I was calling to get a quote, but because I was asking for a total amount he got so mad and said forget it and hung up on me. All because i wanted to know the total amount. I was in La Conner for a wedding & called in advance for a cab to pick me up at 3:45. David the driver showed up 40 min early. I asked him to come back & he called to say he would be there at 4. At 4:05 when I called for an eta, he said 4:15 & I said this was problematic because I was supposed to play for the ceremony. He then very rudely said to find another ride to the wedding & hung up on me. This driver is legit psychotic & unprofessional. I called to inquire about a ride for my father to his Dr's appointment. I wanted to book him for the following morning. 'David' advised that he doesn't book but to call the next morning at 9 ( his appointment was at 945am) arrange the pickup. I asked about the cost and was told $3.50 a mile. The Dr's office was 2.5 miles away so definitely affordable. I called this morning at 9, reminded David who I was and what my dad needed. He was already on a run and said, 'I told you to call'. Me: yes, at 9. It's 9'. He said that he would pick him up and give him a card with his number for the return trip. Just got to my dad's and he advised me that David charged him $40 dollars round trip. I. Was. Livid! I called David and asked about the fee. I had quoted my father the $3.50 per mile so that's what he expected to pay. David said that he told ME about the minimum $20 fee each way when we talked. NO, he did NOT. He said that any hospital, Dr's office, elderly care place trip has a $20 minimum each way. He said that my father got quite upset with him and my Dad confirmed that. When you prey on/cheat the elderly, they tend to get upset. We do NOT recommend this man or his taxi business. His loss,actually, as my dad would of used him regularly. read more

I called this company and the gentleman that I spoke with told me a price I said I need to find out if the price was okay and would call back. When I called back and said his price was okay he told me that because he thought I used or tried to use another company he said he wouldn't not take me. I think this is unacceptable. We used this cab service over the weekend for a wedding we were attending near Mt. Vernon. While the afternoon drivers and dispatcher were very helpful, the evening dispatcher was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We asked if we could schedule a cab ride home in the evening when we knew the wedding would be over and the company told us they could not do that and to simply call when we were ready to be picked up. I called as soon as the wedding was over and the dispatcher hung up on me saying he refused to come get us. After calling back and being ignored, I finally got through to the dispatcher who claimed our party had called hours earlier and when they came to the venue to pick people up, no one was there. I apologized for their inconvenience and desperately explained that no one from our group was affiliated with that situation. I begged for them to come pick us up as we were not close to our hotel and needed a way to get home. The dispatcher proceeded to tell me "have fun waiting there because no one is coming to get you" and hung up on me again. One of the rudest and worst experiences of my life. The company knew there were people in need of a ride home and chose to do nothing. They are lucky no one got hurt trying to get home that evening. After great and frequent rides, there was a misunderstanding. My 80 year old Mom was left standing outside a local grocery. The driver went to the wrong entrance and was unwilling to locate her. Then, acused me of calling him a lier. Next, proceeded to collect his Twelve bucks, like a collection agency. Loosing a client who had just paid a 200 dollar fare only days before. Don't use them. There are moments in life where youre ride falls through & you need an unplanned ride to the airport Shuttle to head to the airport..this was this morning. There are other times when someone goes abve and beyond. That was my Quickcab driver. I called Quick cab this morning in a panic-they were feiendly & helpful in the phone, & in 10 min were at my door. I let the driver know I was catching the airport shuttle in Burlington, and would be cutting it close. He did the math and Id end up arriving about 5 min after departure time. I was hoping theyd be running behind...what else could I do? He called airport shuttle-told them he had a passenger on that shuttle & we were 5 min put-could they please hold it for me? The dispatcher said she'd call the driver. We arrived-& there was the bus & driver, waiting for me. Along with that-the cab was clean, he was fun to talk with and it was a pleasant drive. Made a stressfull morning a whole lot better. Especially since I got to the airport on time!!! After having several reasonably positive experiences with Quick Cabs, my 90-year-old mother scheduled another ride this week for an appointment. They called when they were on their way, but she was outside at the time paying the plumber who had just finished clearing her sewer line. When she called the cab company back, David the dispatcher, and presumed owner, rudely reprimanded her for not picking up the phone, and said he had sent her cab elsewhere. She missed her appointment and was quite shaken up. When I called David that afternoon to politely explain about the plumber, he told me my mother was banned from using their service, and hung up on me when I tried to ask a question. Looking back in previous reviews, I see that the rudeness and hanging up on people has occurred before. We feel that elders and their families should be very wary of using this cab company. read more

