The sub feels fresh, from the bread to the cheese, and they don't skimp on the sauce. Great Heartland location close to lots of retail and other food shops. Ample parking and easy to spot. There's a good handful of tables inside for individual or pair seating, and service is pretty quick. I pre-ordered on a busy day and only needed to wait 10 to 15 minutes on a weekend evening. They do minor promos through their own loyalty program , but I find they offer better discounts on Uber/skip/etc.

I found out that Heartland Centre has an Edo Japan. I love this franchise. It's Canadian and I like the food offerings. It took me nine minutes to drive over to this eatery. It's across from Best Buy and JYSK. Skechers is nearby. What I like about this location is that it's sandwiched between Starbucks on the left and Copper Branch on the right. A male staffer was taking a break and chowing down. There was one customer waiting for his order. His order was ready. As he went to fetch it from the counter, it allowed me to look at the chicken ramen deal. The ramen has tonkotsu broth and it comes with a fountain drink. Sold! I got a nice, friendly woman who took my order. I went with the chicken ramen soup combo. I had my Edo rewards barcode scanned. The bowl I tried on my last visit (not pictured), the Pangoa, I definitely liked least, for similar reasons. I'm all for BBQ, but in a bowl with veggies, I couldn't taste anything but BBQ so I felt like i was just eating BBQ + rice. Overall really great flavours for a healthy meal.
