I tweaked my lower back while playing basketball in early 2014 and decided to see a chiropractor. I looked for someone close to work and discovered Conejo Chiropractic was right down the road from my office, so I called and made an appointment. Dr. B did a full workup, including x-rays, and he discovered I had a birth defect in my lower back that was limiting movement and over time, had caused degeneration of the disks to the point of pinching some nerves. If left untreated, it would surely result in back surgery in the future. He did not recommend surgery but instead a treatment plan specific for me to keep my lower back moving, avoid surgery, and keep me playing basketball. It has now been over 6 years and am not only still able to play basketball regularly, but I am reaping so many other benefits from the regular chiropractic treatments such as reduced headaches/migraines and knee pain, and improved sleep and immunity. Dr. B and Dr. O are very knowledgeable and personable, and the office staff are friendly, so even though the office is no longer right down the road from my office, I am still willing to drive 100 miles round trip every 2 weeks for treatment. My wife and daughter also get regular adjustments and based on our positive experience, I have recommended chiropractic care to family members, friends, and coworkers as it relates to their health. What I have learned is that there are many misconceptions out there about chiropractic care and while I'm sure some chiropractors are better than others, I am so glad I found Dr. B and Dr. O because they have improved my quality of life. read more

I have been going to Dr. B and Dr. O for more than five years. I initially went for a recurring stiff neck, knee and back pain, but other issues have arisen over the years - tendinitis in my wrist, shoulder pain, and heel pain. Dr. B and Dr. O have been a tremendous help with using chiropractic care to correct any issues in addition to advising me on stretches to do at home. I have had other benefits over years such as improved thyroid and immune health. I also got adjustments during my pregnancy which helped alleviate back pain and will help prevent back pain later in life. I used to work near their office, so it was a quick drive after work. I'm no longer nearby, but I drive 100 miles round trip to see them. They are knowledgeable, personable, and kind. Their office staff is always pleasant and friendly. They are also a kid-friendly environment. My daughter stays busy with the books and crayons they have. If she gets fussy, the staff makes sure to keep her entertained so that I can get my adjustment. My daughter also gets adjustments and so does my husband. With all the benefits I have experienced, I have come to believe that chiropractic care is key for overall good health. I went to David Biedebach Dc for the treatment of my neck pain and headache. I was a regular patient at my family Medical Doctore for my pain meds. They did not like me and was telling me to not take a lot of meds but there was no other options. My md ref me to pain mangement Doctore where I was taking Vicodine like a candy, I had no quility of life. If you ever taking pain med you know what I am talking about. I went to Dr. Biedebach who never pushed me into buying anything, but he did talk about corrective care v pain relieve and left it up to me to make a decision. I am under his care and very happy. I do not take vicodin or any other meds now. My headches are under control and he thought me the exercise which improved my posture. I recomment Dr. Biedebach. I do not agree with other comments. I can tell you taking one pill is not going to improve all your pain. We are thoght to take our pill every 4 hours for life and never question it , but we all think one chiropractic visit should fix all our problems. This is the best Chiropractic office in all the land! If you have any anxiety or hesitation about seeing a chiropractor I totally understand, because that was me. Everyone is amazing! Ashley, Ashley, and Brandi are the trio behind the scenes. They are so efficient and friendly seriously they are the best! Any anxiety I had was quickly replaced with a warm welcome. Dr. Biedebach (it's a mouthful) is so knowledgeable. Not only does he explain what he's doing, there's a reason behind it, and how everything is linked together at the end of the day. (Side note you would probably want him on your trivia team I'm telling you. #knowledgeispower.) I've literally slept wrong and called them because I was in horrible pain, they fit me in and within the hour I was feeling like a better version of myself. I mean who doesn't want that? Dr. Oduwole is fantastic. I'm a dancer and his knowledge of the surrounding muscles has been instrumental in keeping me on my game. Oh my goodness where do I begin... I've been visiting Conejo Chiropractic Relief Center for a few months now and am so thankful for the attention to detail. I'm so incredibly comfortable and relaxed when I walk into the office for my appointments. Dr. David Biedebach is so knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain my needs, and listens to my concerns. His focus on preventative care rather then reactive care is