Let's get obvious out of the way. The service is slow. Yes, without a doubt. I waited for 20-25 min for my sandwich on a Sunday evening when the place was packed. They had 2 women + 1 boy working there, but still they could not manage to serve people in a more efficient manner. But you also need to take into account that they make everything from scratch and it takes time to properly grill raw chicken, lamb, and burgers. Multiply the number of minutes it takes to cook raw meat by the number of people in line and a wait time of up to 30 min is not unreasonable. Now, on the food itself. The food is pretty good. Lots of carbs, not of a fan of that, but the food looks tasty, especially the lamb tongue + lamb brain sandwich. Highly recommend it! The Super burger is HUGE. I shared it with my wife. It was that big. Fries were good, but I've had better fries elsewhere. Overall, despite the slow service, I liked the food. Oh, and try their samosa. It's spicy but tasty.

Nice burger. I loved it. Persian style and very nice staff. Smiley and friendly staff helping to choose from the menu. Highly recommended if you are around the area in town. A little distraction from the manager getting tough on staff, but I love to see them all next time with peace and smile on face! The burger was amazing, juicy and charbroiled. I try other sandwiches from the menu next time.

My favourite Persian sandwich shop in the city. My favourite sandwich is the Veal Tounge. But if that's too exotic for you get the Bandari sandwich. The super burger is also awsome. CAUTION: be extra nice to the owner, otherwise..."NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!"

3.5 Star Best Homemade Burger in Town? Maybe not the best of the best but it is up there if you want freshly grounded in house burger and cooks on a grill instead of flat top, looks no further! Chef Burger ($7.99) in a whole wheat bun topped with a Special garlicky sauce was A-OK. I could suggest less toppings and sauces because one can barely taste the meat itself. Maybe next time I will try a Iranian Sandwiches: Beef or Lamb Tongue or even a Bandari!

The cardboard chalky kotlet they sold us that was made the day before... straight into the garbage

Youve got to be kidding me with this place. This used to be a good place with great burgers and sandwiches, specially maghz o zaboon. But that was years ago. The food is completely shit now, & i heard the owner or whatever with the mustache is a piece of shit whos rude to customers. Our salon ordered some kotlet sandwiches and cheeseburgers from here on a saturday.. the kotlet tasted like cardboard first of all, and it hard and chalky breakable(picture posted) ..what the hell? My burger was burnt, the patty was not only literally black but i literally tasted bitterness of it being burnt in my mouth. Ew. I called in to complain about this load of garbage they fed us .. & a man who wasnt the one who made and gave our food was like "OMG THEY GAVE H KOTLET?!? NO THEY WERENT SUPPOSED TO SELL YOU KOTLET!!! THEYRE FROM YESTERDAY IM SO SORRY!" ... Youre lucky i didnt come backhand the dog shit who decided it was a good idea to sell that shit to a salon who makes big orders for lunch every week. fkin ridiculous. Jamesh konin lotfan.

I really liked their burger, it kind of tasted homemade and not like a fast food burger. The patty, the special sauce and also the buns reminded me of burgers we made at home. I also liked the fact that they asked if we wanted our burgers well done or juicy! That's usually a rarity in Persian restaurants. They also ask you up to their counter to ask which toppings you want or don't want. The only thing I would suggest they do is to ask about the patty and the toppings up front, when they are taking your order and not call each person's name one by one to go up there when your food is not ready and be asked those questions, only to go back a couple of minutes later to pick up your food. Also, just know that the place or the food are not fancy.

