So suffices to say I wasn't too excited about them. A friend recommended ARCH. I'm very thankful they did. After my windshield was replaced I noticed the rubber around the windshield was showing gaps. I called the owner and he stated that it would settle in after a few days and that the rubber trim was cosmetic. So I took him at his word and took off on my road trip to warmer climates. On the drive at the lower corner of the windshield noisy wind was getting in. So obviously the winshield wasn't installed correctly. The rubber strip has never settled in so I have these big bubbles in the trim. I have contacted the owner twice but I have only recieved robo replies with messages that demonstrate that my messages weren't read. I will have to get a new winshield installed out of my pocket unless I can find someone willing to fix what is wrong now. Shoddy work and poor customer service. I tried to reach out before this review to no avail. read more

Art is the shit. I used to live here and we came to visit... Much to my dismay, apparently someone who doesn't like me found out I was in town. Our car was vandalized with lots of food and our back window was smashed with a large ham hock type bone. I didn't fret because I knew yelp would save my ass. I hopped right on the app and searched auto glass nearby... ARCH was the closest to me, and I picked it because I figured I'd drive the car there. I called and talked to art and he gave me a super reasonable quote (265 installed MOBILE). I figured it'd be well over $500 since it had the defroster strips built in and whatnot. He called and kept us updated while his previous job was taking a little longer, which was greatly appreciated and not a problem. I felt it was extremely professional as most people just pretty much show up when they want. The glass supplier had given him the wrong glass, so he had to run and grab another, but he was lightning fast about that also. He came to us, vacuumed the whole car, got the window installed in a timely fashion, and is a super nice guy that's easy to talk to and deal with, whereas the other place I called for a quote priced the glass higher, wouldn't do it mobile, AND claimed that if I didn't book an appointment by calling back within 10 minutes that they wouldn't do it for me. That's a whack business tactic.... So in summation, we got our window fixed SAME DAY at a great price, and by a man who truly knows his craft and is very professional. I called several shops in Denver to get quotes for windshield replacement for a 2012 Outback. Two bids were on the high side, and two were comparable on the lower side. I ended up going with Art because 1) he didn't charge any additional fees for a mobile visit, 2) he quoted me immediately with an all-in price including taxes, 3) he was able to complete the service the next day. Art was very prompt, courteous, and professional. Even when our morning appointment was rained out he was able to re-schedule for later in the day when it was dry. I called Art this morning and he was able to make it to Boulder from Westminster to repair the windshield on my Subaru Outback. I was in no rush I could have waited a couple weeks, but he was happy to come out this afternoon. A very professional gentleman with his co-worker Matthew. I called on Thursday and he said he would be out on Friday between 12-1 and that he would call before arriving. Not only did they call BUT they were an hour early. Had a driver side window cracked, bought some glass and had these guys came out to fix it. When the guy came out, he took the panel off and said the glass I had was wrong. After this I started looking up the Ford technical manual. My glass looked to me like it matched what was in the TM. Told the guy what I had found and he said it was still different. So then I told him I would get a second look at it and he left. To me my glass looked identical, but he said mine was tempered and said the one in the car was laminate. Art, then called me to further explain this so I asked him if he could get the proper glass and bring it and if it was different to install it but if it was the same install mine. He declined. Good customer service for the most part but now I have to find someone else to replace or install my window. read more

Art responded to my quote request within 20 minutes and provided me with an estimate that was half (yes, half!) as expensive as Safelite. I was a bit hesitant because of the low price, but decided to schedule my windshield replacement with Arch because of all of the positive reviews. The replacement was quick (less than 45 minutes) and the technician, Rene, was very friendly despite the chilly temperature outside. I felt that I was in great hands right away. It's been over two weeks with my new windshield and I have not had any issues at all. Had to wait 2 weeks for another company to replace my windshield and when the day finally came, I was told I had to wait another week because they "were out of stock" in the windshield for my car.
