees here were very nice and helpful. The inside was very clean. It was also pretty cool. There was a fish tank and a Ferris Wheel. Overall, great store and I highly recommend it!
