Me and my friends got sick from eating their popcorn chicken. Took them almost 30 minutes to prepare and cook the chicken. I seen them mixing the chickens, but didn't realize they mixed old chicken with new ones. No wonder the chicken smelled kind of funny. It is not easy to find something to eat at 3 pm getting off airplane in this area. We were excited to see this Quickly. We loved their food snack and drinks. Many teenages after school were gathering there after school - guess it is their favorite spot to hang on after school like adults do in bars as happy hours after work. The only thing I hope they can improve is the cleaniess of the dining area. Garbage cans were full and trashes were all over the floor. I must say I was very disappointed in their service. My friends and I went for drinks when it wasn't busy, and we still waited 15-20 minutes. First, they never told us that they don't have large hot drinks. They should mention this when we order. Second, they had the worst attitude possible when we asked them about our order. Their attitude made it seem like we, the customers, were the ones at fault. Third, when the "hot" drinks came out, some were in fact merely lukewarm. This is simply unacceptable! Onto the food.. My friend must've waited 25-30 minutes for an order of fried calamari (or octopus rings). When they came out, they were poorly made. It seemed like they just fried it without any sort of breading on them. To the people that will go to this location, make sure they get your order right. For some reason, despite modern technology, they still get orders wrong. This may be due to the reason that the employees at this location seem more interested in watching the movie than preparing your order. I do not recommend this location at all. The prices may be good, but the service fails miserably. read more

This is the WORST place ever. Been going to quicklys for a long time, but this location is the worst. Not to mention the horrible service, but my god there is NOTHING in this quicklys! Me: Um can i have an eel rice bowl? employee: No, no eel. Me: Ok. then can i have fried calamari? employee: No, we dont have that either. Me:Ok.. then can i have a milktea with large tapioca? employee: no, no tapioca. Always a convenient quick stop for some boba drinks and greasy snacks. I find myself getting different drinks each time I stop by, it's okay. Not the best I had but not the worst. I would give 0 stars if I could. Here is why First time I came here on my lunch break with my fiancé and ordered 2 drinks and 2 bowls of food. Got the 2 drinks made correctly and had a long wait for the food to be done. My complaint was not for the wait but for the person at the counter not hearing that I wanted 2 bowls of food. So I had to place another order and another long wait and on a lunch break from work I didn't have much time to eat after that. Second time I came to this place for lunch the person working was too busy standing at the door to the back room listening to her iPhone to hear the door chime when I walked in. Made some noise to try and get her attention but she didn't look up until she was done with her text message. I made the same order as before but wanted small tapioca balls for one of my drinks. When she returns to the counter I notice my drink has the wrong tapioca and also didn't hear that I said I wanted 2 bowls of food also. All the time she was taking my order it looked like she had her headphones on. As an extra note they have a sign saying they do not allow outside food (which is understandable) but they are biased about who they uphold it with. I just don't get how ppl are struggling to find jobs yet the girl that works here still manages to work here - it has to be a family/friend connection because no manager in his/her right mind would hire her. My friend ordered a vietnamese coffee and between 3 people, we could not finish it. I took one sip and wanted to rip my GI tract out. If I had to recall it (painfully), I would say it was a mix between sour milk and pure syrup. Delicious, I know. But dammit those pictures of fried everything got to us late-nighters and we went ahead and ordered some fried tofu. This took about 10 minutes as she carefully coated the tofu to put in the deep fryer. During this 10 minute span, nobody could order anything because she was so focused on her task at hand. So I stood there waiting and I imagine other customers came and went too disgusted at the wait. Finally, I got around to ordering my fried mushrooms and another 20 minutes later, we got our food and it was suck. Oh yea, and there are some really strange signs/advertisements all over - something about rubber duckies and I remember another sign being extremely aggressive about not being able to give change in exact coins? Nice to have it by my job but my second time coming, I was disappointed again. First time they got my drink wrong..but replaced it so I was whatever about it. Come today, and this time they forget to add potstickers to my order, I repeated it twice...did I get them? Nope. When I realize they are taking hella long, I ask about my pot stickers and she didn't take it down when I ordered. Wtf. I'm not sure if I'm dealing with 2nd graders who can't listen nor pay attention or not at this point. & to top it off she didn't even apologize for having me sit there for five minutes waiting on something that she didn't even place in the system. She looks so unhappy working there, she might as well just go home. I had the big boba once and it tastes horrible. It was not well cooked and maybe a little bit under cooked. I usually come in here and get OK customer service, but the last time I went here, it was just ridiculously terrible. I waited about 5 minutes to have my order taken. Then an ugly cashier started pounding buttons on the register and angrily stared at me with "wtf do you want" eyes. I kind of got the clue that she was taking my order, so I said it, pretty precise, not holding up the line because there was no one there, and I knew what I wanted. She gave me a worst look and was like "what?" in an angry tone. I repeated myself twice, and I was pretty close to asking her what her problem was, but I figured she would ignore the agitated customer's question and pretend suddenly that she doesn't know English. Their drinks are ok, the snacks are a hit or miss. This place is SOOO CONVENIENT for me when I want my fix of Passion Fruit Snow. Actually, I started with Passion Fruit and Green Tea juice with Litchi Jello. Then while meeting up with one of my friends, we discovered (from another patron) the Mango Escape. Mango, Strawberry and Passion Fruit smoothie... Sooo Yummy!!! So, I inquired about these "Snow" drinks. And basically they're 1-Flavor smoothies... Now my selections just widened to the next level... Passion Fruit Snow and Mango Snow. Checked out Litchi Snow, and it's mostly Litchi juice but icy. It's not a creamy smoothie. So my next flavor to try is either the Papaya or the Banana Snow. There's a Champagne Grape Snow, but I don't know about that one... We'll have to see... If this place starts to sell the yogurts, I'll have to get that... And their food stuff looks pretty good... For now, I'm happy with my drinks... In fact, I'd be even HAPPIER if I had one right now!!! SEE YA! read more

This place is pretty busy and at times, the girls worked there would complain and swears in Mandarin right in front of the customers. Rude customer service, one fat and one skinny asian girl that works there have to be from the same family, they are both rude to the same extent and at the same areas of customer service, wouldn't even call it customer service anymore, because there is no such thing as customer service over there. I personally think that all quicklys have bad customer service, but this location was the worst. The skinny girl that works there never says thank you and they always make the worst uncooked tapioca. After receiving the disgusting tapioca drink, went over to the counter and asked the skinny girl if I can get another drink because of the uncooked tapioca and she said no, asked her to try the tapioca for herself, and she said no, and said that she didn't cook the tapioca. And she threw my popcorn chicken on the counter and pieces flew out, and pretended like nothing happened. I'm surprised they even pass yearly inspection, there should be an inspection for them everyday, but if there was, then they wouldn't have survived the first day of grand opening. I went to the store around noon time there last Saturday. After I got into the store, there was no one at the counter to welcome. After a miunte, we saw the store assistance show up from the back shop; however, she looked at us and showed really surprised on her face while she was holding a cup in hand. We through she would come over and help us for the order. However, she went back to the back shop and put some ice in the cup with water; then, drank it before served us. What's kind of services it is?! Also, when we placed the order, she did not ask us in English at all instead of Madrain. Be honest, even I am a Chinese, I may not even know Madrain at all. Certainly, I know Madrain, but, she did not want to speak up and I could not hear clearly at all. If this employee does not want to work for this job and think this is too much for her to work on Saturday morning since she might go out at Friday night, then, I would recommand her to find another job instead of this one.
