I came in to buy some lotto and was greeted by the attendant within a few seconds. I wasn't really focused on much else, but it looked clean enough around the store. The attendant was super nice and did mention that buying lotto scratchers were unavailable when the owner was not there, which was inconvenient. This is the Quik Stop on Crespi Drive x Roberts Rd, near the beach and Hwy 1. My job sends me out to Pacifica at least once a week. Today I stopped here to get milk. The store is built on a hill, so it has awkward driveways for their parking lot. Observations: -well lit parking lot nearest store -CLEAN store -very polite clerk -well stocked -Covid-19 shields at checkout -CCTV cameras I had an uneventful visit to this convenience store (C-Store). The store looks clean and well stocked. The clerk was polite, and called me "Sir" alot. I do have a little bit of history with this C-Store. I used to work for a national audit company that sent out teams quarterly to inventory the entire store. I had to come out to Pacifica at 6am and do the audit. Maybe next time I'll stop by in the daytime and see if I can catch these rude clerks mentioned in other reviews. Otherwise, you might want to give them a break. C-Store cashier is one of the most dangerous jobs in the USA, especially at night. Be safe out there, and Support Local Business! read more

The lady behind the counter yelled at my 8 year old son, cussed him out, called him names, kicked him out and double flipped us off the entire time we were leaving and driving away. All this happened because one of the products he went to grab was sticky so he grabbed a piece of ice to get the sticky off. She came out at us and went off saying how we wasted the 2 ice cubes. I said are you serious then she was like yeah and kept going off...my poor little son didn't say a single word! No reason to treat a customer like that, especially a young children. No class, we won't support a business like this. And once I let everyone else know about what happened, nobody else will be supporting them either. Disgraceful read more

Shady service. I bought a bag of Fritos, which was $2.69. For the mega millions I picked three numbers ($6) and wanted the rest quick picks from the remainder of my $20. my receipt showed the original three pics three times ($18 of the same numbers!) and no quick picks (total $20.69) then the clerk wanted to keep the extra two receipts of the same numbers and refused to give them back. I went back two times of which I paid the extra $.69. I wanted to choose three of my own numbers and have 4 quick picks, but the "Manager" stated that I "never said that" so she gave me three of the same numbers. This is ridiculous. Do better. I think the clerk and manager are charging people and keeping the numbers because tonight is $1 billion mega millions. read more

This place and the woman who works here is the rudest. They have signs here that are wrong and they don't hold up to what the signs say. Instead of holding up to what the sign says they try and over charge you and make up some excuse of the machine won't allow them to do it. They than say they can't do anything about it instead of saying ok I'll give it to you for what it says. The woman is super rude and was like whatever I don't care what you have to say. I have been coming here for years and normally when this has happened they fix it and work with me when it's there wrong and this woman she needs to be fired- like customer service she needs a class on it- like this happens all the time. read more

I don't know why the owner didn't fire this rudest lady, I put my money on the counter and try to sort it out and she was yelling at me for throwing money at her and ask me to leave the store. Service was rude, girls behind the counter acted like they didn't care about their job. Couldn't even stand up from their chairs. Minus one star for the employee who consistently asks ME and ONLY ME for an ID!! Because of this employees actions towards myself, I opted to one of the many markets in the BOV. Her discretion to only card the brown woman rubbed me wrong. Anyways, owners are super friendly and professional. I guess you can call me a regular...if I want something they don't carry, they're generous enough to start stocking my desired product. For instance I smoke woods and I told them they need to carry a certain flavor and soon after I saw them on the shelf. I appreciate their attention to my feedback too. They have hot food, Ive only had the nachos and chili (munchies) but ppl love those taquito things. They even have a functioning slurpee machine with unique flavors. I once thought a great deal of this place. It's modern, bright, clean and sells liquor. I was planning to patronize this store a great deal since I'm in this area almost every day. But any beverage that is common or good gas station food or ciggies or anything you need to look no further. The good: + The waits are always the customer. Quick Stop is a good for those things you always seem to run out of at the last minute. It is open 24/7 and they sell lottery tickets also. The staff is always pleasant to me and sometimes I'm not always pleasant to be around. I always apologize afterward and they are very gracious to me and say do not worry we know you are a good person. I'm disabled and without prompting the man or woman or their daughter always takes my bags out to our car and for this I'm so very grateful to them for the awesome customer service they have shown to me. Yes, they have homeless people outside but l have never been bothered by them at all. So, l happy to have this store in Pacifica and hope they stay owners for quite a long while. read more

Been coming here for years, have seen four different owners but have always been treated well and nice to see the place constantly upgraded both the products they carry and the place itself. My quick stop for coffee in the morning, lotto, last minutes things like ice and milk, and has an ATM. They are always open! Their workers are always pleasant and the owner, Sean, is great. Maybe this doesn't mean much, since this is a "convenient store" I am talking about, but truly there is nothing convenient about the Quik Stop in Pacifica located on Crespi Street. I wish we had the ability to not give any stars. This store does not deserve even one star. The woman working there by the name of Poodnan (Can't remember the spelling of her name, but you can't mistake her for anyone else because she is extremely rude) really needs to reassess her career choice. Not sure if she has to work the night shift since this store is open 24 hours, but this woman needs a full 8 hours of sleep because she is extremely cranky. She has no customer service skills and actually behaves as though she is doing the customer a favor by responding to their questions. In addition to the congenial personality, she does not seem to know policies pertaining to the lottery. Her winning personality is not just reserved for selling merchandise but also how she responds to folks with winning lottery tickets. Guess what folks at Quik Stop, California Lottery General Policy Summary states that ALL RETAILERS are required to cash ALL valid winning tickets up to $599. YOU cannot claim that you don't have enough money to do so because you don't keep that much money in the drawer for fear of being robbed.....then don't sell lottery tickets. Before you decide to take a quick run to Quik Stop for anything, consider all the other little mom-pop stores who can use your business. These other markets in Pacifica really use your business, and I can guarantee you even if you go in and purchase a stick of gum from these other stores, you will encounter courteous and nice people who appreciate your business. I'd rather spend my hard earn money in a place where I know my business is important. Though I may not spend a lot in one visit, repeat visits will add up, and my friends and family's visit will add to the profitability of the store. Sorry Quik Stop, you've lost my business and the business of all of my family members and many of my friends. Maybe this is why you need to stay open for 24 hours to make up the business and sorry Poodnan that you're such a miserable person.
