Fortunately, the technicians were very kind and patient. My appointment was at 10:10 AM, and I only had to wait about 15 extra minutes, which wasn't bad considering how busy they were. My biggest complaint is the parking. The building charges $2 every 15 minutes, with a maximum of $20 per day, which I think is excessive. I normally park on the street, but because I was short on time, I decided to park in the building. I was there for less than an hour and ended up paying $8. Unbelievable! It was a good reminder to leave earlier next time so I can avoid paying for parking. The highlight of my visit was the technician who drew my blood. Her name is Susan (she's asian), and she's a floater. My veins are very difficult to find, but she located one on the first try, and the blood draw was completely painless. I wish I could request an appointment with her every time I need lab work done. She was definitely the best part of my visit.

I had to stop by Pacific Medical Services twice in one week for blood tests. I arrived at the office without an appointment and there was no one waiting. The office is very small with just a few chairs, and a small tea/coffee station. I was taken in immediately. Very often, my veins are difficult to work with. During the draw, the phlebotomist was Jose. He was able to get the draw on the first try and I did not have type of bruising or issues afterward. I had to return a couple of days later for a test that must be done early in morning. Upon arrival, there were a few people ahead of me and it was standing room only. There was only one person working and she was with a patient in the back, so it took some time to check in. After checking in, another employee arrived and those in the waiting room were helped. The phlebotomist that I had for the second test was Joanna, aka JoJo. She was very personable and was able to get the draw on the first try. I enjoyed speaking with her and she made the appointment comfortable. I had no issues with bruising after the test. The office is on the second floor of a medical building. The building has paid parking, but I always park on the street. There is metered parking and free street parking available within easy walking distance of the building.

They schedule me for later today at 4:45pm. It's now 5:25pm and I am still waiting. The receptionists were giggling and talking away as if they forgot they were at work, as if they forgot there were clients waiting. When I asked what's going on my appointment was at 4:45, she then says she will check. Within 5 minutes of checking my name is called. So it's my job to check or is it their job to let me know if there's a delay? I guess if it was a place with good service and professionals it would be their job. Otherwise just know it's your job to keep checking or else you'll probably just keep sitting in the waiting room.

Sat down for a few minutes, then brought to an exam room, momentarily after, my blood was drawn. Super great experience, fast and attentive. Very professional, and perfect execution. Thanks for a great visit! Place is very clean too. Note that parking is only free for the first twenty minutes, enough to get in and drop someone off. I parked in the metered parking outside, it's not a far walk, otherwise it is like $2 for every 20mins.

There was plenty of it, which is rare compared to other Labcorp locations where parking is usually paid and a hassle. The office is small and was pretty full when I arrived, but even with an appointment, I was called back within just a few minutes. Bernice was handling everything during my visit, and she was amazing. The waiting room had several patients asking questions and feeling impatient, but she stayed calm, organized, and efficient the entire time while keeping things moving. She mentioned it's usually a two-person team, but they were short on supplies that day, so she was holding things down on her own, which made it even more impressive. When it was my turn, she was professional and kind. I usually have very difficult veins and often get poked multiple times, but she got it on the first try. Overall, top-tier service. I would definitely recommend this location. Just be patient if it's busy - they're working hard and doing their best.

Excuse they always use is "your doctor did not order STAT report". This is not professional, horrible patient care, stressful & causes anxiety. I have called numerous times to speak to manager Jessica and she does not return phone calls. Half the time I call they tell me she is out for the day- does she ever work??? I went to another company to have another scan done. Report was in my Portal in 2 days. Was not marked STAT, easy to get appointment, staff is extremely friendly, professional and care about their patients. Radnet does not fill any of these boxes. Happy I found a great place to go for future tests. June 2026 Yet another HORRIBLE experience with RADNET! They submitted my Cervical & Lumbar MRI request for approval, then for unknown reason retracted it. They never resubmitted, I called daily, left messages for manager Jessica. She finally called my back days later (UNACCEPTABLE) and was escalating request for submitting for approval and was going to call me back the next day with update. This was over a month ago and she has not called me back. Once again I had my Keck USC Doctors office submit to KECK USC and within 48 hours my MRI's were approved and I had MRI completed and reports in ALL WITHIN 7 days. I am still getting texts and emails from Radnet to schedule MRI's. HOW DUMB ARE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
