I can't stand drink places where you can't adjust the sweetness to have NO sugar syrup. I get it. It's on me if it's too bitter. I'm willing to take that risk. I'd rather have it be too bitter, and sometimes perfect in my opinion if the tea is right it won't be bitter, then have it be too sweet. Had to buy a drink to use the restroom so I got the milk tea, which tasted like cheap powder for a rip off price.

    Hair on rice

Ordered food to go and brought it back to my office to eat and noticed a hair in the rice. And it's black my hair is blond. Tried calling on and off for the day for a refund and no one answered.

I always wanna give quickly 3 or 4 stars because - quickly is literally QUICK boba. Usually reliable choices are found... and that's why I can't even bring myself to giving this particular location any more stars. If I could leave a zero stars I would. First issue is the service is not just meh - it's bad. The guy who works there hates his job and doesn't know anything about their menu. I asked if any of their drinks had yakult type offerings and he said "i don't know. Whatever is on the menu is it." --- dude couldn't give a recommendation as to what would fulfill that specific criteria. Next was the results of my order. ordered a panda milk tea with 50% sweet and it pretty much was ZERO sweet. Next up ordered egg puffs and they had zero crisp or sticky mochiness as most usually do. They clearly used instant pancake mix or batter for their "egg puffs" - look at how soggy they came "fresh" and still hot. As far as popcorn chicken - they were more like "boneless thighs breaded and parsed out." - not as small as popcorn chicken pieces usually are. The location is as uninviting as the dide who works there with zero chairs or tables to have folks stay or sit while waiting - they literally stacked their chairs and tables in the front corner of their shop... as much as I love a quickly in a shopping center - this one let me down way too much and I spent literally $50+ on 2 eggs puffs - 2 large boba drinks and one popcorn chicken. Not worth the money.

    Metal (staple) found inside drink

PSA: do not go here and please check your drinks/food, I found a piece of flexible metal inside my drink. I was literally 50% done with my drink until I felt something prick my tongue. Huge food / health hazard that could lead to internal bleeding. So please if you're thinking about giving this place a try don't stay away. Photo attached

Some kind of Oreo put in for the Thai tea

spent $15.68 on a large Thai tea and an order of chicken wings, and the experience was a complete disaster. First off, the name of the store is misleading--"Quickly" was anything but quick. It took 30 minutes for one drink and one order of wings, even though the menu says fried items should take 10 minutes. It wasn't busy when I came in--just a group of kids who already had their drinks and two other people waiting. Meanwhile, GrubHub and DoorDash orders kept flying out in 3 minutes--completely in and out--while I was left waiting forever. To make matters worse, there was no one at the front counter to take orders. The only option seemed to be a touchscreen on the left, but there wasn't even a sign explaining it. When I finally got my Thai tea, it tasted like it had some kind of Oreo flavoring in it, which I didn't order or notice at the store. I only realized it after taking a sip at home, after wasting 30 minutes of my time. At that point, I wasn't even sure if I got the wrong order. It's too bad because the place seems really cool and stylish, and the chicken wings themselves were good. But having to wait 30 minutes with no one saying anything, avoiding eye contact, and leaving me completely in the dark was not appreciated. This place is slow, disorganized, and confusing. I wouldn't recommend it, and I certainly won't be coming back.

Will try the "full house delight"

Complete remodel since I've been here last, ....it's been awhile too! Looks good and inviting. Gotten busier maybe due to new looks but much slower in service. Post at register apologizing for slow service due to lack of workers. Hiring new workers Tried "Full House Delight"; better deal w multiple sides included vs adding each for .50 cents per side. - refreshing and moneys worth. Surprised to see in their menu; "Turon" a Filipino dessert, fried banana. Surprisingly good w special sauce not normally associated w Filipino version. Looking to come back to try expansive menu items. Hopefully by then that they have better staffing to accommodate influx of new customers

had a real craving for salt and pepper tofu and since quickly's was right in the plaza next to where we were grocery shopping, decided to pop in. i missed the self order kiosk right by the door but the lady took my order very quickly. there is a 8$ minimum for credit card. since they are fried to order, i had to wait about 10-15 mins but in that moment, i witnessed the best customer service. a couple who seemed like they were from out of town came in and could not decide what to order but the lady was super patient and gave them some suggestions. she even gave them 2 different samples to try and i could tell that the couple was very pleased with her service. this simple interaction made my day. as for my fried tofu, i was happily surprised at the portion size. the tofu was a little bland on its own but nothing the salt and pepper and chili powder at the counter can't fix. overall, would come back to satisfy either a popcorn chicken or fried tofu craving.

