I went kayaking last week and my phone fell into the ocean, it survived that. Then I went river rafting and it got wet again. This time the charging port wasn't working. I assumed it would need to be replaced as there was no moisture detection warning. I took it to them and left for about an hour. The place had great reviews and the response time for quotes was crazy fast, so I decided to reach out and sure enough I got a quick response at a great price. I also asked how long the repair would take and he said about 20 mins. So a couple of days later I brought my phone in. There were about 5 people already in the place and about 5 phones sitting on Sal's workspace. So I thought it'd be a problem, but I dropped off my phone and was told to come back in about 35 mins! I thought no way. But alright. So I come back about 45 mins later and the place is empty and Sal's working on my phone. I had to wait a few minutes for him to finish, but I wasn't mad at all. I was impressed. All those phones and mine in like an hour!? That's awesome! He could have easily completed the repair in the 20 mins I was originally told. And the repair looks and works great. Sal gave me a $5 discount for mentioning I found the place on Yelp and also put a screen protector on my phone for free! I also ended up buying a clear case for my product red iPhone at his recommendation for only $5. So basically I got a screen protector and case for the price of the repair. They also give you a 30 day guarantee on their repair, which is a cool bonus. Needless to say, I'm a happy customer and will be recommending Quik Repairs to my friends and family. These guys are legit!! I came here to fix a cracked screen. I dropped off my phone and couldn't stay until the repair was done because I had contractors working on my place. Adrian the tech there offered to drop off my phone at my place when he was done since he lived in the neighboring city. Who does that!!? I took my iPad in for repair, and it's now working great. Here is the problem, they advised that it would take 2 days to repair in which we were definitely ok with. 2 days turned in to 3 days, 4 days 5 days 6 days till it was a week later. They kept on telling us that they would contact us to keep us updated and we never received any calls. I was the one who kept on checking on the status of the iPad.
