And rightfully so - this is a very well executed idea for a gothic coffee shop. I was trurly amazed. The line stretched across the whole shop, which spoke to its popularity. I think they were understaffed the day we visited. It was only 3 employees and once of them was a cashier which also made drinks/ food. Stood in line for about 20mins until it was our turn to order. We did not mind the wait actually. It was very bearable with the music in the background and so many things for sale to look at. Once it was our turn my partner ordered a Cemetery Dusk Latte (Tiramisu latte, chocolate ribbons, mascarpone top and chocolate power), and a pineapple danish and coconut flakes. I ordered the Deadly Nightshade (Expresso, Blackberry Vanilla Syrup, Blackberry cold foam and sage), and the Little Lad Croissant which was served with cream and berries (and had cute little flowers for decorations). The shop was packed, but yet we somehow got two seats. There are tables, green couch and red velvet armchairs with a high backs. We sat on the armchairs. Everything was so delicious. I actually gave up drinking coffee, substituting it with matcha, but I decided to make an exception for today. And boy I am glad I did! I never had more delicious coffee. And if I said I did in my previous reviews, please consider that voided haha. Overall great experience! I would definitely come back there instead of going to Starbucks when I'm in the neighborhood.

I may be biased, but I absolutely loved the darker theme, decorations and variety of seating. There were plenty of cozy couches, lush chairs, and standard tables. To drink I had the Memento Mori from their speciality menu, though they also had a creative autumn specials menu with a cider latte that caught my eye and what I would want to try next time. Memento mori was noted as a maple black sesame latte with charcoal infused cold foam. The espresso in the latte was smooth and not too sweet, however I didn't get much maple or black sesame flavor, and the cold foam was actually a bit flavorless. I would love to see the key flavors accentuated even more because I was really excited for this coffee creation. Located in a great section of downtown Westwood with plenty of street parking. Definitely a must get when I'm in the area!

Definitely on my breakfast and lunch short list, as I would like to try the chicken salad on my next visit. I forgot to try the scones, which they are apparently famous for. It was a decent sandwich, came with greens and potato salad. All the dishes were served in containers with lids. The service was friendly. Despite being almost full, they managed to attend our table frequently. The dishes took some time to come back since it was super busy. Overall it's a nice local brunch spot, very popular among the locals.

Look out for their special coffee blends, I tried a maple bacon one but really wasn't to crazy about it. Kind of a weird taste. There is a Brazilian blend which they have all the time which is good and is pretty much my stand by coffee. There is a whole host of local regulars and if you go there often you will get to know them. A lot of older folks go there and engage in stimulating conversation. I love meeting new people so I don't mind them. The girl who works at the counter whose name is Krissy is such a wonderful and kind person! She is very helpful and awesome! I think the place kind looks like a diner with dog stuff everywhere. Coffee shops usually are earth tone but I guess to each their own. I personally think the place needs a paint job but it's only a superficial issue. Coffee is still good so it doesn't matter. Oh and WiFi is available for your phone and laptop. The Dell Coffee Co is located on Oradell's bustling Kinderkamack Road. I've driven by it so many times and finally decided to check it out. There's free street parking and a lot in the back. The atmosphere is charming, cozy, and calming. The owner did a great job with the interior design! Lots of plants, earthy tones, wooden furniture, large windows with natural lighting, pillows, and comfortable sofas. They have wifi and outlets, making it an ideal place to work, study, or read in. Seating is a bit limited - there's a communal table that fits six people, three stools at a counter, and three small sofa chairs. I visited on weekday afternoons and didn't have a problem finding a seat. The drink menu has your classic espresso beverages, tea, and cold brew. They have a food menu with sandwiches, wraps, avocado toast, and acai bowls. They also have fresh pastries to choose from like croissant cubes, scones, banana bread, and muffins. The baristas are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They have a lot of regulars here and you can tell that this is the type of coffee shop that will remember your name and order. I've tried... *Hot Salted Caramel Latte ~$6 - A creamy and comforting drink! The milk to espresso ratio was just right. The espresso was strong and went well with the richness of the caramel. It wasn't too sweet at all - flavors were well balanced and I could taste the hints of sea salt. *Churro Croissant Cube $8.50 - Highly recommend! It's a croissant in the shape of a cube. It's flaky, crispy, and coated with cinnamon and sugar on the outside. The bread was soft, airy, and buttery on the inside. I loved the contrasting textures! *Sugar Cookie Latte ~$7 (vanilla and almond infused espresso with whipped cream and holiday sprinkles on top) - This was more on the sweeter/sugary/milky side, which was fine with me. The cookie flavor was subtle. I would have liked the espresso to be stronger. *Cold Brew $4.50 - Not a fan. The brew was too bitter and tasted watered down. I added milk and sugar, but that didn't help. *Egg Salad Sandwich $10 (tomato, lettuce, egg salad on sourdough bread) - The bread had a crunchy crust with a chewy interior. It had a tangy flavor to it, which I enjoyed. The egg salad was too salty. Overall, the sandwich was decent, but not great. It's small for the price; I don't think I'd pay $10 for it again. I decided to explore a couple of the popular menu items. Frozen Lemonade: This thick, slushy signature beverage was quite refreshing. It was blended with crushed ice. This was an excellent drink and was satisfied, until I realized something; I ordered a frozen mint lemonade, not a frozen lemonade. Although my server unintentionally confused the drinks, it was still decent. I got caught up in this tasty beverage I by the time I realized it was the incorrect beverage I had already finished it! Farmhouse Panko Chicken Club: Named after the cafe, this crispy chicken sandwich was topped with avocado, bacon, and cheddar. The toppings blended perfectly, especially when served on ciabatta bread. This sandwich was really tasty, but it was very pricey for its size. French fries or a house salad is included with the sandwich. On a positive note, I was allowed to substitute kale for the romaine. The balsamic dressing mixed perfectly with the salad. I was told that cucumber and tomatoes would be included with the sandwich. However, the salad only included tomatoes. The food was overall decent, but there were inconsistencies in the lunch order. This kind of surprised me because the location was not crowded. Since multiple mistakes were made, I cannot promise there will be a future visit. #farmhousecafe #farmhousecafeandeatery #farmhousepankochickenclub

They have both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great option year-round. The menu is extensive, so there's something for just about everyone. As someone who has to eat gluten-free, I do wish they offered a few more GF options. That said, I really appreciate that they have gluten-free bread and wraps. My go-to order is the grilled chicken pesto wrap on a gluten-free wrap, and during the colder months, I love pairing a meal with one of their soups. I just wish there were more gluten-free side options besides a salad. They also have a nice selection of non-caffeinated iced teas, which is always a bonus when you're looking for something different to drink. Service can be on the slower side, especially during busy lunch or dinner hours, so it's best not to come if you're in a rush. The restaurant has a few TVs that are usually showing sports, giving it a relaxed neighborhood feel, and the bathrooms have consistently been clean whenever I've visited. If you pay with cash, you'll avoid the credit card service fee. One thing to know before you go: parking in downtown Westwood can be a bit of a headache. Pay attention to the parking signs and meters. Although, I would love to see the farmhouse expand their gluten-free menu, it is a reliable local spot with good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and enough variety to keep us coming back.
