We had two jobs for Jeff to do. They were two installations. One was to install the myQ smart…read moregarage door system. The other job was to install our new "nest" thermostat. Installations were done but with a little change. I texted him the day before and he came out to the house the next day and on time! The myQ installation was fast and clean. The only problem we had was to pair the myQ device with the Genie garage door opener. The instructions that came with the myQ box didn't work. Jeff figured out the problem and we were able to get the two devices to work together. The new myQ device and the garage door work perfectly. The "nest" install didn't happen. We installed the ecobee4 smart thermostat instead. The installation was smooth and fast. Jeff took the time to make sure everything worked correctly. We also asked him to look at our air conditioning problems. He checked everything out and gave us options on what needed to be done to fix it. He didn't even charge us to look this over. We made an appointment to work our Air Conditioning problems next month. One last thing, Jeff gives you his prices up front. No worries on what you are paying for the work being done. Jeff is professional and highly skilled. I would recommend him for all your "handyman" work that you need.

Well we got what we wanted but the price went up and then we started to notice the imperfections here and there. Then one night we heard a crash and glass shattering. Turns out the the new shelves that where being held in with pins came loose from the wall and all my family picture frames broke, and I lost a blue glass candy dish that we inherited from my husbands grandmother. I was angry, and heartbroken!! At that moment we where done. So I reached out to Jeremy again, and told him the situation. Jeremy came to our home and gave us another bid. However this time it was to repair the multiple issues we had with the media wall, as well as some other home improvements like, a new side garage door installed, master bathroom door reversed entry, drywall repair, moulding repair, paint, and building NEW THICKER SHELVES !!! To say we absolutely love our media wall is an understatement !! We can not thank Jeremy enough!! and we plan to see him again for phase 2 of renovations.
