They called 1.5 hours late, and Dr. Poorsattar didn't acknowledge it at all. Dr. also starts asking me about another patient's conditions. I was like "I'm not here for blood sugar, I'm here for my thyroid." She then spends time pulling up my scan and says "do you know if your nodules have grown since your last scan?" I was upset and said "as my doctor, with my results in front of you, I hope you could tell me that answer." The rest of the appointment felt very, like, I was being shamed? And I just disengaged. She kept asking "do you get it?" I asked to be transferred back to the staff to schedule my next appointment, and I told the staff I'm going to ask for a new referral, explained everything above, and she said doctor had the wrong info pulled up because I wasn't supposed to be the patient seen at that time. No comment about doctor asking me to interpret my own results. I feel bad for her. She's clearly overworked and needs more support - but not at the cost of my health.
