After 5 phone calls I just went to Yelp and called my own- Sergio showed up in 30 mins after my call and seemed very eager to help me. All I can say is the price is right and the response was fast and the service was professional and pleasant! Thank you so much for making my crumby day better!

Spent like half an hour on the phone jumping through various hoops, text authentications, etc. The $245 payment goes through but they still want more hoops and process. No - you've got my money, you're killing my phone battery (which I can't charge with my dead car), you owe me a truck. Things just kept sounding shadier and shadier, then I asked for their business address. About five times. I was met with deflections each time. Okay, we're done here, I want to cancel. Well that's a $245 fee! I was FURIOUS. Yeah they really play a game of "gotcha" alright! So I was stuck with them. While waiting for the truck I got calls from like 4 different people wanting to verify various things. Super annoying process during an already stressful situation. I did get the car home in the end (1.5 mile trip for $245?! On a Saturday evening around 6pm? Through a place that's open 24 hours?). I would not recommend this company except for a last resort.

The gentleman who assisted me said he would switch my flat tire to my spare tire. He proceeded to remove all the lug nuts and was having a difficult time with the last one. He used his tool and the one in my trunk. This individual ended up stripping the lug nut to the point where it was impossible for him to remove it. He told me I needed to call GEICO and switch over the call from a flat tire to a tow. He said he had to go and tow a different vehicle but that he would text me to inform me of any updates. This individual left my tire damaged, did not text or call. By the time I called GEICO I realized all the tire shops had closed for business. I had to contact "Back on Track road side assistance" they came out after hours, extracted the stripped lug nut with a special tool and replaced my flat with my spare AND put air in it, this company also had a lug nut to replace the one that was damaged. Literally everything I needed. Attached you will see the lug nut that was completely stripped. I'm so grateful for back on track roadside assistance, they were very professional and they were able to get me back on the road even after hours for a reasonable price. Thank You

Richard (the owner and mechanic) was super responsive to my calls and texts, even on the weekend. He went and picked up all the parts from the dealer and then came straight to my house to do the work. I had my thermostat, thermostat housing, and water pump replaced all in one go. With kids and work, taking my car into a shop is always a pain, so having him come to me was a huge plus. His prices were about the same or cheaper than other quotes I got, which was awesome because it's basically like DoorDash for a mechanic--except he doesn't upcharge just for bringing the service to you. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work too--he even spent extra time cleaning up all the old oil and grease. No waiting rooms, no rides back and forth, just easy and stress-free. Overall, the service was professional, convenient, and affordable. You can tell Richard really enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. Would definitely recommend!

I'd recommend his services to anyone. Thanks rick!

I am filing a formal complaint regarding a tow service dispatched through AAA…read more During the service, the driver initially told dispatch that my vehicle would be loaded onto a flatbed. However, upon arrival, he informed me he intended to drag the vehicle before placing it on the flatbed, which could have caused damage to my car's electrical system. This directly contradicted what was communicated to dispatch and raised serious concerns about proper handling procedures. When I contacted the company to address the issue, the manager responded in an unprofessional manner. He became hostile, raised his voice, and refused to provide his name when requested. This behavior is unacceptable and does not meet basic standards of customer service or accountability. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated. I would also like clarification on the company's towing procedures and assurance that drivers are following proper protocols to avoid potential vehicle damage. A complaint has already been filed with AAA, and I will be pursuing this further through consumer protection channels if necessary. Pic below: Driver ignored my instructions not to jump my car despite electrical issues and insisted anyway. He also told dispatch it would be flatbed towed, but then said he would drag it part of the way. When I contacted the manager, he became hostile, yelled, and refused to give his name, saying "don't worry about it." Extremely unprofessional and unsafe service.

He previously did 2 other previous repairs on the other suspension parts and is working fine. I reached out to Luis and to the latest repair and was completely shut out and left numerous text thru Yelp and vm messages. I had no choice and to have my vehicle repaired correctly at another reputable auto repair shop. Luis finally called me after I got the repair done. I told him I had to pay an additional $360 to fix his mistake since it took over 10 days for him to respond. My guess is he thought this was going away and he would not hear from me again. We agreed when he finally called back that he would reimburse me $120 labor and $40 for the broken part. I actually should've asked for the full amount but I'd rather settle this in a fair way and move on. It's been over 2 weeks and now he's still avoiding me. I reported him and company to the BBB. I also reported him to the state franchise board since I had requested numerous times for all the repair invoices I'm also in the process to file a civil small claims suit. The first 2 repairs I gave him an excellent rating and review. It's very sad that he would do this and unfortunately he will pay in the short and long outcomes.

I was unharmed but my winsheild had a hole the size of a softball in it and I was stranded about 1 hour from my destination. Max from Loyal towing showed up as my AAA tow service and I couldn't have been more grateful. Not only did he advise me that the place I requested the car be towed did not have a secure yard but he called his boss and arranged to have my car towed to the Loyal Towing secure yard in Sacramento and safely stored until I could have the windshield repaired. (They did not charge me to keep my car on their lot for two nights) The people at Loyal towing also helped me find a person to replace my windshield the next morning (safelight winsheild repair quoted me two days later and a much higher price) and the gentlemen who replaced my windshield was prompt, fair and just an all around sweet guy! Overall, the people here made a scary and unfortunate incident turn out alright. I'm very happy to share my experience if it helps this solid business. I encourage anyone who needs honest and professional help in the towing department to call the people at Loyal Towing.

Adj: Atrocious and Awful!…read more Really not sure how this place could have 4.1 stars on avg. But on a cold January winter day, one of our couple of weeks new tires lost air gradually and we had a flat. Thankfully, we were not on the freeway when this happened, but were on a residential street. Unfortunately, we were not within walking distance to our home or even close to our neighborhood. Nevertheless, we were so glad that it was a sunny and kind of warm day after quite a few rainy and stormy days, so at least we didn't have to wait in the wet and cold outside. I called my insurance company who sent Loyal. After over an hour, I was like, they said they'd be here in 45m, so I called our insurance back, only to find out that Loyal canceled on us w/o notifying us and our insurance co barely just found out and so they just rerouted the service order to another towing company! I was not a happy camper. Yours truly waited on the side of the road for most of this time by myself in order that a Good Samaritan, living in the house right where our car started losing air quick (thanks to my hubby for noticing, I'm not sure I myself would've noticed until it was really flat) could take my husband and my kids to my in-laws kind of nearby and borrow their (hardly driven) car (they are too elderly to drive to us for those wondering) to take the kids home and come back for me. Again, it was really a blessed day to have a flat b/c it actually was so sunny it got kind of warm, but after 2+ hours wait, the sun was starting to go down... Time is money so wasting my time = terrible value! Come to find out, Loyal is NOT even a local company, I know it shows they have a local address and number, but our insurance company directed me to a San Diego number when I asked for Loyal Towing's number to call myself and complain. I'm not sure that would do anything, but in any case, the only contact number we ever got was to a San Diego number where the central call center for Loyal is located. Lesson learned that if we ever need roadside assistance again and my car insurance sends Loyal, I'll immediately ask to have a different company sent. Thanks to all other Yelpers reviewing Loyal Towing who've also experienced terrible service (or disservice and no-service in my case), so others will know to avoid them like the Plague they are!!!
