If the kitchen serves the wrong sides, that shouldn't become the customer's financial responsibility. Charge customers for what they ordered--not for a mistake made during preparation. This isn't the first billing issue I've had at this location, and after multiple experiences, it's hard to believe these are just isolated mistakes. Double-check your receipt before you pay.
