Went yesterday morning to get a wash and now it's no longer acceptable to have the strap there. Same guy that let me go in the past now says nope. I try to explain to him that the strap is wedged in and can't be removed, while he's jerking on it trying to pull it out. When I ask why, he says read the sign. The sign that can't be seen until you pay and pull forward. Also the same guy that I asked not to push my passenger mirror in. He did it anyway and when I asked why, he said because I want to!!! (On my last trip through the wash) I realize I'm Just one person. But I will let everyone know about the service.

The lights in there to let you know to pull up and stop weren't working either. I backed up went forward a couple of times to try to trigger the sensors, but to no avail it didn't work. The owner actually pulled up and I let him know. He was very unfriendly, however he told me to pull up and he would run it again. Well that took a couple of try's and finally it did start up. The wash I paid for was supposed to put on a clear coat and all that jazz, but only the foam soap went through, it rinsed and then it was done. There are no dryers there so I have water spots on my car, because I didn't equip myself with cloths to dry it. I wasn't aware prior to paying for the car wash. I'm never going back to this one, I didn't even clean my car that well. The owner was rude, therefore I'm not spending money at that car wash that just rips people off! I will go back to IQ car wash on Frank Phillips. It's way nicer and you get what you pay for. Oh and they have a dryer and FREE VACUUMS!

I purchased a 2019 Mustang GT from Skyway Honda with 42,000 miles on June 1, 2024…read more I was provided with the Carfax for the car I bought and it showed 2 minor cosmetic accidents, what was not included in the Carfax was that the car had an additional accident that it had been involved in that required mechanical repair. I would have never bought the car had I known that 1: It came from auction, 2: had an accident that required mechanical repair, and 3: I wouldn't have paid what I paid for the car had I known about the additional accident. 2 weeks after I purchased the car, the catalytic converter went out. I am very familiar with cars and catalytic converters don't just go out all of a sudden. They start to smell and illuminate the check engine light first. Due to this fact, I have reason to believe someone at the dealership purposefully hid it from me. I did nothing that could have caused a cat failure within 2 weeks. I didn't complain about it when it happened because I was able to get it covered under the dealership emissions warranty. A few months later, I am being told by two different sources that I need a new engine due to the fact that the piston rings are bad. I have been quoted $7,500-$12,000 for a new engine. The engine has roughly 50,000 miles on it and I have babied the it as well as done routine maintenance. There is nothing I did that would've caused the engine to fail. I believe that I was sold this car with known MAJOR mechanical issues. After a couple attempts to get someone from the dealership to contact me to no avail, I threatened a lawsuit and only then did the General Manager of Skyway Honda reach out. I told him all of the above & to sum up what he told me: 'should've bought the warranty and that there is nothing he can do, that the Carfax are used as a reference for them and they don't know everything about the car'. You should be able to trust the people selling you a car. They clearly don't care about their customers or reputation.

After much shenanigans and game playing by dealers in my state and even neighboring states, I ended up purchasing from Skyway Honda. They played no dealer games. The three biggest ones lately being: - Charging more than MSRP (I refuse to pay that). - Exorbitant dealer fees to the tune of $600-$900 extra for bologna (and often illegal add-ons). - Dealer added accessories that are grossly inflated by the dealer and as they claim that they can't take them off, you're basically blackmailed into accepting them. Skyway had none of those and they were honest, fair, and easy to deal with. It was worth the trip and the 1,300 mile drive to get my new Civic back to PA.

The vent was jammed to one side and the dash around it cracked in 2 places. I called the shop and got the Ol' "it was like that when we got it" . Seriously?! Besides the damage very poor detail. Huge swaths of dash that were missed. Hit and miss on the exterior shine. Some pieces got it some didn't. From when I was there It looks like these guys hire kids to do their details with very little experience. If you value your car at all DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
