The pizza was exemplary and the workers were very friendly, definitely coming back! I suggest this restaurant to anyone looking for a good pizza place in downtown Stillwater, MN read more

Absolutely outstanding pizza!! My family begs to go here and if you are on a gluten free diet...THIS is the pizza for you!! I am constantly looking for gluten free food that actually tastes good and this place not only meets my expectation, but exceeds it by a mile! We have been going since they opened their doors and every time we go they have honed and improved their selections and service. It's a great new business that will only continue to get better. I just cannot say enough how happy I am this place came to Stillwater! read more

I want this place to succeed, but there needs to be some ambiance to go along with the prices paid for each pizza. Too cavernous, too brightly lit, too white, too institutional. It didn't create the feeling of enjoying a leisurely meal but rather a fast food establishment. The staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed our pizzas very much, but the bread and olive oil ordered to nibble on while waiting didn't arrive till reminded. The bread was in a brown paper bag and had to have come from Cub, not the great chewy bread I'd expected, and the oil was in a disposable plastic container. Did not eat it. Plastic glasses, plastic utensils, toilet paper-like napkin dispenser. Wine and beer were in real glasses. I like the quickness of the pizza oven, but there needs to be some better order to the process of ordering. It's confusing - were we to go right to the register, tell the pizza maker directly? Overall, delicious pizza but if there was some work done towards making this place feel more enjoyable, we would frequent it more often. read more

I had the Macaroni and Cheese pizza, I was a little skeptical about it as it sounds not very good. It was so good! Everything tasted great! It was fast service and the employees were really nice. Plus they serve Gluten free pizza crust. yumm. We will defiantly be back again, soon! read more

Great concept, excellent taste You select your pizza ingredients, in addition they're quick & wood fired, awesome! Definitely will go there again. read more

Not that great. Dough was wet and sloppy. Not much flavor. One person had a salad and the ranch dressing tasted spoiled.

Stopped in for lunch. Didn't have to wait in line and our pizza was made very quickly. Tried the cuban, it was incredible!! Wish we had one up in the Twin Cities. The workers were not very friendly or chatty. Based on pizza alone, 5 out of 5 stars! read more

The food is good the service is horrible. They burned our pizzas and didn't say anything till I went up to ask. No one tried to compensate us and I had to repeat three times what I ordered. Try writing down your customer's orders. read more

Probably the most disgusting pizza I've ever had along with weird service. Spent 30 bucks and my Mac and cheese pizza tasted like warmed over left overs. The cheese sauces they use seem like pre packaged gooh and they didn't even cook the pizza long enough to make it hot. We also got a pork bbq and the sauce on that was also gross and pizza was barely hot. Both people working seemed confused. Save yourself the time and just go to a Punch pizza in the twin cities. Yuck, won't be back here. The only cool factor was the back private patio. read more

The employees are extremely weird and I was uncomfortable the entire time. Pizza was ok.

The pizza is amazing!!! The service was super fast! The pizza was done within 5 minutes both times I've been here. The workers don't seem that friendly but besides that everything was good. read more

We are so very happy Quickfire Pizza is here! We have eaten here several times since they have opened and the food and service have been consistently great! I usually order a pepperoni and olive pizza. The ingredients are fresh and each visit the crust has been just right. Even my hard-to-please Punch Pizza loving man really liked the pizza. In my opinion, it is the best pizza in Stillwater and the price is very reasonable. We will be back soon. read more

The food was pretty mediocre and really had no flavor. We had the brachetta and a pizza and neither of them had any taste even though they looked good. My husband said that the beer was flat, too read more

I made my own meat lovers pizza. Pepperoni, bacon, spicy sausage, peppers, basil. Really good stuff. I've had lots of brick oven pizza and this was among the best. read more

What a wonderful addition to Stillwater's lovely historic main street! It's a great combination of high end restaurant/gourmet food and quick service. This is a new place and each time I have been there (three times total) it seems to be improving and finding it's niche. My husband had the margarita style and he said it was literally the best he's ever had. I cannot have wheat, so I had their gluten-free version of the same pizza and it was outstanding. Quite often people with gluten intolerance have to "settle" for second best. I honestly could not tell the difference, so this was a real treat for me to find. I will most definitely be returning and will highly recommend this to friends and family. read more

The GF and I stopped for lunch at Quickfire last weekend. The service was very fast and friendly. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Quickfire is on par with Punch Pizza in our estimation. read more

Hubby and I stopped here for lunch. We ordered the Mac and Cheese and Ordinary Average Guy Pizzas. Both were good. Hubby and I agreed that the Ordinary Average Guy pizza was the better of the two. It had buffalo sauce mixed with the pizza sauce, which I felt gave the pizza a nice and different taste. The Mac and Cheese pizza was good too. There was a nice mix of the pasta and cheese sauce on the pizza. If we are in the mood for pizza when we are in Stillwater we will definitely stop by again. Also, after reading Lori's review I did pay attention if the people making out pizzas were wearing gloves and they were! read more

They forgot I ordered a salad and when I asked he said they gave it to the wrong table and it took them over 30 minutes to give me my salad. Then it took an hour for my pizza. Whenever we asked what the deal was the kid was nice but the guy making the pizzas was rude. pizza was good but nowhere near quick or worth the wait. read more

Great food. We will surely be back. Sad that we didn't find this place sooner. Great place for lunch, date night or small groups.

