I've been in Dewey visiting for 9 months now visiting family and I rather come here than Casey's. The atmosphere here is very laidback and inviting. Every time I would go to the Casey's across the street the workers were always kinda passive aggressive and microaggressive, just overall uninviting. They've also kinda kept a very weird interaction with me because I'm a regular there. I can't leave a review on that store because they don't participate with Yelp. But I have now switched to this DG as my regular store to get snacks, food, drinks, and everyday around the house items. I just wish the DG was located where Casey's is so I don't have to walk across the main Rd. But it's so comforting to walk into a store here in town that just has very nice and welcoming workers that create a positive attitude. Every time I walked in Casey's I always felt like I had to perform every interaction with the cashier's. I also got tired of them asking every single checkout if I have Casey's Rewards.
