SR September 3, 2026…read more I have more than 20+ years of dealing with Tire Mart in Frederick and I have never been disappointed. The entire team is dedicated to safety and treats your vehicle with that in mind. I have confidence in the mechanics as they are knowledgeable and capable. The office staff takes the time to listen, access your needs, and walk you through what is available (cost and time). There is never any pressure and my experiences have always been positive. I recommend Tire Mart with high praise.

Now that we've got that out of the way, Superior took amazing care of my car, from start to finish. I was even picked up (I live nearby) when the work was completed; now that's service! The price was reasonable and the quality of the work was superb. It's been over a month since the repairs were performed (I had a fuel line leak) and my car has been running smoothly ever since. They offer a discount club which is a nice tough. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience at Superior.

There are few shops that I trust to do the work for me (those which I know mechanics at, or owners are family friends). We moved to Lovettsville, VA 6 years ago , and away from my 'auto support network'. I found myself needing to find a local repair shop and after some research and recommendations, I decided to try Niningers. I've never been happier. The owners take great care to ensure the work is performed to a high level of quality, and that the work doesn't go beyond what's needed. They are very accurate in assessing problems and giving options to resolve any issues they find. Great communication, and are very easy to work with - and their prices are extremely fair. I don't find the previous responder's comments accurate. Granted, everyone has off days but in my 6 years of using Niningers for various repairs, I've never had an issue. Niningers has always exceeded my expectation and is my go-to shop for any repair.

Nininger's isn't what it used to be. Thanksgiving night our 2 year old car broke down and we had it…read moretowed to the dealer thinking it was a warranty issue. However, the mechanic there found that the oil pan drain plug was missing and the oil was completely drained out (when we stopped the car, oil came running out). We have only had the oil changed twice, both times at Nininger's. Apparently, this is what happens when the mechanic only tightens the plug by hand. We called Nininger's and asked to speak to the owner. Carter said the owner was unavailable for weeks while "working on something else". Carter also said, in two separate phone calls, that it was likely that it was sabotage and someone crawled under our car to loosen the plug. It has been almost 6 weeks and we have not heard from the owner which is unacceptable in a situation like this. We have been customers at Nininger's for 19 years and have brought all of our family's vehicles there for maintenance and repairs. We are extremely disappointed and saddened that they are not standing behind their work. We are lucky that the car is running at all. We don't know what potential long term damage this has caused and as you might imagine, this causes problems for our engine warranty.

I drive back and forth from Frederick to DC (100 miles roundtrip 5 - 6 times a week - I am pretty sure this part of the review is a rant lol), so as you can imagine I am visiting Jiffy Lube quite often when I can't see my regular mechanic. Doug and his team are incredible - they are down to earth and very transparent with what service you need and most importantly what services you DON'T. They aren't pushy, and most of all completely respectful. I have every intention of continuing to visit this location even after I move to DC. Love you guys!