This single location independent rivals Punch and any other wood fire pizza restaurant I've visited. The pizza is great. Tonight we tried the beet salad and the bacon wrapped pepper appetizer, which was one of the tastiest bites I've ever experienced. Delicious. And, the food was ready nearly as quickly as a fast food restaurant. Highly recommended. read more

My whole family loves this restaurant! It is right on Stillwater's main street - with a warm, casual atmosphere. We have eaten here at least 5 times. and between us we've probably tried every pizza on the menu. They were all excellent. It is not the pizza my children are used to, so I was leery at first. It is woodfired, with fewer, but extremely flavorful, quality ingredients. It is about $10 per personal pizza. We tried the caesar salad (about what you'd expect), the antipasto (extraordinarily good with fresh mozzerella and flavorful basil) and the tiramisu(best my husband and I have had). The service was very friendly and attentive. Pizza was brought to our table quite quickly - within 10 minutes. My children asked when we could come back! We will definitely return. read more

Been there a few times, and by now, they should have their act together but don't. Pizza is good, but a little pricey. Manager/chef seems like he has a chip on his shoulder. He doesn't acknowledge customers when he should. Too bad, the place had potential. read more

A new pizza concept for downtown Stillwater. Think Subway or Chipotle - - for woodfired pizza. You can start with a cheese pizza and add veggies and meats, or you can order one of the specialty pizzas. My husband ordered the pizza special of the day - sausage and peppers, and I ordered the Thai Chicken pizza. Both were very good, but would have liked a little more heat in the Thai pizza, which I can ask for next time I order it. They even had a macaroni and cheese pizza. They have a couple of tap beers from Lift Bridge. The owner, Ryan, was friendly and interested in our comments about the pizza. We'll definitely go back. read more

Delicious new pizza place in Stillwater! Stopped by in November with two friends during a Sunday shopping trip and we were delighted by the pizza, the service and the owner who stopped by our table to chat with us about his new business. Comparable to Punch, but better! The crust was perfect, the toppings are unique, and the owner (who was building our pizzas) played a fun game with us, trying to guess which pizza we would order based on his initial impression of us. Very nice experience and I will definitely go back. The summer promises outdoor seating as well, so that's something to look forward to! read more

Had the roasted red-pepper pizza it was hot and spicey. Best brick oven pizza i have had in a long time. It might be a new fav place for pizza read more

Love this place, super fresh ingredients! The prices are great, and the staff is friendly. Also, the interior is really clean, and you can see your pizza being made right in front of you. One of our favorites is the Antipasto Salad. It is soooo good, we can't get enough of it! Try the Basil Prosciutto pizza, it is delish!!! Definitely one of the best restaurants in downtown Stillwater, they also have a patio, and they serve WINE and BEER!!! read more

The Thai pizza is probably the best pizza that I've ever had. Great atmosphere, incredible and original food plus attentive staff make for a pretty solid restaurant! Definitely worth a visit! read more

My first time here, and I loved it! The pizza was great, but the poppadew poppers were AMAZING. The staff were friendly and fun, and next time instead of take-out we're going to have to sit down and eat there and sample some of the craft beers they had on tap. read more

Great pizza., but wondering why i am standing inline for 20 min. before i order. Again, great pizza, but poor service.

We have been to Quickfire several times and love it! The staff is friendly and patient (there are several items on the overhead menu to look at), the ingredients are elevated and fresh, they slice the salami and prosciutto right there in front of you-so good!!! My husband always gets the "Average Ordinary Guy" pizza, I like to switch it up, the mushroom pizza is amazing! This place is worth checking out! read more

Lifeless, tasteless - machine processed crusts topped with a smattering of agreeably fresh ingredients. Shove it in the oven, burn it, crust comes out crisp & the toppings sort-of warm. Did a take out last night ... Roasted peppers & Sausage. 4 min. drive home. The box was hotter than the Pizza. (Nice box though.) It's a weird small place, trying hard to be everything by offering a wine bar & proffering designer beers. Lots of clueless employees - including the manager - milling about. No way to know where an 'Order Here' line/spot is. Just stand around the register area & hope to be noticed. What is missing? Pizza. #1 A flavorful dough, #2 slower gentler firing #3 bubbly hot cheeses & toppings #4 customer attention. I was asked to 'spread the word' while leaving with my - Pizza? So, I have now - spread the word. read more

Visited for the first time on a Sunday for a very late lunch. The place was nearly empty. Best pizza we've had since we lived near New Haven. We tried the umami-crazy four mushroom/four cheese pizza with arugula, the bright and sweet roasted red bell pizza with cheese and red sauce, and my daughter's design-your-own pie heavy on charcuterie and onions. They were all excellent. Great thin-crust with just a touch of char and lots of chewy. Fresh ingredients. Service was good. It's a little pricey and a lot delicious. Highly recommended. read more

The pizza is delicious!! I've been there a few times now. If it was just about taste it would be 5 stars but the staff is sometimes friendly and sometimes not so friendly. I'd say more times then not they are in a bad mood. They touch all of the ingredients WITH THEIR BAREHANDS!!!! And the bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Definitely needs a bit of change in attitude and cleanliness. But the pizza is like I said, delicious! read more
