Mediocre. worst rose milk tea that I've ever had. drive to blenders. So grow actually, my rose milk tea was neon pink and tastes sour, disgusting. I asked the manager/owner (I guess, older man behind the counter) if I could exchange for a milk tea, he was surprised and asked me why and I simply said, "it's gross and sour." the milk tea was disgusting too, not enough milk, it was TOO dark. This place is expensive and tacky. Tacky because of handwritten signs everywhere made with crayola markers. Don't waste your time or the stomach ache. worst experience ever buying boba drinks!!! The KIDS here don't care about customer service at all, especially when there friends are around/visiting. And the manager in the back doesn't seem to mind at all that the KIDS working here joke around and mess up on orders... My drinks tasted like milky water and I had to wait almost HALF AN HOUR for just 2 drinks!!! And they just happen to mention last second, that they are out of boba as your drinks are already being completed and paid for -_-. The only reason why this place did not get a 5-star rating is because they didn't grant me my 10% discount on my first time checking in on YELP. After ordering (3) super cup teas - make sure you ask for your receipt, luckily I did, just in case. And then it took a longer time just to calculate what change was owed to me - after the fact! Quickly Boba has been familiar to me even when I was in the Philippines. I am glad that this is one of the good Boba places near me. The drinks they serve here are good and really affordable! "Everytime you come in, you have a complaint." That is what Grace the manager told me over the phone. So I clarified with her that every time means each and every time. She said well because I ask for discounts. Tell me one person who would not be pleased if given a discount. Asking for a discount or clarifying an add for a weekly special that is written on the board is not considered complaining in my books. Been a frequent customer here and the staff has never offered specials or discounts to the customers. THEY DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS as well as the cashier who handles the machine, credit card and cash toggles between taking orders and making the drinks. They do have specials and discounts but if you don't ask for them they won't tell you about them. The last time I was there, I redeemed the free milk tea. You get a free regular milk or thai tea after purchasing 10 drinks. So they stamp a card for every drink you purchase, if you remember to give the card to them. They have never offered to stamp my card voluntarily. I paid to upgrade to a super cup which I always do and to have regular boba. They gave me one that was 2/3 ice and 1/3 milk tea. THEY WATER DOWN THE SLUSHIES AND MILK TEA WITH ICE TO SAVE. I called and spoke with Ronald who said that they will replace it. When I came in today, they replaced it with a regular milk tea with no boba. Of course I called them because I never order anything without boba. And I had the understanding when they said they will replace meant giving me the same thing that I originally ordered before. I had to go back to the store to speak with a manager since they wouldn't give her a call and have her talk to me. I was giving my number for a call back but they didn't want to do it. They actually want me to come back to the store after today and hope that the manager is there to talk to. I asked when will she be there so I know when to come back and they wouldn't tell me when. I was told that they are only giving me the milk tea because they didn't give me enough milk tea with my last order. IT TRULY IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. So if they didn't put enough boba in your drink, then only the boba will be replaced. So I'm technically coming back to gulp down some boba balls. The gas I use is more expensive for the second trip I had to make there You would expect for the price of the drinks that the cups would be full. They would rather throw what is leftover down the sink instead of pouring the rest in your cup. I gave them back the free milk tea with no boba and went back home to return the boba that I bought for my kids. I AM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. Found out that the manager is the daughter of thr store owner. An older adult female came out from the back office. My husband believes she is the owner and he wanted me to talk to her. I told my husband not to bother as she seemed to know what was going on. If she was indeed the owner, she should have done something about the issue. She didn't seem to care and just poked her head out to make sure we left. NO ONE APOLOGIZED as well. Next step for me is to file a complaint with better business bureau. I had to pick a rating but I would even given them any star at all. I had no choice, had to pick at least one star to post this review...They are not the only place that sells boba..jollibee, hiccups, boba loca, and blenders are a few that sell them as well.... read more

Yikes. I go in to order drinks for my family (4 total) and they were all terrible. Far too stingy with the boba and all the drinks tasted bitter and sugarless, even the flavored tea. We head back and explain to the girl at the front who takes the drinks back, but not before spitefully filling the orders of nine customers that all came in AFTER us. 26 minutes later I ask her how long much longer, and she snaps back with attitude, cutting me off, and raising her eyebrows. This is a review mostly about my experience, not much about the drinks because I think the drinks are pretty good. First, the place is pretty small. I'd try to avoid going after carson high gets out and maybe weekend nights because it might get busy. Not only is the waiting/seating area small but also where the drinks are made. So I'm guessing they can only make so many drinks at once. I've heard the wait can get really long when it's busy. It's my second time stopping by to get the drinks myself. Two adult ladies were working. One was working the register and the other was making the drinks (and pretty quick for the ones before me). When I ordered, i had to repeat my order a few times and the lady took a while finding it in the system. When I paid in cash, I did the math and I'm supposed to get $6.89 back. She gave me $16.89. I had to tell her she gave me extra. Then while I was waiting for my drink, a couple was ordering. The girl asked what kind of drinks they have with kiwi and the lady at the register didn't know. She had to ask the one making the drinks for suggestions and then had her help find them in the system, keeping her from making the drinks. So mine took a little longer than the ones before me. As for the drinks, I like them! I really like their milk tea. Maybe my favorite place to get it. Their boba is good too. Not so much their egg pudding though. And for some reason, some of the egg pudding had a weird texture. I didn't like it. Lol! But i just won't get it next time. I'll still come back for the drinks! read more

I've been experimenting with this boba shop and so far I've tried several flavors of flavored green teas and their milk teas and I really can't say I really like any of them. They all have some sort of after taste. Is it my imagination or what? Don't get me wrong I love boba teas. I just can't pin point what it is? It has got me thinking what is in these teas that have this weird aftertaste. I sure hope whatever it is isn't coming from something unnatural in China. But considering it's a Taiwanese franchise it probably is coming from China. My conclusion is it's something artificial so I think I'll stick to other tea shops or Jamba Juice at least I see the actual fruit. read more
