To top it all off when I picked up my my car it was completely detailed, inside & out. It looked better than it has in years! After the punishing hail storm in late May my car was severely damaged, it was pummeled with baseball size dents! I searched online for a quality repair shop & found Hail Professionals - they didn't disappoint. They've been in business for 23 years & are very customer service focused with first-rate workmanship. Someone ALWAYS answered the phone when I called. I dealt with Vlad, VP & Master PDR Technician who was great - very friendly & knowledgeable. He kept me informed of progress every step of the way. Their website outlines steps on what to do after a hail storm. I didn't read that initially & did everything somewhat backwards. But Vlad said that was not a problem, they would take care of everything & they did! This was a great experience in a not so great situation!

I decided to go with Art for three reasons: 1) great customer service, 2) availability, and 3) competitive pricing. 1) Great customer service: When I called Art he picked up immediately, was kind and responsive to my needs. These are the details in a business relationship that make all the difference! 2) Availability: Art was willing to show up the next day to service my vehicle. Unfortunately, I couldn't take him up on his offer because of my work schedule so I had to wait two days instead of one to have him service my vehicle. 3) Competitive pricing: What Art charged me to repair the rock chip in my window was well below the prices other shops quoted me. It also helps that he guaranteed his work and if the repair fails and my windshield cracks, he would apply the amount I paid for the rock chip repair towards a new windshield.
