Just awful. The people that work there are rude and the negligence of how they prepare food is horrible. Wake up guys.

The owner(s) needs to realize that service is the key to a successful business, as well as, a quality product. This establishment has neither. Go elsewhere...trust me.

Food's good but today was last time I step foot here, unfortunately. As a woman I don't tolerate…read moreany disrespect from anyone, esp an older man who should know better. Ordered online on a Saturday at noon. Get there to pick up and there's a line of about 5 people, no problem. There were 2 workers: a very nice young guy about in his 20s and a totally stressed out older man, balding/white hair, about 60. He kept stressing out while making sandwiches and muttering how "swamped" they were. 5 people isn't swamped but ok. Finally got to the counter and said I was picking up and I said my name. He snaps and goes "Yah ok well what did u order???" Annoyed immediately, I said the 3 sandwiches. He realized the online ordering slip behind him and said they didn't get to it"because we've been so swamped!" He was like angry. I said ok fine i'll wait. I was very pleasant by the way. As I'm waiting, in front of the other customers he YELLS AT ME that "YA KNOW, WE DON'T DO ONLINE ORDERS WHEN WE'RE SWAMPED!!!" Now I realize this guys a real maniac. The young guy was nice and was trying to deescalate. I yelled back that" how am I supposed to know youre swamped when i ordered FROM HOME?!" Like seriously, TURN OFF the ordering systems, or simply don't offer that service if you can't emotionally handle shit. He was trying to act nice after that but I was over his shit. Fire this guy before he destroys your business. You lost me thats for sure.

A young buster, 5 years on from the age of five, looking like and acting like colonel custer. I was back room manager by then. Exchanging days of sunlight for hand might. I only knew the clouds. Clouds of dirty dust. Clouds of smoke from neighboring industrial corporations. As well of clouds smoke from the hand rolled cigs I was famed for downtown. I knew wool so well that I could've taught it in school. But school I did not attend. I wove like a weaver and knitted like a knotter. But I let the younger workers do so. Delegation without legislation. The only reason I left the gig was from the fondness my heart grew for a more than ordinate subordinate. A Romeo and Juliet situation. I was 10 she was 6. But a mature 6. Or so I told myself. I barked at her esteemed colleagues to impress you but all it did was leave an impression. An impression of me being a haunting splinter of a man. A manchild, they called me... in none of the good ways. But they didn't know what I knew. What I saw. What id been through. That was my fourth crew since I had begun. The death tolls from the snapping of brittle belt bands took down double digit of my previous staffs. And they were next. I couldn't be around for her inevitable death. And I was making a nickel a day to keep my potty mouth filled with soap, and to learn to cope. And therefore I knew I had to disappear. I skipped on my blistered toes onto the nearest rail train. I stayed aboard through multiple train robberies and survived until the line ended. There, I begun to build the remainder of it. But that's a story for another day. Memories. Journeys. Days gone... like the dinosaurs. Sad. - Anyways. Casa Del Sole is a nice wee shop in Berg. Very popular, always seemingly full. Lotta locals. Rarely without regulars. A lot of prepared foods and cheeses and good stuff like that. The mozz is fresh. But the sandwiches are on ok bread and everything else is just ok. It's like a better Jerz Mike's. I've never been blown away. What can I sayyyyy it all starts to make sense. Taking awayyyy everythingggg but I can't deal with that! My life with you means everything. Blowing awayyyy blowing awayyyy. But not blowing me away. And therefore, in my primitive process, disappointing me in some capacity. Fair? Maybe not. But should I have been working in a mill as a manager at age 10? Maybe not either. Solid spot but just way better options around now. Only kicker here is the AMAZING price per capita. Terrific square footage. Price per acre of a Midwest farm, with some of the charm. Give my regards to broadway, I'd have this again if it were catered but I'm taking my busty business elsewhere if it's on LB's dime.

The service is great, with even the owner working the counter and making sandwiches. Good selection of deli sandwiches, various salads/antipasto, etc. The frozen section has a nice variety of pastas and entrees. On this visit we grabbed some things for a picnic: Casa Del Sole hoagie-loaded and delicious, beef and cheddar wrap with horseradish, the fresh mozzarella hoagie, and the roasted artichoke salad. Everything was delicious! We sampled a small portion of the spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce/gravy was amazing and something I'd go back to purchase. All the sandwiches are made fresh so it will take a few minutes, but worth the wait. We will definitely return!

Jersey Mike's Subs

3.5: Solid sandwiches with customers cycling in and out…read more Located in a plaza with Marshall's, Stop and Shop and a nail place, this Jersey Mike's is not a bad spot for sandwiches. Like other franchises, they have hot and cold sandwiches, most offered in 3 sizes (mini, regular and giant). You can choose your bread and a few toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo. The regular tuna and chicken Philly were pretty good (roll wasn't stale) but also pretty salty. A couple of times when I've ordered two sandwiches at jersey Mike's, the cold sandwich was made right away and then my hot sandwich was forgotten without prodding. That's what happened today which was disappointing. However, the person who rang me up was very professional and nice; if only there were three of him! Sign up for the rewards program to earn free sandwiches. The actual location had quite a bit of open space, with a few more tables than I've seen at other ones.

I thought it was a one time thing but I will never be back after today when we waited for over an hour from our order time for 3 basic sandwiches. They're always a person down and/or have a new person. 2 (guys) of the 4 people behind the counter are actually working - who I feel bad for. The other 2 (ladies) just stood there moving meat from one sandwich to the next half the time it looked like they were never actually making a sandwich just moving meat randomly around. Constantly having to take things off and start over. Then, for the second time in a row, I watched an employee quit and walk out. Not that she was working anyway. If management is reading this you really need to up your game with hiring. If I were the 2 guys that work here that actually work I would quit because they're doing it all. And even 4 people actually working was not enough at the 1-2pm lunch hour. I can't imagine the store was any busier than a store in a city but you would think it was the first time this store had more than 20 people order a sandwich. Walk in was faster than ordering as we watched people walk in throughout the time we waited and have sandwich made. I won't be back and I'm sure anyone in that store today won't be either.
