The lady who took us back was so rough with our daughter trying to get her vitals. She couldn't get a good reading for her oxygen or blood pressure and even struggled with getting her temperature. She eventually gave up and said the Doctor didn't really need it. After about 10 mins, the Doctor came in. He was so rough with my daughter. He was grabbing her face so hard. He looked at her so quickly I don't think he could even make a proper diagnosis. He just went based off of what we said as her parents. Definitely wouldn't recommend for patients with babies. The pictures are 2 days after her appt. Bruise is still dark and is the shape of a fingertip.

Obviously, urgent care does not replace having a primary care physician. However, if you have no health insurance, very often you do not have a primary care physician either. That is the reality for millions of people who are unemployed, between jobs, self-employed, or simply not earning enough to absorb the monthly cost of a health plan. In the age of AI and economic disruption, more people are slipping through the cracks of healthcare than many care to admit. You often will get a follow up call either the next day or the day after to see if you are doing better. I will very often come here if I have a health issue that needs immediate attention instead of waiting for an appointment with my primary care physician that would often take some time to get.
