Short Summary: Don't go…read more I brought a custom built, hand-signed, numbered-edition car here to repair some hood/bumper damage. This was a "few week job". These people tried to return the car to me, twice, with damage still so visible that I could see dents and mis-aligned body panels from the lobby without even going outside to look closely at my car. "A few weeks" turned into almost 5 months of me constantly having to ask for updates. The end result (3rd trip) is poor. The paintwork is not good. I can still see orange peel / flaws and fisheyes in the paint from where they did a mediocre job, and the bumper is poorly aligned. When taking the car out in sunlight you can see a "blend line" (black car) in the middle of the hood, where they didn't even paint or correctly blend the whole hood. At best, 2 weeks were spent waiting for parts (a bumper cover). They took a pristine collectable car, stored it in a filthy part of the shop so long that it had to be detailed, and in doing so, while "cleaning" it, they scrubbed one of the signatures of the builders (known names) off one of the engine covers . (response when challenged: "well, at least one of them is still there") After almost 5 months of having the car, they didn't find anyone in the industry to remake/replicate the emblems on the side of the car. I have an "IOU" from them that I am not counting on. Upon returning the car with fisheyes & orange peel in the paint, dimples in the bumper and a visible raw edge of a bumper cover, the owner stated "even new cars have that. I'm done f'ing with this car, it's just a Pontiac. Call state farm, I don't care". Needless to say, I indeed called state farm to let them know the car could not be finished by this body shop, and I was having the car finished someplace else. This job was so poorly done that state farm came out, reviewed the car and agreed to pay to have the car re-repaired someplace else. Don't walk away, run.

They dropped a bolt into the engine cylinder which scarred the inside of the engine. They brought it to a shop in Denver to have the engine machined .The engine was eventually needing to be replaced because of a deep gash in the cylinder. The shop sold us a used engine from Japan and installed the used engine. The engine had numerous oil leaks, so we brought it to a different repair shop, they forgot to install a simple bolt. The negligence and incompetence of this mechanic is beyond what I've experienced anywhere I would never recommend anyone take their vehicle to Alltek. We spent over $2000 and the vehicle is not the same. We probably will end up selling it. Thanks a lot Alltek I will give you zero stars if possible. Just now we had to have a new oil pan put in because they used silicone to fix a broken bolt instead of fixing it PROPERLY! this never seems to end $500 more today!

The driver side window was cracked as well and he mentioned the car was ready except for the window because it was on back order and he did not have an ETA. He stated I could pick up the car and take it back to the shop once the window arrived BUT I had to pay the deductible, even though the job was not completed. My mistake was to agree to that. I am a young woman with a 2023 lexus rx 500h. It was the first time meeting him and right away he asked me what kind of job did I have and made other unprofessional comments. After I paid, I called my insurance before I drove out of their parking lot and they told me there was never an order made for the driver side window. I went back inside and asked him what was going on. After going back and forth with him and my insurance I found out he LIED. There is a lot more to the story but I'm making it short. In conclusion, he said I paid the deductible and they released the car to me, like I had no more business with them. The window was never replaced through them. (The windshield was and there are scratches on the glass. My insurance mentioned I would have to open a new claim through their insurance which was too much of a hassle and I decided to deal with it).
