I was wandering along Main Street when I came across this wine and cheese store. The thing I loved about their tastings was the fact that each wine on the menu was priced for a 2 oz, 3 oz, 4 oz, and 6 oz pour. So you could really customize what you were drinking and how much. Our server, Pedro, was a lot of fun and we got the truffle chips to soak up some of the wine. These chips are addicting (sooo good!!) If I am ever in the area again I will be sure to go back!

I told her I tasted it and it was terrible. She was extremely rude about it. If you were being "transparent" you would have told me that before pouring another glass. So she charged me $6-7 when I would have tipped $10-12 on the tab and I'll never go back there again. That's just someone that doesn't know how to run a business. Don't go here, like the other reviews stated, it's really just for locals. I overheard the owner saying to someone she got a case of some wine cheap because the labels were misprinted. So they are running a cheap wine shop. If you go here, make sure you taste anything before you buy or you will be charged even if the wine has turned. Although, I wanted to taste the reisling and the owner told me the bottle wasn't opened yet and it was super sweet, she wouldn't let me taste it. Like she was assuming I wouldnt like it. Another poster mentioned Gerald's knowledge, so I called him. I explained my purpose, i.e., to send a memorable bottle of champagne to thank a friend who had referred some business to me. I gave him a $200 budget, and off the top of his head he made five recommendations, one of which I chose because of the interesting back story behind the wine/vintner. That night, I got an email from my friend, thanking me for the wine and raving about the impressive service. The wine was nicely gift-wrapped, and included included a card with the story I'd found so interesting about the wine. My only regret is that we don't have anything like this where I live in Mexico.