Way too sweet, threw it away. Waste of money

I am so in love with the tea here, it tastes exactly the way I like it. I love how they use the teapresso machine to brew the tea leaves which makes the flavor stronger. The cafe's decor looks clean and it has a good vibes, and when I went, it was not too busy. You can also order through their application and earn points or at the Kiosks and put your phone number to earn points as well.

Chicha San Chen is the super hyped bubble tea shop from Taiwan that's apparently won a bunch of tea…read morerelated accolades that I won't pretend to be remotely familiar with. Their ordering system is entirely via two kiosks, which can be annoying if the customers ahead are slow, ordering a bunch of drinks, or both. They really should have a policy for cashiers handling smaller orders (2-3 drinks or less) and forcing kiosks only for larger groups. The estimated wait times vary pretty wildly, so take their posted estimates with a grain of salt. It stated 15-20 minutes when I was there, but it took about 25 (and we were just the 2nd group in line, though there were clearly tons of queued orders already with people standing around or sitting waiting). When we finally got our drinks, the Classic Ding Dong Oolong Milk Tea and the Milk Tea with Taro Balls and Taro Paste, I was expecting really prominent tea flavor like you get from the best milk teas in Taiwan and HK, especially given their hand-brewing process for each cup (which partly explains why wait times balloon). Sadly, I got very little tea flavor from either drink. That said, the fresh taro paste and taro balls were very tasty, with the balls having fantastic QQ chewiness. Prices are a bit much though, at almost $10 for that drink alone. I honestly think they could cut costs on gimmicks like the rope carriers (cute for influencers, but pretty useless and likely jacks up the price for regular customers). One silver lining from the long wait is that we spilled over into a free tea tasting slot. Miranda was fantastic as our guide as she was super friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. She walked us through how their Lishan Oolong Tea (sold separately, not used for in-store drinks) is harvested and sun-baked into 5 different varietals, each with unique colors, aromas, and tastes (and following the sun both literally and figuratively in terms of names and descriptors). Overall, it's a fun experience if you enjoy that sort of thing (and your wait happens aligns with a tasting slot or you can always a reserve ahead of time as well), so 5 stars for Miranda and the tasting, but the actual milk teas were lacking and a disappointment given the hype, cost and wait.

A boba shop right inside a gas station, car shop?! That's crazy…read more I was wandering the area for a late night boba itch and was glad I made a pit stop here :). Area is kept well clean & tidy and also teeny tiny! I got the lychee peach tea that almost tasted tisane equivalent (in a good way haha), the right amount of sweetness to tea ratio for me. We were probably thirsty from our 2 1/2 hour drive from Monterey, grubbing on the rich and tasty food from Original Joe's, and walking around the bumping shopping center. Wifey is always in the mood for boba, coffee, or flavored tea. We turned to our trustworthy Yelp app and found Pit Stop Boba Shop. Pretty cool to find a boba shop inside a Arco gas station. Besides the uniqueness of its location, Pit Stop served arguably one of the most refreshing and tasty drinks we've had. I knocked it down to 4.5 stars because one of the gas pumps has a skimmer and I was alerted by my bank of a fraudulent charge. Buyer beware buying gas from this gas station. Pit Stop is on the corner of Gellert Blvd. and Westborough Blvd. It's across from another gas station that houses a Subway and Chase bank is across the way. If you're bewildered pulling into an Arco gas station to buy boba, you are not in the wrong location. Pit Stop shares the Arco convenience store where you would normally buy snacks, sodas, and candy, which you also could purchase. The convenience store and Pit Stop are independent businesses, so if you want a boba, you'll need to place your order at their register. Parking consists of what any gas station usually has, so we just parked at one of the gas pumps since we had to get gas. There aren't any tables to chillax and I'm sure most of their business is to go orders. The decor fits the gas station theme with its order counter looking like an industrial tool box, auto service ads plastered on the wall, and other knick knacks. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and got our drink order out pretty quickly. This would be a true statement for Pit Stop. I went to get gas, but came home with some boba. The menu consists of specialty drinks, instructions to make your own drink, and they also sell snacks. This was our first time visiting a boba shop hidden inside a gas station and you might be thinking there's no way quality drinks can come out of a gas station. I can assure you that you would be wrong. I highly recommend you order their #4 specialty drink, the TooTea FruiTea, because it was refreshing, sweet, and tasty. This drink comes with strawberry, peach, mango, organic green tea, and actual strawberry, mango, and pineapple bits. I really enjoyed the combination of the different fruit flavors and the chewy treats of the fruit pieces. My wife ordered their #2 specialty drink, the Lychee Peachberry, and just like me, she really enjoyed her drink. I would have never thought that a boba shop inside a gas station would serve memorable drinks. The Pit Stop Boba Shop is not only a memorable place, but it has drinks that makes it worthwhile for you to make a pit stop. Just make sure to check for any skimmers if you're buying gas at the Arco.
