There was plenty of it, which is rare compared to other Labcorp locations where parking is usually paid and a hassle. The office is small and was pretty full when I arrived, but even with an appointment, I was called back within just a few minutes. Bernice was handling everything during my visit, and she was amazing. The waiting room had several patients asking questions and feeling impatient, but she stayed calm, organized, and efficient the entire time while keeping things moving. She mentioned it's usually a two-person team, but they were short on supplies that day, so she was holding things down on her own, which made it even more impressive. When it was my turn, she was professional and kind. I usually have very difficult veins and often get poked multiple times, but she got it on the first try. Overall, top-tier service. I would definitely recommend this location. Just be patient if it's busy - they're working hard and doing their best.

I had to stop by Pacific Medical Services twice in one week for blood tests. Normally my doctor's…read moreoffice, which is across the hall, draws my blood, but I needed some special services, so they sent me here. I arrived at the office without an appointment and there was no one waiting. The office is very small with just a few chairs, and a small tea/coffee station. I was taken in immediately. Very often, my veins are difficult to work with. During the draw, the phlebotomist was Jose. He was able to get the draw on the first try and I did not have type of bruising or issues afterward. I had to return a couple of days later for a test that must be done early in morning. Upon arrival, there were a few people ahead of me and it was standing room only. There was only one person working and she was with a patient in the back, so it took some time to check in. After checking in, another employee arrived and those in the waiting room were helped. The phlebotomist that I had for the second test was Joanna, aka JoJo. She was very personable and was able to get the draw on the first try. I enjoyed speaking with her and she made the appointment comfortable. I had no issues with bruising after the test. The office is on the second floor of a medical building. The building has paid parking, but I always park on the street. There is metered parking and free street parking available within easy walking distance of the building.

Got there, there were about 7 people in the waiting area. On the tv, there was a sidebar of transparency regarding the order of patients, appt times, and standby patients. If you weren't able to check in via the link sent, there were two kiosks in the corner for easy check in. I was seen within 15 mins. Donna Mae (my phlebotomist) was polite, gentle, and expeditious. I was done in less than 5 mins, and I had 5 vials! I found street parking off Killion, which was super easy.

I m a nurse myself & I warned her that the choice of vessel wasn't good but she dismissed my concern very rudely. So, the vein collapsed & not even half of tube was filled. I asked her specifically if that much blood is enough & again very aggressively she dismissed my concern. I suffered a very huge 10 by 10 bruise that was not gone even after 2 weeks when I received a call from my dr that said I have to take another day off work & go to get another lab slip to repeat the stupid blood test bc there wasn't enough blood for the test & my bruise is not even healed yet. This is very terrible customer service. This place should be reported to health regulations & closed immediately.

Well, I do want to say that the office is super weird in that the lobby and patient room a are shared with a Dentist so when you're brought back, you are walking past dental patients in reclined chairs bring treated, to what seems like a back room. Super odd. However, they have a phlebotomist named Hannah that was at the front desk, took my information and brought me back and took my blood She was exceptional. Extremely friendly, respectful, very pleasant. Did her job very quickly and efficiently and she clearly saw how uncomfortable I was and just did an all-around great job respecting my discomfort and getting me out quickly. The sign was up & Connie said that since they don't make any money off of Groupon, the owners won't honor my voucher which is now expired. I have spend hours over this issue & lost a substantial amount of money. Please be cautious with your time & money when you approach this establishment.
