The store is built on a hill, so it has awkward driveways for their parking lot. Observations: -well lit parking lot nearest store -CLEAN store -very polite clerk -well stocked -Covid-19 shields at checkout -CCTV cameras I had an uneventful visit to this convenience store (C-Store). The store looks clean and well stocked. The clerk was polite, and called me "Sir" alot. I do have a little bit of history with this C-Store. I used to work for a national audit company that sent out teams quarterly to inventory the entire store. I had to come out to Pacifica at 6am and do the audit. Maybe next time I'll stop by in the daytime and see if I can catch these rude clerks mentioned in other reviews. Otherwise, you might want to give them a break. C-Store cashier is one of the most dangerous jobs in the USA, especially at night. Be safe out there, and Support Local Business!

They have increased their organic products which is a plus. I purchased garlic bulbs in the mesh nets, (twice). The first bulbs I purchased when cut into were moldy and already mushy. Had to throw it away (freshly bought, tried day after I purchased) no longer edible... thought maybe it was a fluke so recently bought another pack. Same condition! I did notice spots of black mold on the outer skin, but thought maybe it did not reach the garlic buds. Wrong, it was just a tell tale sign and the buds were rotten, with sprouts already growing at the tips. Waste of money. Just want to warn consumers about this issue. Maybe it has something to do with the climate where the crops are grown but GO should be more careful.

It's rare to find someone who consistently brings that kind of effort and attitude to their job, but Damion does it every time. He greets everyone with respect, treats customers like regulars even if it's their first time, and makes sure people leave with a good experience. Once I arrived and saw the reality of the situation, I left to get my gas at the Daly City Loop, where they actually have the car wash they advertise in their Yelp listing, but guess what? Because I had driven down from Manor to Rockaway Beach, I got there shortly after 8 o'clock and they were closed. My car remains unfortunate and in a shamefully dirty condition. That's the sad truth of what happens when you travel out of Pacifica for two weeks. You arrive home to find your vehicle appears as if Duncan Idaho borrowed it and has been joyriding all over Arrikis while you were away. Suddenly you are grateful you recently refilled your wiper fluid, because the windshield is now the only window you can see out of. I had an interesting experience here today…read more First, some key observations: -NO PUBLIC RESTROOM -No carwash -small food shop with lots of stuff -very nice clerk -high gas prices It's mid-afternoon, and I'm driving down Woodside Rd with 1/4 tank of gas. Hmm, I better get gas before getting on Hwy 101-South to San Jose. I spot this Shell Station w/ a Food Shop, and decide to fill up. I carry the Shell gas card (with Premium status), and it gives me 5-cents off per gallon. While it's pumping away, I go into the food shop to checkout the snacks and drinks. OMG! No public restroom and that food shop is tight for space inside. But it's loaded with everything you could want. The usual stuff like: Snacks, drinks, sandwiches, candy, ice cream, etc. FACT: A hungry driver gets tired faster. So grab something to munch on while driving. The young lady working as cashier is very polite and patient with customers. This shop is small inside. When 3 customers come inside, you can barely turn around. I go out expecting the pump (# 3) to be finished. BUT NO! It stopped at the 5.5 gallon mark. Yikes, this is not good. I had to restart the pump, and then went back inside to find out why the pump stopped. The polite cashier told me pump #3 sometimes stops for no reason due to vibrations or shaking. Uh-okay, so the nozzle clicks off due to ground vibration. Okay, so more time to buy more junk food for the road. Gas prices are high here. On Feb 10, 2023, UL REG was $4.85 without discounts. Midgrade and Prem are over $5-gallon. But this station is on Woodside Road. A major roadway leading to freeways. Heavy traffic flow. People like me carry the gas cards of five major brands of gasoline. Shell is top tier gas, and today Shell got my business. This location has no carwash. There is enough room to maneuver pickup trucks, SUVs, and light trucks pulling trailers. Good luck when leaving, there's some tight turns around the islands.
