    KFC - S'mores brownie

Tips: - Desserts aren't listed on the drive-thru menu…read more - The s'mores brownie is excellent. - I experienced a language barrier interacting with both female staffers. My rating is 3.5 stars. It wasn't the best experience placing my order. I did eventually get what I wanted and the food was yummy. This KFC is fairly new. I have passed by it heading home after work and have flagged it. It's on the south side of Steeles Avenue West and Turbine Drive. Although I had dinner earlier, I thought that I'd get some macaroni salad to enjoy at home. I hit the drive-thru. It was spacious pulling into the drive-thru. There was a thirty-second wait until I heard a woman on the other end. It was weird, as there weren't any customers at the drive-thru and it didn't look busy when I pulled into the parking lot. I got a woman on the other end. I ordered a large macaroni salad. She asked me to repeat my order. I then asked if she had any dessert. She repeated macaroni salad. I realized that there was a language barrier. She didn't understand what dessert was. The menu didn't have anything. I knew from ordering at a KFC closer to my workplace that it had brownies. I asked if she had brownies. She said yes and asked how many I wanted. I got one. I pulled up to the drive-thru. I got a different woman who said the total so fast that it sounded like $1.75. I didn't feel confident with what I heard because her accent was so thick. I asked her to repeat my order and then tell me how much it was. After confirming that I was about to pay for my two items and the total, I tapped with a credit card. Done! I got my food in a paper bag. I thanked her and left. I got home and enjoyed my macaroni salad. It was cold and yummy. I find this salad so comforting and creamy. The macaroni was al dente. It satisfied my cravings. The s'mores brownie was excellent. If you like a decent, moist brownie with marshmallows, get it. I'm thinking that I may have a better experience if I place my order through the KFC site or app, and simply come here to pick up my order. Maybe I'll know if what dessert items are available besides the brownie or if that's the only dessert KFC has to offer. (207)

STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION. They dont know wtf they're…read moredoing. i placed an order for spicy tenders, fries, and 2 drinks. I got my order and the chicken is plain. and the drinks were replaced with a childs Sunny D and some weird ass mango nectar. I called them to ask about it and the guy who picked up told me that since i ordered orange fanta and it was out of stock, he gave me the next orange drink they had. He didn't think to just give me ANOTHER SODA? he gives me som kids drink and nasty mango nectar? Then he says if i want other drinks, i can place another order. why the fuck would i place ANOTHER order just for drinks? are you kidding? He said he tried to call me to ask me about the drink but i recieved no call. He then said maybe it must have been something on my end on why i didnt get it, which is fucking weird since ME calling THERE went through without any kind of issue. He said the site was showing out of stock items and like boo hoo, i ordered from your official site. if its showing out of stock items, FIX THAT SHIT. This is the second time in a row this has happened from this location. I dunno what the workers there are doing. Or more so, what that one guy who prepared my order was doing. becuase HE was who picked up the phone.

The fried chicken is ok, it's tender but the seasoning doesn't seem to exist. Better than Popeye's…read moreat least. The bottom of the biscuits are dipped in some kind of thin honey mixture. Again, they're ok, but the ones I got (first time going here) had a weird stale or musty smell, like feet, that I'm pretty sure was coming from the honey. That sounds grosser than it smelled, but I don't know what else to compare it to. The sides are absurdly small. Inflation is a **** I guess. The staff did get the notes on my order correct, so that's something. But I wouldn't order from here again, there's nothing special about it, just another fried chicken place.

Good affordable family deal for the area…read more Inside the mall, this fried chicken shop is in the centre of a few food stalls. They serve small orders relatively quickly, and the girl serving customers was efficient and friendly. We ordered the family feast which included 9pc chicken, 3 drinks, and fries. They made a fresh batch of chicken for the larger order, so we had to wait for a few minutes. We also bought a side of gravy. We got our chicken Original, but they also offer a slightly spicier version, tossed in Nashville sauce. The chicken itself had a tasty skin, the chicken meat seemed only to be marinated in a bit of salt but otherwise tasteless. I assume it would be more flavourful if we chose the Nashville style. The gravy tasted like a chicken noodle soup, with notes of celery salt. It was different but not entirely bad. The fries were very soft, kind of like they should have fried it for a minute longer. There are a few seats in the center of the mall for patrons to eat at, but we took ours to go. The mall is kind of dark and run down, and they were making repairs/replacements of something in the ceiling by the tables. Good affordable option if you are in the area, but I wouldn't run back from 3 cities over right away.

I ordered the Clucks Original Chicken Sandwich ($6.99), and it comes with some fries.. There is homemade sauce put on the 3 chicken slices. It tasted very good, especially the sauce. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The two tomato wedges (not slices!) and lettuce were fresh. The bun top is a little greasy, but the chef said he made it that way so it looks shiny; people like it that way. The fries were crispy; they have a little coating on them. You can also choose Nashville sauce, which makes it more spicy. The customer service was good. There are $4.99 student specials Mon-Fri 11:00-15:30. There are 6 tables in the mall if you wish to eat there. Three is no free WiFi. The food stall is wheelchair accessible. There are no washrooms, but there may be one in the mall. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot. Review 2023-395

Burger Heaven Finally Found in Vaughan!…read more Listen up, fellow burger warriors! As a die-hard burger enthusiast who's been on a tragic quest across the GTA for places that still respect the sacred art of proper bacon, I thought I was doomed to a life of sad, floppy, microwave-tasting beef jerky disguised as Bacon. Then I walked into Jabs in Vaughan....... These legends didn't just put bacon on my burger -- they honored it. Thick-cut, crispy-yet-chewy, smoky perfection that actually tastes like it came from a real pig who lived a good life. No sad little anemic ribbons here. They even offer a bacon jam that sent me to heaven, this is the kind of offerings that makes you want to stand up and slow clap in the middle of the restaurant. The burger itself? Absolute fireworks. Juicy, perfectly seasoned patty with that beautiful char, melty cheese that stretches like it's showing off, and toppings that actually complement instead of just taking up space. Every bite was a chaotic explosion of flavor that had me doing the involuntary happy food dance in my seat. Service was fast and friendly, the vibe is classic no-nonsense burger joint (exactly how it should be), and the portions are generous enough to satisfy even the greediest of burger gremlins like myself. If you're tired of disappointing burgers and fake bacon crimes against humanity, do yourself a favor and get to Jabs immediately. I'm already planning my next visit... and probably the one after that. 10/10 -- Will be back until they ban me!!!

The service is super quick, and they keep things classic--nothing too out there, just a great bun, perfectly cooked thin patties, cheese, and a tasty sauce. Personally, I love ordering it plain so I can enjoy the pure flavor of the meat with that delicious melted cheese on a soft, toasted bun. Don't forget to check out their house specials! They've got some amazing exclusive burgers like the Mac Jab and tasty chicken bites, with my personal favorite being the honey Dijon sauce. When I go for the regular menu, I can't resist the double burger--after all, double cheese is a must! And I love swapping out the regular onions for that sweet onion jam; it really takes the burger to a whole new level of flavor!
