Within 24 hours of my initial quote request, they had me scheduled, and had their handyman, Carlos Hernandez, out to complete the job. Carlos was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. When he arrived, he briefly scoped the job, measured, and explained what he needed to do/roughly how long it would take him. From there, he went out to get the necessary parts and returned within the hour to complete the job. He cut the trim to length in my driveway, installed the trim, and caulked within 45 minutes. Frankly, the new trim Carlos installed looks even better than the original! I would highly recommend Carlos and the Response Crew team to anyone in need of general handyman services. While I only used them for this small job, they will definitely be hearing from me again for other work to be done!

Don't waste your time with another company that will over charge you and use junk parts. Is their cheaper handyman services out there? Maybe but not for this quality of work. I never needed to worry that I would owe more money at the end of a job. Mike went over every item and labor charge before starting work. When he is done he cleaned up his work area and showed us what to look out for and how to use any items. Water softener, thermostat, garbage disposal and a leaking water pipe in the wall.
