Within just a couple of weeks, my mind is sharp again and I'm moving like someone my age should be (I'm 31). I went in today, and after working on my spine and neck, I feel relaxed and can move without any pain. I'm going to do several more sessions for a longer lasting result, and then do regular maintenance less occasionally. Besides that, I haven't been sick with a cold or flu, or anything since I have taken his nutritional advice. What I like best about his chiropractic care is that he provides tools and techniques to his patients to use at home as preventative maintenance so they don't have to come in every week forever. Be prepared to visit often for about an hour per visit at first. Then, make the monthly or as needed maintenance appointment. I have the highest confidence in Dr. Binkley's ability to fix what ails you.

She can tailor your communication to your preferred style. I was fortunate enough to have a meeting with her (not necessary at all if you live far away, ps) and she was so professional and sweet. I never felt judgment for any of my behaviors or poor food choices. And truly, that is Britt's strength- she is so encouraging and supportive! I have a pretty good understanding of nutrition and like to cook myself, but Britt blew me away. She is so knowledgeable and makes it easy to understand the do's and dont's of nutrition. I definitely picked up some new knowledge. Her structure and meal plan was easy to follow and all the recipes were DELICIOUS. My husband was totally on board because everything tasted just wonderful. Nothing was too time consuming or difficult to prepare which is key since I'm a busy working gal. Britt also focuses on your mental/spiritual wellness too. They changed my life…read more I was obese for many years and had all but given up. A friend referred me to their clinic because they did the HMR program. I'll admit I was skeptical because I had struggled with my weight for years without success. The Physician I met with asked me to just give up one week of my life and see what happened. After a week of religiously following their regimen I saw results on the scale. I went in weekly for weight checks and vitals and to purchase the shakes. I remained on a liquid fast for about 2 months at which time my clothes were falling off. The clinic then gradually transitioned me back to food and worked with me to teach me how to keep the weight off by keeping track of my protein and caloric intake as well as staying active. I lost about 70 pounds over the course of 7-8 months. Its not magic and there are no shortcuts. This is not something that will happen by just taking a pill. Like any good sustained weight loss program they give you the tools to get you to your weight loss goal. Their protein shakes, bars, puddings, drinks, soups, etc are tasty and convenient ways to help you maximize nutrition while minimizing calories. The bottom line is that you have to put in the work of sticking to the program they help you create. They will provide you with endless moral support and encourage you throughout the process.
