The flavor was disappointing and disgusting. The pepperoncini and olives saved the dish. The drink machines for 2 of 4 drinks were empty and not refilled at all during our meal. Will not go back again.

The Auntie behind the counter was very kind and gave me a taste of the harissa paste. I ended up getting a hodgepodge bowl with many things in it because everything looked so fresh and delicious, Gary did similar. We love that the food is healthy and fresh and everything tastes delicious! They have black lentils! We opted to eat there, and because I couldn't finish my gargantuan bowl, I needed to go back in and ask for to go bowl. Also I wanted to get two more of those brownies-dang those things are unreal! It was so busy then! You must be very polite to the Aunties behind the counter especially when they're busy because they will snap at you if you don't wait your turn and don't say please and thank you. I got my to go bowl but didn't dare stick around to try and get two more brownies. Ha! Will definitely be back.

Since I left mostly negative review am happy to report the customer service has improved…read moresignificantly. Everyone appears much happier on the frontline. There is a very spunky, cheerful young girl on the register now. The aforementioned front line worker has been absent the last two visits I've had. The initial portions of rice and protein are fuller now, the beans can be still little slim to my liking but it is huge in improvement. This establishment won't dampen your day now, let us hope these are permanent improvements. We are frequent visitors to Chipotle in general but this location on Harbison Blvd has negatives with one positive. The positive is even at peak time the line is never too long but that could be because of the customer service also which is poor. In addition to the most recent Yelp reviewers I agree that customer interaction could be improved greatly. I've been in here a few times and to me the same culprit is one of the girls, she wears a hat, glasses, has a tattoo on forearm. I know when I see her behind the counter I'm not going to enjoy ordering. In addition she is the main person that skimps on toppings every time! Now I don't know what the employee handbook says for the portion to dish out but it has to be more than what she gives. When you do have to ask for more topping she has a "go to hell" look on her face. Some of the other employees are just as bad with portions but they at least try to offer customer service. I always get mine to-go but the restaurant seating area and drink station look clean.

The road in front is very congested. But once we got parked it was all smooth sailing. When we pulled into the parking lot I got notification that our order was ready for inside pick up. We took a quick pit stop into the clean bathroom and back on the road we went. My salad was PERFECT. I like to get the market salad with grilled nuggets. This salad was super fresh and the portion size was large. Super tasty. We would definitely come back again. But would possibly go past the restaurant and do a u turn to come back to it. The intersection where it is located doesn't have a left turn light and the people coming from the mall block the intersection. All this makes it harder. Another suggestion would be to turn into the mall and come back out so you are going straight across into the parking lot. That could be faster. Great food. Great portion. Great job.

First time visiting this Chick-fil-A while traveling through Columbia, SC, and unfortunately it did…read morenot meet the Chick-fil-A standard I'm used to. The drive-thru attendant seemed very nonchalant and honestly acted like she didn't want to be there. She spoke so softly I had to lean out of my vehicle just to hear her, and she lacked the upbeat, friendly energy Chick-fil-A is known for. She also didn't ask any follow-up questions about sauces, condiments, upgrades, etc. -- I had to keep adding things myself. Thankfully, the young lady at the pickup window was much more pleasant and bubbly, and she happily helped when my condiments were missing. As for the food, the sandwich and nuggets were good as always, but the fries were soft and barely warm. Overall, disappointment is an understatement because I've honestly never had a Chick-fil-A experience I didn't enjoy... until today. I'm a Yelper, so I have to keep it honest. This location gets 3 stars at best from me. Hopefully the service and food quality improve because Chick-fil-A is usually an easy 5-star experience in my book.

Some call it a dive bar, some are more generous; are there sticky tables, servers with tattoos, a busy bar were suds and cheaper whiskey prevail, and original paint? You bet! Let's get to the food. Lucky's menu features a variety of burgers, salads, wings, hotdogs and sides. Don't expect beer on tap, but an extensive selection of bottled beer should satisfy most folks. We ordered a Black and Blu burger with onion straws and a patty melt with fries. From the time we walked in until our food arrived probably took about 25 minutes. That was our own fault as we took way too long deciding what to order. When our food arrived, I immediately dug into the well constructed burger. I could barely open my mouth wide enough. And the taste? Very tasty. My wife enjoyed her patty melt--a burger on marbled rye with cheese and cooked onions that holds up surprisingly well! My onion straws were crunchy and sweet. Fries weren't great, but all in all an enjoyable burger experience. Oh, did I mention entertainment? Well on Tuesdays you can grab a free bingo card and try your luck winning a gift card!
