If anyone knows me well enough they know I always have bad luck with my phones. I've gone to the little shops in the mall to insurance claims but most of the time I feel like it's all about money but not here. I was looking for something close to work and saw the reviews and decided to give it a try and I'm happy that I did. Not only did they fix my screen they went into detail to explain any other concerns that they seen and even looked at my camera for me. My experience was positive, Adrian was helpful all the way through this experience. Initially called on a Sunday and I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment, he said just come on down and so I did. I arrived to a very neat location with some good music to listen to while you wait. Adrian, took about 25 minutes to fix the broken screen on my iPhone 6s Plus. I took the phone home and I noted when I text some of the letters weren't showing as I text on the screen. I called Adrian right away and explained the problem, and he offered to change the screen free of charge. Adrian delivered, the next day I chose to go into the store and he fixed my phone and it's working fabulously just as it was before. Customer service very poor. I dropped off my iPad and was quoted $85 to replace the glass. They said they would call me if they could do it. I had to call them. After a few times calling them they said it would be $185. No thank you. It was better if I bought another one. I believe they give you a quote to get you in the door. Went to get my iphone fixed but was not given any screen options by the owner to choose from, so without asking he just put a generic screen on and the entire screen turned blue within 10 mins of me leaving the store. I returned immediately for my cracked screen to be placed BACK on, got a refund, & had to purchase a whole new phone instead. (Even after putting my cracked screen back on, i still couldn't use my phone properly like before when it was cracked. He made the cracked screen even worse!) Its like he doesn't know what he's doing at all. Poor job , don't recommend. Just go straight to Apple! read more

Adrian was exceptional, he helped fix my water damage iPhone X Max the same day I messaged him. He responded quickly and told me to take my phone in for repair. Don't try putting a charging unit on your phone while riding a bicycle. Sort of a common sense thing. Even though I stopped pedaling and pulled over. Still, find a place to sit and relax for the whole minute and a half it might take. Of course not following my own advice. I dropped my 5s iPhone and shattered the screen. Yet I still remain employed as a neurosurgeon at your local hospital. I've been to Quik Repairs once before. To replace the screen, but under different bungling the phone circumstances. I walked in and recognized Sal who had fixed my phone before. I was happy. He actually remembered me, probably because I forgot to pay him last time I was there. I cleared that up. Sal took my phone. Put on a new screen. Blam....Ninja fast. Paid him. Out I went. I had to return the next day because the screen was defective. I'd press my phone iCon and photos of al my exes would show up. I didn't even have photos of them on my phone. Once again Sal was there, and so was Adrian. Nice guys. Sal took my phone went to work. I asked Adrian if I could practice playing my guitar while I waited? He said absolutely. I did. Sang Spanish songs to a couple of their Latina customers. Of course they didn't speak Spanish. We all chuckled. I left dateless with a perfectly working phone though. Can't say enough good things about this shop. If you ever have a problem with your phone.
