I live in CA but am from the Bartlesville area. We come back 3-4 times a year to visit family and always stop in at QT while we are here. QT reminds me why I miss Oklahoma so much. People are friendly, and personable and you just feel like you belong. I've often said I wish we could get a QT in our city in CA but quickly remember that we don't have personable young people who would treat you as being valued as the associates back here do. Even consumers coming into the store hold a door open for women and the elderly. And those are reasons to LOVE QT and OKLAHOMA! Keep up the great work QT. When there are places like this QuikTrip right around the corner, my faith in humanity is instantly restored. The usual convenience store/gas station combo experience is generally somewhat underwhelming. Pick out your stuff, go to the register, stand in land, hand over the cash, and get out. Sure, those things happen here, but with a unique brand of friendliness and exquisite customer service. No matter how many people are standing in line, the person behind the counter NEVER gives the impression that they are hurried or harried. They are, however, quick and efficient....but no matter the time of day (or night...they are open 24 hours), the person taking your money ALWAYS has time to say, 'Thank-you. See you later.' They've got a free air machine outside, which seems to be some sort of form of local entertainment, because on each and every visit, someone was pulled up to that machine putting air in the tires. The one time that I thought that maybe I'd escape and not see that happen, out of the clear blue, a kid appears out of thin air (maybe he dropped from one of the storm clouds?) and pulled up to the Free Air Machine to top off the front tire of his bicycle. Just to see if I could possibly catch them at their worst, I purchased something like 284 bottles of Coke Cherry Zero while in town. Each visit was exactly the same...almost like the Groundhog Day of Convenience Stores....in a good sort of way! So if you are rolling through B'ville on route 75, stop in and say hi. It will make your day. And if the line isn't too long, have a pull on the Free Air Machine and party like a local! read more

I do have a complaint about QT. It's the free air for your tires provided by them. Even though it is free, we tend to depend on this free service. I've noticed the stores in Tulsa seem to have a problem keeping them operational. I was at their store in Sand Springs Oklahoma to add air to my tire. Of course it didn't work. There just happened to be a QT service truck there doing service work. I asked the guy in the truck about the air pump and was told that QT doesn't carry parts on the truck for the air stations. I had to go to there competition up the street where you had to pay $1.25 for air. There were two other people waiting to pay and use the air station. I had been to three other QT's in Tulsa with broker air stations. One lady waiting had been to seven other QT's in Tulsa with broken air stations and was extremely upset at QT. That made three very upset customers with QT. To make it worse I called the corporate office and was told that QT did not keep parts for the air stations by a very condescending woman from customer relations. read more

Stopped by this location for a drink and bathroom break. Store was clean. Bathroom was slightly dirty But smelled clean. Employees very personable. Access back to highway is less than desirable. read more

This older model QT is a little smaller and little less-easy to navigate than the newer model stores. It is still a very good store. Very well managed, very well maintained, great customer service. I recommend this store. read more

A good QuikTrip but not great. This location is pretty good and the parking lot is okay...kind of difficult to navigate. The store is the old model of QuikTrip store that is located in on a congested corner. The inside of the store is the same great QuikTrip...well maintained, well managed, and great customer service. If it were not for the location and parking lot, this would be a great store. read more
