The explanation I received was that my plate had hash browns, so it "wasn't the Faves deal," and I should have noticed before eating. Here's the problem: I order the exact same French Toast Faves Combo through the app all the time, and it always comes with hash browns while still being charged at the Faves price. If the kitchen serves the wrong sides, that shouldn't become the customer's financial responsibility. Charge customers for what they ordered--not for a mistake made during preparation. This isn't the first billing issue I've had at this location, and after multiple experiences, it's hard to believe these are just isolated mistakes. Double-check your receipt before you pay.
