Hard to find and they really try hard to avoid speaking to people via phone as well. Just get in and out that's all I can pretty much say.

Biggest Dump of Blood testing in the area. Even with an appointment they can't get you in on time. Then there was the receptionist that had a tude going on cause I didn't have any paperwork from the Doctor. Which was sent electronically. So I guess my fault that she had to make phone call. I cringe every time I have to go there for blood work. Last time the Technician refilled copy machine with gloves on and without changing them tried to draw blood from me. Then when I told her she just refilled the machine, she told me " it's OK, I have gloves on!" Scary! read more

The one in Hacienda Heights had a difficult time finding access to draw blood from my mom. 2 different people tried but failed. __________ So after taking her to other labs, I ended up having to take her back to Quest. So I ended up taking her to the one in Whittier. The staff there were very nice and understanding. My mom sat down and the technician was able to draw her blood with out any trouble. This is now my moms new lab. Thank you Whittier Staff for a pleasant experience. read more

I come here every 2-3 months and with the exception of once I haven't had to wait more than 15-20 minutes without an appointment. With an appointment I'm usually in and out in 15. Make an appointment so you don't have to wait. Mornings are always packed if you go at 2ish you will be in and out. People are nice and friendly that work there. read more

I normally wouldn't mind waiting, but I waited for an hour and a half and when asked for an estimated time as to when I'd be seen they said they weren't sure because they prioritize the appointments first. I understand that but if that's the case then when do they expect to see walk-in patient's? The smart thing to do would be to make this lab an appointment only center. So irritating!!!! People sitting in chairs waiting, No one to help you! No desk, no assistant, NOTHING! Like the twilight zone. Two months ago, someone at the front desk yelled at my 88 year old dad because he didn't know how to check in at the Kiosk. I gave them as pass as everyone has bad days. However, now someone yelled at me because I supposedly didn't hear my name being called. There are some anger management problems at this location. The nurses there do a great job. They usually prick a vein the first time and a light hand to where the puncture is almost unnoticeable. Bed side manners are cool and blood work is quick. But. The process for making appt is terrible. Their 866 number has over 3 min of marketing from a long winded recording. The site has broken links. They say that appt are not necessary, but who has time to chance a long wait.? Get it together management. read more

Why is this place so trifling and ratchet? They are always overflowing with people and the front desk is a flurry of polite but super busy admins who don't offer a ton of information but know how to collect insurance information really good... hmmmm. Also the phlebotomist's bedside manner is poor- I pluralize because I've been here several times sadly. On this particular appointment once I was called in there was confusion from the start. I tried to explain the reason for my visit and where I got my referral from, and the entire time the phlebotomist seemed irritated, annoyed, and confused- and the whole time I'm the customer! You should at least be trying to hear me out and not be rude or abrupt. I just found her general disposition to be rude and not customer friendly, thank God I wasn't going there because I was really sick. I will use a different Quest from now on. read more

I would put zero stars - I'm called into the back. She never came into the lobby and called my name. It was hard to hear her since she was calling me from the other side of the reception desk. I could feel she was irritated - for whatever reason! She asks that I go into room 4. I make my way- I can feel her stare as I walk down the hall. I sit down. She asks her questions ... (personal contact info) I answered promptly, clearly and accurately! She became irritated and I wasn't sure why. I was calm and yes, on my phone - And when I was spoken to, I looked at her and answered in the right manner and promptly. In the middle of giving her my cellphone number ...for the second time. She interrupts me. Calls for another employee there. And asks her if she should continue the process since "Im on the phone " The other lady (2n lady)starts telling me and screaming at me...saying it's a federal offense to be on my phone while conducting a Drug test. Im sitting down! Calm- and I tell them both . That I was never told that I couldn't be on my phone. (I have been in many pre employment drug test , where that phone is never a issue... until you have to take the urine sample) She grabs my wrist tight and kept trying to make her point- screaming . As the 1st lady mentions that they're going to call the employer to let them know they couldn't conduct the drug test due to "I being on the phone" I asked her if grabbing my wrist was necessary! And that I didn't care if they call my employer, I will just go back to my employer and they will send me elsewhere. She suddenly let's go! Tries to be sweet ... and I tell her that I just wanted a different employee to run my pre employment drug test . Because from the start - I felt the energy of the First Lady. She said no, but that she would accompanied her through the process. (As if I was any more comfortable with either one) Soon after - 1 st lady and 2 nd lady were as sweet as can be. I had came in to do a blood test. I had a very good experience. They follow the Covid protocols well. I highly suggest scheduling an appointment even though they do take Walk ins. If you have a smart phone, that is very useful. I signed up the night before for an 8:15 appointment. You follow the directions from the text/email they send you. I arrived at 8:00. Checked in on my phone. Did my paper work. Sat there for maybe 5 mins. They called me in. Did my test and while I walked out checking my phone, it was 8:14. So I had a good experience. read more

I was sent here to do a pre-employment drug test. I walked in like around 9 am but they don't start drug testing until 10 am. It was cool, I chilled for a while and overheard fun conversations among the many elderly patients waiting their turn. I was the first one in line for the drug test and everything was going ok until.... They took me into a room and they input my information on the computer. Since it's a drug test, they need to be meticulous about everything they input and have you check it. For one, they don't close the door, so anyone walking by can hear you giving them your social security number (I am smart, I typed it in) and then they send you to um you know... So all is fine and dandy until...they had to reboot the computer because it wasn't scanning. Really? They had to re-enter all my information after I've given them my sample. Now, I am drug free and proud but it doesn't give you the confidence that your results are going to be what they need to be. The lady taking care of me was nice and all but she had to call someone else to help her out and it took a good 20 minutes to have them figure it out. Luckily everything turned out ok but those are not the things you would like happening when you have to get these types of services. Unless I am obligated to come here, I think I'll skip it next time. read more

This is an industrial cattle clinic. Don't set the bar high and pack a lunch. I was sent here to leave a urine specimen for a prospective employer. I made the appointment online. I showed up 15 minutes early however for my punctuality I was rewarded with tardiness on behalf of the staff. The procedure for obtaining my sample appeared to be regimented and all about accountability for the sample. What was incredibly disconcerting was the lack of confidence the 'lab tech' had in performing the administrative tasks. Several times she required the assistance of another 'lab tech' who coached her through the process. Back and forth in Spanish they conversed without regard for my presence. This made me feel uncomfortable. Eventually the second lab tech explained in English the sample would be sealed with the sticker I signed. I provided an electronic signature to confirm my personal information. I walked away from this 'clinic' in fear that if the lab tech had an incredible lack of confidence in performing the task how secure would my sample be? read more

Came here to get blood drawn, I pre-registered, did everything online for a "speedy check-in" and have now been sitting here for 25 minutes. You would think, in a place that seems to run long wait times the receptionist or medical assistant would be friendlier or have some sort of empathy-- wrong. I'm not sure if she's pissed because her profession, life, or for whatever reason, but 1 out of 5 people here are nice the rest must hate their lives. I only come here because it's close, otherwise I would opt for somewhere else. I'm sure these people think, "I'm a medical professional and I'm not here for customer service." And ultimately, when it comes to medical, we have no choice but to go to places with "professionals" who act like this. read more

This was my first time here. I got out in under 30 minutes. This was a nice change from the other Quest facilities I've gone to in the past. read more