This was my first time here. Once again, it was the weekend and I came to the nearby library to study. I was actually planning to go to Yummi's hamburger for lunch but for some reason I couldn't find it. Instead I went to this burger joint instead. I'm full and my stomach and satisfied, but that's about it. I think this is a family own business. The decor is nice, clean, friendly. The menu is really small. They have a few burgers ranging in different sizes, a few sandwiches, and a few sides I think as well. Today I ordered the chef burger (7-8 oz patty) and fries. They don't have a combo deal here, so you got to order everything separately. My meal came out to be 13 bucks today. The burger first of all was dry and not seasoned. I think I could've got a better burger anywhere else. They ALMOST didn't toast my bun either. I really don't like eating a hot and cold hamburger. The person making my burger said it came out of the oven I think but it definitely didn't look toasted and hot from where I was standing. I asked him if he could toast it for me and he did. There are a basic selection of veggies, and sauces you would see on a regular burger you get at home or a family BBQ. I don't usually go out and eat for places like this. The fries were probably the worst. Not crispy, and they also forgot about my order (I had to remind them I ordered fries). They were not seasoned at all, so I had to bring out the salt shaker. Even if I tried, I couldn't find a compliment for the fries. Eventually it got so bad that I had to take out the ketchup (I usually don't like using ketchup) and dip the fries in it so that I could get a change in flavour. I think lack of passion is the problem with this place. Food is a business but just like everything else in life, you need to be passionate about what you do. In fact, in a customer-oriented business like a restaurant, lack of passion really reflects in the quality of service and FOOD most importantly. If I wanted this kind of burger I could've just made it at home by myself with some patties from Costco and some store bought sauces. I didn't have to bike 20 minutes to go there. Anyways, unless they're willing to make a change in the near future I'm not planning to come back. You can give this place a shot, but I warned you.

Entrance to the most holiest site in Toronto. Please take off your shoes and make an offering before you go inside. JOKES!

I visited the Richmond Hill location, they also have a location in Newmarket. Restaurant is located in a plaza with lots of parking. Restaurant is clean and modern with 6-7 tables not a huge restaurant. They specialize in wood fire flamed burgers. They also have sandwich options. Service was great, we were greeted as we came in. You pay at the front counter and pick up your food and the front. Some of the item comes with fries and a drink and other items are burger only. They were great with substitutions. I changed the fries to onion rings and changed pop to water. No issues they were super flexible and I don't think they charged me for the changes. I ordered the mushrooms burger. It was so flavourful. Juicy beef patty with the perfect charred edges. My boyfriend got the Louisiana burger it was the perfect amount of spicy and a piece of deep fried cheese was so good. The burgers were huge I had to give the rest to my boyfriend. The onion rings were amazing. I would definitely come back again!!!!

This burger was incredible! I got the woody wood burger (dressed with fried onions, mushrooms and their sauce) with curly fries and it was one of the best meals I've had in ages. The burger was juicy and had a crust..! The curly fries were crispy like they should be...next time I'll try the fresh cut kind. You smell the wood burning right when you walk in. It's a good sized place with plenty of room to sit. I came right before a lunch rush so I'm lucky that my order only took about 10 minutes to prepare. When it tastes this fresh, I can wait! I can't wait to come back and try a different burger, and it will be soon!

It looked nothing like the cheeseburger from Burger Factory that's posted online. The patty was not even thick at all! I received a thin patty which contained cheese but I had to get to the center of the burger to get a bit of cheese oozing out. The rest of the patty was essentially a Mc D caliber patty. If you look at the pic I posted, the meat to bun ratio was also totally off. The bun was bigger than the meat so I had bites where I was literally just eating thick bread and veggies. The cheeseburger photos show big chunky meat patties so I'm wondering if I got an employee who didn't really know what he was doing? I opted for a combo and got mac n' cheese bites as my side. These were exceptionally disappointing. I'm no mac expert but I'd be willing to bet a dollar that they use Kraft dinner in these mac n' cheese bites. Overly salty, overly processed. No dipping sauce, just came with two ketchup packets on the side. For a meal that hit me for over $20 I truly felt ripped off. This combo was NOT worth $20+. I had a double Shack burger from Shake Shack literally a week prior to eating here and that burger was MILES better and way more "gourmet" tasting than this one.

Seemed a little too adventurous for me so I went with their promo at the time which was 2 cheeseburgers and fries for (i think $15). Burgers were 5oz each so you can imagine how full I was. Very nicely cooked, they use a really good quality sesame bun which I think makes a big difference when you bite into the burger. Good toppings and the fries were nice and lite. Not too oily and salty as other places are. A great deal that is probably not around anymore haha. Shoutout to Matthew there for hooking us up with some free ice cream too as they were just about to close.