We had quite a few family members coming to Mount Vernon for our daughter's wedding. They stayed at the Best Western Plus at the Convention Center, and the wedding was at the Grand Willow Inn, about a 10 to 12 minute drive away. David and another driver were able to transport at least 40 to 45 guests to the wedding and, following the wedding, back to the hotel. The two vans just kept circulating between the two locations prior to the wedding and again toward the end of the wedding. David, the owner, and I had worked out the plans prior to the event. Quick Cab did a wonderful job for us - their cabs were clean, the drivers were very friendly, and everything worked exactly as planned. I would most definitely use Quick Cab in the future. read more

Had used Quick Cab in the past and had good/decent experiences. Yesterday as I was direly needing ride for emergency eye surgery the dispatcher did not pick me up at the agreed upon time. When I called to ask where he was (quite needing to get to surgery) he became EXTREMELY rude and caustic.....possibly the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Then said for no reason at all I am now on their 'will never be served list' which is ridiculous, because it was his mistake in not getting here in time and not mine. I had to drive ridiculously fast to make it to eye surgery...very dangerous. After calling a cab company in Anacortes they said they have been getting a huge number of calls like this. This is not acceptable. They need new management, and are a disgrace to our community...or at least this incredibly rude man is that dispatches. DO NOT recommend until there is a change in management, which should happen RIGHT away. P.S...would not even give one star, but they make you! read more

Just say no... Make sure you are not overcharged. Make sure you are the right kinda person or you'll end up stranded. I used them and the first ride was great. I then called on 3 other occasions and was overcharged. I trip it was double the first trips fare to the same place. But, after that, I got a different driver and was overcharged. I am a disabled veteran and a single parent. I simply will never use them again. I use another cab service and they are reliable and professional. read more

I called from the small office of a automotive repair service shop for a ride home. They said they would be there in 15 minutes. It was a cold day that started snow and I wasn't expecting to be outside very long. I was dressed for a medical appointment but my car broke down. So I waited. looking outside every few minutes for the cab. Finally I called back and they said they had been there but parked over to the side (where I couldn't see them) and no one was there so they left. They expect customers to wait outside for them. Well, I'm a senior with very little body fat and would have frozen if I had done that. All they had to do was call me and let me know. So disappointed with their lack of service. The owner of the shop was so disgusted with what they did he gave me a ride home himself. I am so grateful for his kindness on a shitty day where I found kindness for others in short supply. With bad service like Quick Cab's, I'm surprised they are still in business. read more

I was staying at a small motel just a few blocks from a shuttle bus station that I needed to catch at 3:45 a.m. to get to SeaTac Airport for my flight. The bus station has a fenced yard where customers can leave their car for a small amount per day which I've done before, but this was close to Christmas and they were full. I could leave my car at the motel, but though it wasn't far, I didn't want to walk to the bus barn at 3:00 a.m. pulling my suitcase The motel desk clerk gave me a card for Quick Cab and I called to make appointment for 3:00 a.m. I was told they couldn't do that. I called Quick Cab for a trip from the Burlington Fred Meyer store to Sedro-Wolley yesterday afternoon. I called dispatch, and he was plesant and friendly, and we were quickly able to get the location squared away & he told me the cab was on it's way. Great. No problems here. The cab showed up relatively quickly, not sure the exact time it took, but it wasn't bad, especially given this area isn't that dense population wise. Again, all ok. The cab shows up, late model minivan, again, I don't care about what type of car it is as long as it's safe and runs. Again, all ok. Midway through my trip I notice a microscopic sign on his glove compartment that says something like "We cannot take cards due to a computer breach" or something similar. I ask the driver about it, and he now tells me midway through a trip they cannot take cards. (This is partially my fault, I probably should have had cash.) This is a Saturday evening in Burlington, I ask the cabbie to go the bank. Closed. I call my CC company. They tell me to go to a Western Union and take out cash advance on my credit card. Fine. I got to the local grocery store with a Western Union in it. Closed. Closed at 3 pm. Well fiddlesticks. I go next door to the liquor store w/ an OPEN Western Union location. They say they can't do it. I tell them my CC company said they could. "No, no, that is on their end, blah blah blah" Okay. Whatever. After driving around aimlessly for miles the cabbie says he'll just write down my info and run it later. Fine. We get to destination he calls dispatch and writes it down. Great. Whatever. I find out they ALREADY have their credit card processor database hacked. Wonderful, call my CC company and put extra scrutiny on my card charges in case of problems. Overall not the best experience, but at least I got there eventually. Be aware, according to their site, they only accept CC from regular customers or business accounts, even though their business card clearly shows "all cc and debit accepted" seems a bit shady/un-organized to me. Also, check their website, it needs to be made more clear. The cabbie was nice overall about the whole mix-up, which is why they get 3 stars instead of lower. Also, the inside of the van was super dirty, and the sliding doors only opened on one side of the car. Weird... read more
