They opened Friday 9/23/16. I wanted to give them at least 1month before trying out but I needed my boboa fix, now! Lol... Came down here on Sunday just 2days after they opened, place is kinda bare, no artwork or pics on the walls, they do have gold star balloons around the place, cute. I ordered rose milk tea and taro egg puffs. The tea was a bit sweet but very floral, the pearls were soft sweet and chewy, my favorite. The taro puff was crunchy and soft, flavor was light. I tried ordering the mochi waffle but they didn't have the ingredients, hopefully next time I'll be able to sample it! read more

They've always been really sweet here. I went in today being one of the only people in the city without a phone (it's been sitting in a bag of rice for a few hours now) and I had left my face covering in the car, but they took my order from outside and brought it out. It was nice of them since they didn't have to bend the rules for me and I honestly didn't expect them to; I was ready to just come back tomorrow. read more

I had just gotten my Mom's mail for her and found a coupon for this place and was excited to try it out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. There was a female and male working there, just the two of them and they were busy bee's. The female let me know she would be with me in a second because she was getting a drink together. The male was done with grabbing some mocha waffles and helped me instead. I ended up getting a green apple milk tea with exploding strawberry boba and a guava green tea. Both were great but I was really impressed with exploding strawberry boba. How cool is that, you bite into the little boba and it tastes like strawberry. I've never had anything like it. There is such a wide selection to choose from, I have to come back and try them all! 80) When I left they told me to have a great day, I told them to do the same. First time coming, line was pretty long, that's a great sign. I couldn't decide between a jasmine or tai boba drink, Mallory was at the register. She asked me if I wanted to sample them. Yes please! Tried them both, loved them both, decided on the Jasmine then Mallory suggested I mix them. That it's a white tiger. So I went for it! Mallory was very helpful, and very sweet. This is the best place to get your boca fix. It's clean, friendly, quick, and the staff is very nice. They were happy to explain the process of the various teas and the caffeine content of each. I highly recommend the chocolate milk tea, and the jasmine milk tea. Also, the mochi waffle is a great treat! read more

I just came here and I am impressed. I really liked speaking to the employees they are welcoming. I loved the flavor of my drink. I used to live in the bay and would always get boba after school. When leading that I had a boba place so close with so much to chose from I got so exited. This place was exactly what I needed. I walked in with my boyfriend and 4 of the employees were being incredibly obnoxious behind the counter. The poor girl taking our order was struggling over her coworkers. They were talking about how 'everyone here sucks'. Super unprofessional in front of customers and terrible to their fellow coworkers. Get a manager. read more

Been here a few times and I'm never disappointed! The store is well lit, clean and has a casual atmosphere. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their menu, which was a huge benefit to me when I was new to the shop. All the options can be a little intimidating at first , but all you need to do is ask and you shall receive! Great spot for students and young adults, but don't sweat it if you love the menu. I'm so happy there's finally a boba place in Turlock! It's a typical boba franchise but for the area, it satisfies the boba craving! I like to get black milk tea, mango green tea, or raspberry icy. Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing I've always been a fan of boba tea, so having Quickly open in Turlock was very exciting. Every time I go in, they always have great customer service and the atmosphere is beautiful. It is definitely a place for you to take friends and hang out in their restaurant. They even have board games available for the customers. Most of the time when they make me a drink, they ask me how I like it. Two or three times when I wasn't too fond of the drink I had tried, they always insisted one remaking something for me. They also offer stamp cards (10 stamps = one free drink) and have an excellent variety of things on their menu, including snacks. I will definitely be a regular and I will always try and take my friends there with me when I can. read more

Horrible customer service. Young guy working 4/7/21 at 1:40pm needs retraining as well as manager Megan. ( Both are very unprofessional and are wiling to argue with a customer who just supported their cause and store location). Don't bother calling for any assistance because its literally like talking to a bunch of little kids with NO customer service qualities and NO means to communicate on an adult level. I won't spend one more cent at this location And won't recommend at anyone. To think during times like this, people would appreciate the ppl/customers that walk in their stores! One lost customer always leads to more. read more

They quickly moved to behind the counter to help us out. We ordered: Banana cream chunk - This tasted like ripe bananas with huge chocolate chunks. Super good. Blackberry balsamic - This was like a strawberry smoothie in ice cream form. Caramel crunch - The SO really enjoyed this one. It had big ol' pieces of praline. Service was great. I didn't feel rushed and I was able to try other flavors (red licorice tasted just like Red Vines!). They also had a black licorice that the SO would have enjoyed, but he didn't try it. I'm already planning another visit soon!

I explained that I was waiting for my husband before ordering. She responded by saying, "Oh well, they're waiting," referring to the customers behind me. I immediately replied, "That's fine, go ahead!" so the other customers could order first, but her reaction afterward felt dismissive and somewhat annoyed. We later placed and paid for our order. Shortly after, my husband decided he wanted a Biscoff latte instead, so we politely asked if the drink could be changed. Another employee kindly stepped in and said she could do it, which we appreciated. I specifically asked for the drink to be changed to an iced Biscoff latte. Unfortunately, when the drinks came out, mine was still hot instead of iced. I went back up respectfully and let them know there had been a mix-up. Both employees looked at each other and chuckled in what came across as annoyance. I even apologized for the inconvenience, but the first employee responded by saying, "We are just too busy." I completely understand that working in customer service can be overwhelming, and I always try to be patient and understanding. However, at the time there were only a couple of seated customers and just the two of us waiting for our drinks, so the comment felt unnecessary. By that point, the interaction from the moment we walked in had already made the experience feel uncomfortable. We ended up grabbing our drinks and leaving disappointed. I usually enjoy leaving positive reviews, especially for small businesses, so it was unfortunate because we came in excited after reading such wonderful things about this place.

I was disappointed but didn't want to complain and the drink was good so I just dealt with it. My mom ordered a simple breakfast and she enjoyed it. It's a cute space and I would try it again.

As you can see in the picture, it's just the croissant, then the pesto spread, and the turkey is a separate price. How in the world can only the croissant cost $11? The coffee was a simple black coffee with no refill, and it was almost $5. When I asked if it was refillable, she said it was $.50, which was surprising enough. But she probably noticed my surprise, so she offered to give me a free refill, which I didn't take in the end since we were in a hurry. Allison seemed nice, but I would just suggest having a clearer menu with prices so that customers don't have to guess what they're paying for. I won't be coming back because I didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth.

I came here twice on the same day. Was craving popcorn chicken. They make this fresh everyday! It's the best. Crunchy, chewy, and delicious. It was quite busy. Surprisingly, I was not waiting for my from my drinks and food. It came out quickly. The service was amazing. It was so good I went again before I left Turlock. If your nearby you should really stop by and try some for their boba it is really good, especially during a hot day their AC is on blast!
