Superb Company! I would refer everyone to Quick Nick. I've had James come out twice. The first time to clean all of my carpets. He used a cleaner that is natural without a scent because he knew I was very sensitive to odors and they can also use their other cleaner. They use steam that penetrates deep down instead of other companies that just shampoo the top. Then I just had approximately 15 bottles of tomato sauce and salsa fall from a shelf and burst open all over the whole room and on my brand new carpeting. I tried everything and of course couldn't remove that very large stain. I asked for James again because he's a very personal kind man. He is SO compassionate and hard working. He felt bad for me and worked so very hard for a very long time spraying and rubbing this stain over and over again. Time was no object. I know no one else would ever put that time and effort into it like he did. HE REMOVED THE ENTIRE STAIN. I could never thank him enough for doing what I thought would be impossible. We have a 8x10 long shag area rug that is under our bed. Our dogs have slept on it for the past 4 years and though they get regular baths it was smelling, well like dog. My carpet is old and being that I'm a renter, installing new carpet wasn't on my list of things to do. He worked his magic and poof..... all stains were none existant. Like new I love it. He is very detailed in explaining things, from why he is doing it to what happens if he does it and what will be after it's done. Great job wonderful service. Had my carpet, padding, insulation and sheet rock torn out and cleaned up in no time after a pipe burst due to the cold weather. Nick was great and responded very quickly. This review is overdue as it was just after the hurricane I needed to get in a place quickly I had lost my apt. The house I was moving into hadn't been lived in for about 12 years and I needed the downstairs done so I could at least begin to put stuff in and try and get back to a normalcy of some kind. He did the bottom floor which was several sq feet of tile and carpet. He did an amazing job and completed the work within one day! I'd recommend him to anyone. He was both courteous and professional. He did up sale us to an extra treatment for urine stains which we needed thanks to our pet. The finished product was great. Wow!! These guys are seriously amazing! After calling around, I was hesitant to use Quick Nick because their prices were slightly higher than others. I quickly realized that a lot of the ones that were less didn't actually "steam" clean. Someone from Quick Nick came out and cleaned up a carpet area that my dog decided to pee on and I hadn't realized it until days later! Carpet cleaning was great. A couple months later I started smelling pee again and wasn't sure if the dog had done it again or if the smell was coming up through the pad. Quick Nick sent someone out to check it out, but his black light battery had died and he wasn't able to tell if it was new issue or the old one. He ended up cleaning the area again at NO cost!
