They call me and said I brought the wrong parts, pay us $50 and come pick up the car. Randy says I'll leave the key underneath the steering wheel column (I have two sets of keys and a steering wheel lock) I drive down to pick my car up 08/09 8pm the doors were locked and I left my second set of keys home. I drove back home same 1hr drive. I come back the next morning on Sunday and unlock the car with my set of keys I brought from home. I search when I get in the car for the keys and they're no where to be found. I reach out to them in regard to this and I'm told "well Randy said he put them in there, this has never happened before." I understand Randy said he put the keys in there but they're not in my vehicle. I tried starting my vehicle without my second set of keys being in side and my car says "key fob not detected". I've searched under carpet, in the gas cap, trunk etc everywhere the key could be. Keep in mind this is my NEW CAR I purchased the week prior & I just wanted to upgrade the brakes system to Brembos. My car key has my steering wheel lock on it (people like to steal the car I own). My keys appear lost at this point I asked what are you guys going to do about it and the lady asked me "what would you do?" "Randy said he put it in there and he's sure he did". I told her I would do right by my customer. She said that would be up to Randy and I ask to speak to him and she said he was busy. That was on 8/19 yes they've been "looking for my key" for over 2 weeks 08/23 and still no resolution or follow-up. I asked her so what do you guys want me to do just deal with it huh? Very poor customer service and lost my car key and refusing to replace.

I took my car there in April because my check engine…read morelight was on and the technician told me that it was because I need a sensor and .. my alcohol level in the gasoline !!! in about July my check engine light came back on... so I take it back to see what the problem was The technician told me that it was the same problem with the alcohol content level to high so I immediately told him that's what I have brought it there for before so he said I should take it back to the dealer because .. so he did not try to reset it or anything...(I think he realize he could not charge me again for the same thing) my light to tell you when your tire is flat was also on ....but I recently purchased some sensors for the tire so he told me that he would put the sensors in and just charge me for that!!! And he called me back and said that the sensors that I had were no good and... I could have him buy some sensors and replace it for me .. I asked him how much would it be For this he said I need two sensors and they are $74 apiece... and $30 to put them in But when I asked him for a total price he told me about $374 he changed the price and said they are $154 apiece I told him that was too high so I came and pick the car up and pay for one sensor they input into a tire which was $33.95 TI took my car somewhere else and the guy actually test the sensor (the same sensors I had from the beginning)before he put it in the car and there was nothing wrong with it...!!!!!!

We (Juan, the owner and myself) had a perfect understanding until Juan pretended to have fixed the issues on my vehicle. We went to Juan and this man told me out his own mouth he got water in my engine and that's why the engine light was on. Juan told me he had a tragic incident in his family and he would work on it when he got back. But because I felt a way about him saying he got water in the engine I decided to call the other owner only to find out he would be out also for the same amount of days as his employee, going out of the country and for the same exact reason as Juan. We went to the shop unexpectedly during the time Juan was supposed to be gone and he was THERE. When we mentioned the issues he acted as if he was intimidating us. As a black woman he referred to me and my mother as "man", he mentioned to us he was Mexican and he told us to get out and do whatever we were going to do.

First day we drove, break was ok. Then it started to squeak especially during rainy days. I went back there. Told me nothing is wrong with my breaks. Told me that next time I'll have my breaks change, they should provide the parts. What a SCAMMERS!!! I brought the car to another mechanic and bought another ceramics pads. For months now my car breaks have no issues. The mechanic told me that the pads that auto mex installed were all metallic that's why it squeaks. We have been scammed by AUTO MEX. I had been taking my car to the dealer or Firestone because I want reputable service. When I had an emergency and couldn't be seen right away, I researched and found Al. They are trustworthy, the prices are fair, and certainly less than what I had been paying at the dealer and Firestone. But most of all, they have great quality service and are honest. Al and his son are very personable and professional and I trust them with my car. I highly recommend them and have referred my aunt to them as well. I am a satisfied and loyal customer!