huge in my book. His business Partner Dr. Emmanuel Oduwole has the same focus. As a diabetic, with lifestyle changes, regular treatments, stretches and exercise my numbers are going down! Dr. Biedebach is a wonderful physician. He has a heart of gold and has only good intentions. He has been recognized for several areas of his practice as well as being an avid donater to needy causes. I have never had a bad experience and heard nothing but good from patients. If you would like to see for yourself go ahead and visit his office as well as youtube, you won't b dissapointed! He will help you with all you need and will not waste your time if your looking for alternative medicine besides medication. After being a jogger for 35 years, I had 7 discs herniate in one year's time, and i thought i was getting the care i needed, until the pain became unbearable, and i lost all hope of living a normal life again. Then i met Dr. O and the rest i history. I am 100% pain free, and while it took about 2 years of sticking to their program of care and truly listening to what was best for my body, i'm back to being better than i've been in decades. I see Dr. Biedebach for the treatment of my headache and neck pain. I had daily headches for years. I started taking over the counter pain meds and once the med were not helpfull went to my family doctor who prescribed vicodin for me for a couple of months and they were not happy every time I showed up in the office because I was runnning out of my med early. They finally ref me to pain mangement where I had no problem getting pain med. I was taking a lot of med which was making me drowzy and all I want to do was to sleep. I was about to lose my job. One of my co-worker referred me to Dr. Biedebach. He did spent a lot of time educating me about my headache and neck pain and showed my daily exercises. I am under his care now and very happy. I have not missed any work since then. He has a very busy practice, but still find time to spend with me. I do look farword going to his office which is a very positive invironment. read more

I have had back issues for years. Two herniated discs will do that to you, not to mention the severe headaches they can cause. I have one 7mm disc bulging into my spinal cord. I was handling my pain with fists full of Tylenol and Advil every day. I used to eat them like candy. I was never a believer in chiropractics. However after much debate I gave in and went for a consultation. X-rays confirmed my issues and a plan was put together. I followed my plan and in about 4 weeks, noticed I was taking much less pain meds. About 6 weeks, no pills at all. I've been going for 2 years at this point. I hardly ever take anything more than an occasional aspirin a few times a year. I no longer have headaches like I used to. I may get a few a year, and when I do they are very low pain. Dr. Biedebach works with his patients to arrive at a plan that not only addresses the patients chiropractic needs but considers the rehabilitation timeline and budget. Dr. Biedebach partners with another chiropractor, Dr. Oduwole, who offers a different style of adjustment depending on your needs and/or preferences. Both doctors spend time with their patients and write copious notes with each visit. I rarely wait more that 5-10 minutes to see a doctor. The front office staff, especially Ashley, is so personable and accommodating. She makes it a point to get to know each and every patient and has been extremely instrumental in helping me schedule outside medical proceedures that were needed. Before I started coming to see Dr. B I would have daily migraines that could sometimes take me out of work for days at a time. I thought I had been to every doctor and seen everyone I could see. Then I found Dr. B! After he evaluated my x-rays he told me he could help me and I'll have to admit, I didn't believe him....at first(sorry Dr. B! ha!). I decided to start seeing him and before I knew it my migraines started occurring few and far between and now they are gone. I haven't had a migraine in over 9 months since getting adjustments. My advice to anyone starting care is not to be doubtful! It may take a little bit of time, but as long as you're doing your part and coming in when you're supposed to...IT WILL HAPPEN. I have been to so many specialists about my back pain and headaches who just continuously refer me in circles. I had almost lost all hope when one of my friends told me about Dr.B. I went into my consult and was shocked because for the first time in my life a Doctor had actually sat down with me and told me in detail what was going on with me. Making the decision to see Dr. Biedebach has become one of the best decisions I could have made in life. When I walked into his office a year ago I had given up almost everything I loved in life because of debilitating low back pain. I had stopped riding my bike, golfing, even playing with my grandkids. Dr.Biedebach and his team helped me get back to the lifestyle I was accustomed to. After visiting 3 doctors and physical therapy, nothing had changed. Dr.B used up-to-date technology to properly diagnose me, and after weekly adjustments and some time, the pain in my back generally went away.
