Let me start by saying if you see the bad reviews they're all over a year old. About 6-8 months…read moreago, this place has new ownership and management. I discovered it because I've been following FordBossMe on YouTube for a couple of years. The channel was, and is, hosted by a man named Rich. It originated at a Ford dealership where he was a Master Technician. It was obvious he was knowledgeable and CARED about the work he performed on customer's vehicles. Since I started watching the channel he got an opportunity to partner up with the new owner of this place. The Ford dealership he worked at was too far for me. Brighton is much closer so I gave it a try for some maintenance I needed. I cannot say enough about the experience!! Rich and his team did a great job. He knew I was waiting so he expedited my request. Already long story-short. The price was fair and the work was perfect. A++++ Thank you Rich and Brighton

I had no idea this shop existed, and it was so close to where I live! The entire process was painless (minus my deductible)- I brought my car in for an estimate the day I was in the accident. A few days later I dropped it back off at the shop before leaving on a work trip. The car was finished within a couple days and they were kind enough to hang onto it for the weekend while I was gone. Danielle and LaVerne (I apologize if I misspelled your name!) were very supportive and helpful with the entire process. Super professional service, I am pleased with the results. The guarantee through the Allstate Good Hands Collision Network is that if the paint or collision repair ever needs to be reworked- they will do it no questions asked. That's the kind of service people want when they are dealing with the process of getting their car fixed, especially when they are feeling stupid about how it was damaged in the first place. I highly recommend you consider this shop for your needs. You won't be disappointed.

This place is a scam. I have 3 stories as proof…read more 1. Took my car in for coolant leak. They checked it and said radiator leak. Price was stupid so I went elsewhere. I didn't realize when they checked the antifreeze reservoir they took off the hose needed to suck up antifreeze and didn't put it back. I felt they were intentionally trying to break my car down. 2. Took my car to replace brake pad and rotors. I took my own parts. When I got my parts back I noticed they didn't put the sensors which is standard. They acted dumb about it and fixed it. 3. Took my car for an oil change. They noticed the screw in the oil pan wasn't original. I told them don't worry I've had oil changes for 5 years and never had any problems. After the oil change my car is leaking more oil than usual. 4. My car had warranty for the repairs. However they charge differently when warranty is used. They said it would be cheaper for me to pay out of pocket instead of using the warranty. The other shop I went to charged me the same price with or without warranty. Shady af. My fault for going back just bc it's conveniently located down the block. But after all this bullshit I will never go back. Short dude at the front desk is rude af as well. Go elsewhere, this place is shady af.
